शिमला-2, 04 दिसम्बर, 2018 संख्या टी0सी0पी0-एफ-(5)-4/2017.--हिमाचल प्रदेश के राज्यपाल, हिमाचल प्रदेश नगर और ग्राम योजना अधिनियम, 1977 (1977 का अधिनियम संख्यांक 12) की धारा 77 की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, निदेश देते हैं कि इस आदेश के स्तम्भ संख्या 2 और 3 के अन्तर्गत यथाविनिर्दिष्ट नगरपालिका परिषदों और नगर पंचायतों में निदेशक की शक्तियां के, पूर्वोक्त अधिनियम की उन धाराओं, जो इस आदेश की स्तम्भ संख्या 4 के अन्तर्गत यथाविनिर्दिष्ट है; के उपबन्धों के अधीन क्रमशः सम्बद्ध कार्यकारी अधिकारियों और सचिवों द्वारा प्रयोग किया जाएगा; अर्थात्‌ः--

No. TCP-F(5)-4/2017.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 77 of the Himachal Pradesh Town and Country Planning Act, 1977 (Act No. 12 of 1977), the Governor of Himachal Pradesh is pleased to direct that the powers of the Director in the Municipal Councils and Nagar Panchayats, as specified under column Nos. 2 and 3 of this order shall be exercised by the concerned Executive Officer and Secretary respectively under the provisions of those sections of the Act ibid, as specified under column No. 4 of this order, namely:—

Note.—The process of election shall be completed by 14th January, 2019.

Dated, the 19th December, 2018

No. SEC-(13)-96/2017-III-3326.—Whereas the Programme for the conduct of by-elections to Ward No. 24-Sangti of the Municipal Corporation Shimla has been announced by this Commission;

And Whereas it is desirable and considered appropriate and necessary in the interest of free, smooth and peaceful conduct of the elections to enforce a Model Code of Conduct;

Now, therefore, the State Election Commission in exercise of powers vested in it under Article 243 ZA of the Constitution of India and Section 9 (1) of the Himachal Pradesh Municipal Corporation Act, 1994, hereby directs that the Model Code of Conduct already notified vide notification No. SEC.16-29/2001-3364 dated 6th October, 2015, and subsequent notification No. SEC.16-29/2000-I-4516-49 dated 2nd November, 2015 shall come into force in the territorial jurisdiction of Municipal Corporation Shimla w.e.f. today the 19th December, 2018 till the election process is completed.

Garoh, तहसील धर्मशाला, जिला कांगड़ा ने इस अदालत में शपथ पत्र सहित मुकद्दमा दायर किया है कि उसकीे पुत्री Mehak की जन्म तिथि 23-02-2003 है परन्तु ग्राम पंचायत Garoh में जन्म पंजीकृत न है अतः इसे पंजीकृत किये जाने के आदेश दिये जायें इस नोटिस के द्वारा समस्त जनता को तथा सम्बन्धित सम्बन्धियों को सूचित किया जाता है कि यदि किसी को उपरोक्त Mehak का जन्म पंजीकृत किये जाने बारे कोई एतराज हो तो वह अपना एतराज हमारी अदालत में दिनांक 07-01-2019 को असालतन या वकालतन हाजिर आकर अपना एतराज पेश कर सकता है अन्यथा मुताबिक शपथ-पत्र जन्म तिथि पंजीकृत किये जाने बारे आदेश पारित कर दिये जायेंगे। आज दिनांक 01-12-2018 को मेरे हस्ताक्षर व मोहर अदालत द्वारा जारी किया गया।
