संख्याः एन0ई0एस0-एफ(1)-2/2018.--हिमाचल प्रदेश के राज्यपाल, प्रदेश में "नवीकरणीय विद्युत क्रय दायित्व (RPPO) की पूर्ति हेतु 20 मैगावाट की सौर ऊर्जा के दोहन हेतु 250 किलोवाट से 500 किलोवाट क्षमता की सौर ऊर्जा परियोजनाओं को आबंटित करने की सहर्ष स्वीकृति प्रदान करते हैं। इस योजना का 122-राजपत्र/2018-11-09-2018 (4545) 4546 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 11 सितम्बर, 2018/20 भाद्रपद, 1940 मुख्य उद्देश्य हिमाचल प्रदेश राज्य में उद्यम को बढ़ावा देना तथा बंजर भूमि, जो किसानों तथा अन्य भूमि मालिकों के पास उपलब्ध है को उपयोग में लाना है। मूल हिमाचली व्यक्तिगत तौर पर इस योजना के अन्तर्गत सौर ऊर्जा परियोजनाओं के आबंटन हेतु आवेदन करने के पात्र होंगे। इसके अतिरिक्त Partnership Firm और Private Limited Company, जिसमें 50 प्रतिशत हिस्सेदारी मूल हिमाचली की हो, भी आवेदन करने के पात्र होंगे। परियोजनाएं प्रार्थी की निजी भूमि या पट्‌टे पर ली गई निजी भूमि पर स्थापित की जाएगी। इस योजना के अन्तर्गत 40 से 80 परियोजनाएं स्थापित की जाएंगी। इन परियोजनाओं से उत्पादित ऊर्जा को हिमाचल प्रदेश राज्य विद्युत परिषद्‌ द्वारा राज्य विद्युत विनियामक आयोग (HPERC) द्वारा परियोजना आंबटन के समय तय की गई निर्धारित दरों पर अनिवार्य रूप से खरीदा जाएगा तथा यह दरें विद्युत क्रय अनुबंध में निर्धारित शर्तों के अनुसार लागू रहेंगी। इस योजना का विज्ञापन हिमऊर्जा द्वारा किया जाएगा तथा उपदान की राशि हिमऊर्जा के माध्यम से सीधे तौर पर सम्बन्धित उपभोक्ता के बैंक खाते में जमा की जाएगी।"
