No. SEC 16-70/2014-II.—Whereas the State Election Commission has issued Election Programme for the conduct of by-election to Panchayati Raj Institutions on dated 03.07.2018;

And Whereas in pursuance to the Election Programme issued by the State Election Commission the District Election Officer(Panchayat)-cum-Deputy Commissioner Una has issued Notice of Election Programme for the conduct of by-elections to the post of Member of Ward No.4 of Gram Panchayat Heeranagar Development Block Haroli and appointed Sh. Ram Kumar as Assistant Returning Officer for the said by-election;

And whereas Sh. Ram Kumar ARO vide its letter dated 11.07.2018 informed the Returning Officer that the Pradhan and Panchayat Secretary of the Gram Panchayat Heeranagar has apprised that a casual vacancy had occurred in Ward No. 3 of the said Panchayat due to death of Sh. Mahender Singh and there is no vacancy in Ward No. 4 of the Panchayat;

And whereas the District Election Officer(Panchayat)-cum-Deputy Commissioner Una vide its letter No. Una(Ni0) 26/2010-II-7358 dated 11-07-2018 has requested the State Election Commission to issue amended Election Programme for the conduct of by-elections to Ward No. 3 of the said Panchayat;

उनवान मुकद्दमा.--दरख्वास्त जेर धारा 13(3) जन्म एवं मृत्यु पंजीकरण अधिनियम, 1969 के अन्तर्गत। इस कार्यालय में बलदेव सिंह पुत्र स्व0 श्री हरी नन्द, निवासी ग्राम व डाकघर कठासू, तहसील जुब्बल, जिला शिमला, हि0 प्र0 का प्रार्थना-पत्र अतिरिक्त जिला रजिस्ट्रार, जन्म व मृत्यु, शिमला, जिला शिमला के माध्यम से प्राप्त हुआ है जिसमें आग्रह किया गया है कि प्रार्थी के पुत्र रितिक माशटा व पुत्री मेहा माशटा की जन्म तिथि क्रमशः 02-04-2000 व 01-05-1998 है जो अभी तक किसी भी पंचायत में पंजीकृत न हुए हैं। जिसके कारण प्रार्थी के बच्चों को आयु का प्रमाण-पत्र जारी करवाने में कठिनाई आ रही है। प्रार्थी अपने दोनों बच्चों का पंजीकरण ग्राम पंचायत कठासू में करवाना चाहता है।

अतः इस इश्तहार के माध्यम से सर्वसाधारण को सूचित किया जाता है कि यदि किसी को भी उपरोक्त प्रार्थी के पुत्र व पुत्री की जन्म तिथि के इन्द्राज ग्राम पंचायत कठासू में दर्ज करने बारे कोई भी उजर व एतराज हो तो वह दिनांक 04-08-2018 को या इससे पूर्व अदालत हजा में हाजिर होकर लिखित व 3080 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 13 जुलाई, 2018/22 आषाढ़, 1940 मौखिक प्रस्तुत करे। यदि उक्त तारीख तक कोई उजर व एतराज प्रस्तुत न हुआ तो यह समझा जायेगा कि प्रार्थी के पुत्र रितिक माशटा व पुत्री मेहा माशटा की जन्म तिथि पंजीकरण हेतु किसी को कोई आपाि नहीं है तथा ग्राम पंचायत कठासू को जन्म तिथि दर्ज करने के आदेश पारित कर दिये जाएंगे।
