P. is pleased to lift the ban imposed vide this department notification No. Udyog-II (Chh)5-27/92-I, dated 21-02-2004 on excavation/collection of sand, stone and bajri from the catchment of Pabbar River and its tributaries, right from its origin 114-राजपत्र/2018-30-08-2018 (4353)4354 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 30 अगस्त, 2018/08 भाद्रपद, 1940 and upto its confluence with Tons River at the border of H. P. near Tiuni (Uttaranchal) in respect of the sites identified in the survey document approved by the District Environment Impact Assessment Authority subject to the recommendations of the Joint Inspection Committee constituted under the rules.

सं0 ननिशि/सदन सहा0/616/सरकार/2018-2995.--हिमाचल प्रदेश नगर निगम अधिनियम, 1994 (1994 कस 12) की धारा 35 और धारा 26 की उप-धारा (3) के साथ पठित धारा 395 के खण्ड (6) के भाग-1 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुये नगर निगम शिमला द्वारा बनाई गयी उप-विधियां जैसे कि उक्त धारा 397(1) के अधीन अपेक्षित हैं, एतद्‌द्वारा प्रकाशित की जाती हैं और ये उप-विधियां शिमला नगर निगम की सीमाओं के भीतर राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश में प्रकाशित किये जाने की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होंगी, अर्थात्‌ :--

1. संक्षिप्त नाम.--इन उप-विधियों का संक्षिप्त नाम शिमला नगर निगम महापौर, उप-महापौर और पार्षदों के लिए सुविधायें (संशोधन) उप-विधियां, 2018.

2. उप-विधियां 3 में संशोधन.--उप-विधि 3 में महापौर और उप-महापौर क्रमशः राशि रु0 ''8,000'' और ''6,000'' के स्थान पर ''11,000'' और ''8,000'' प्रतिमाह की दर से मानदेय प्राप्त करने के हकदार होंगे।

3. उप-विधियां 9 में संशोधन.--उप-विधि 9 में प्रत्येक पार्षद नगर निगम की किसी बैठक या बैठकों में उपस्थित होने पर राशि रु0 ''4,000'' के स्थान पर ''5,000'' प्रतिमाह की दर से मानदेय प्राप्त करने के हकदार होंगे।

No. MCS/MA/616/Govt./18-2998.—The following amendment in the Shimla Municipal Corporation (Facilities to Mayor, Deputy Mayor and Councilors) Bye-Laws, 1996 made by the4355 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 30 अगस्त, 2018/08 भाद्रपद, 1940 Municipal Corporation, Shimla in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause (6) of clause (I) of section 395, read with section 35 and sub-section (3) of section 36 of the Himachal Pradesh Municipal Corporation Act, 1994 (Act No. 12 of 1994) are hereby published for general information as required under Section 397 of the said Act and shall come into force within the area of Municipal Corporation Shimla from the date of publication of this notification in the Rajpatra (extra ordinary) Himachal Pradesh, namely:—

1. Short title.—These Bye-Laws may be called the Shimla Municipal Corporation (Facilities to Mayor, Deputy Mayor and Councillors) (Amendment) Bye-Laws, 2018.

2. Amendment of Bye-Laws 3.—In Bye-Laws 3 for the figure " 8,000" and "6,000" the figure "11,000" and "8,000" shall respectively be substituted.

3. Amendment of Bye-Laws 9.—In Bye-Laws 9 for the figure "4,000" the figure "5,000" shall be substituted.

आवेदिका महिन्द्रा देवी पत्नी स्व0 श्री गणेश उर्फ दिनेश कुमार, निवासी मसेरन, डा0 पाली, तहसील पधर, जिला मण्डी, हि0 प्र0 ने इस अदालत में आवेदन पत्र गुजारा है कि उसके मृतक पति का नाम राजस्व अभिलेख मुहाल मसेरन/602 तहसील पधर में गणेश नाम दर्ज हुआ है जो गलत दर्ज हुआ है। जबकि उसके मृतक पति का नाम ग्राम पंचायम पाली रिकार्ड में दिनेश कुमार दर्ज है, तथा आवेदिका ने इस अदालत से प्रार्थना की है कि उसके मृतक पति का नाम गणेश के स्थान पर गणेश उर्फ दिनेश कुमार दर्ज करने के लिखित आदेश दिये जावें।

No. 7, Gandhi Colony Lower Bijani, P.O Bijani, Tehsil Sadar, District Mandi, H.P. have filed an application alongwith affidavits in the court of undersigned under section 15 of Special Marriage Act, 1954 that they have solemnized their marriage on 01-12-1986 according to Hindu rites and customs at their respective houses, District Mandi, H.P. and they are living together as husband and wife since then. Hence, their marriage may be registered under Special Marriage Act, 1954.

Therefore, the general public is hereby informed through this notice that any person who has any objection regarding this marriage, can file the objection personally or in writing before this court on or before 13-09-2018 after that no objection will be entertained and marriage will be registered.
