The Governor, Himachal Pradesh is further pleased to notify the terms and conditions
in respect of Board of Governors as under:—
1. The Board shall ordinarily meet not less than four times during a calendar year 2. The meetings of the Board shall be convened by the Chairperson
3. The one-third members amongst the notified members of the Board shall form the quorum.
4. The member of the Board shall be entitled to such allowances, if any, and the sitting fee from the University as may be provided in the Regulations.

6. The Ex-officio member shall continue to be a member so long as he holds the office by virtue of which he is the member of the Board.
7. Any vacancy in the Board occurring before the next reconstitution or before the expiry of the prescribed period shall be filled in the same manner as provided in sub-section (1) of Section 16 of the Act ibid and such a member shall hold office for the remainder of the terms of the member in whose place he is nominated.
8. The member shall be eligible for re-nomination for the next term.
9. Any member may resign from his office by writing under his hand addressed to the Chairperson of the Board and his resignation shall take effect from the date, it is accepted by the Chairperson of the Board.

No. HPERC/438.—The Himachal Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 62, section 66, clauses (a), (b) and (e) of6299 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 29 नबम्बर, 2018/08 मार्गशीर्ष, 1940 section 86 and clause (zi) of sub-section (2) of section 181 of the Electricity Act, 2003 (36 of 2003), and all other powers enabling it in this behalf, after previous publication, hereby makes the following amendment regulations, namely:—
REGULATIONS
1. Short title and commencement.—(1) These regulations may be called the Himachal Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Renewable Power Purchase Obligation and its Compliance) (Fifth Amendment) Regulations, 2018.
(2) These regulations shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Rajpatra, Himachal Pradesh.
2. Amendment of Regulation 4.—In regulation 4 of the Himachal Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Renewable Power Purchase Obligation and its Compliance) Regulations, 2017:—
(a) for the Table, the following table shall be substituted, namely:—
" Table-Minimum percentage for Renewable Power Purchase Obligation

(b) In case the achievement of Solar RPPO compliance to the extent of 85% and above, the remaining shortfall if any, can be met by excess Non-Solar energy purchased beyond specified Non-Solar RPPO for that particular year. (c) Further, in case on achievement of Non-Solar RPPO compliance to the extent of 85% and above, the remaining shortfall if any, can be met by excess Solar energy purchased beyond specified Solar RPPO for that particular year."; |
(b) immediately after sub-regulation (1), the numbering given (1) and (2) to the succeeding sub-regulations shall be corrected as (2) and (3).

Bathra, Tehsil Jaswan, District Kangra according to Hindu rites and ceremonies but the marriage was broken irretrievably and a decree of divorce with mutual consent was passed by the Ld. Additional District Judge (II) Kangra at Dharamshala Circuit Court Dehra on dated 07-10-2016. The name of daughter Km. Preeti DOB 11-02-2007 be passed so that their names alongwith DOB may be entered with the applicant in the concerned Gram Panchayat.
Now, therefore, objection are invited from the general public that if anyone has any objection regarding the entry of the above Kailash and Km. Preeti alongwith DOB with the applicant, they should appear before the court of undersigned on or before 05-12-2018 at Tehsil Office Kotkhai, District Shimla, Himachal Pradesh at 10.00 A.M. either personally or through their authorised agent.
In the event of their failure to do so, order shall be passed to enter the name alongwith DOB under the guardianship of applicant without affording any further opportunity of being heard.
