No. Health-C-A(3)2/2018.—The Governor, Himachal Pradesh is pleased to constitute a State Level Advisory Committee (SLAC) for Safe Food and Healthy Diets as per the recommendations of the Food Safety & Standards Authority of India under Sub-regulation 2.1.15 of Food Safety and Standards (Licensing and Registration of Food 209-राजपत्र/2019-16-01-2019 (7541)7542 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 16 जनवरी, 2019/26 पौष, 1940 Businesses) Regulations, 2011 to the State of Himachal Pradesh consisting of following members:—

State Level Advisory Committee

Nominees for serial number 11 to 15 :

(a) Professional on food science and technology could be independent socially-minded professionals identified by the State Government or from amongst nominees of Association of Food Scientists & Technologists of India (AFSTI) or their State/Regional Chapters.

(b) Professional on public health, food safety and nutrition could be independent socially-minded professionals identified by the State Government or from amongst nominees of Indian Medical Association (IMA), Indian Dietics Association (IDA), Nutrition Society of India (NSI) or their State/Regional chapters.

(c) Representatives of packaged food businesses could be an independent socially-minded food business or from amongst nominees of CII, FICCI, ASSOCHAM, Regional/State Chapter of Association of Food Processors of India (IFTI), Indian Chamber of Commerce, PHD Chamber of Commerce or any other active National Regional Industry Associations.

(d) Representatives of hotels, restaurants and catering establishments could be from amongst nominees of the local chapters of National Level Organizations like National Restaurants Association of India (NRAI), Federation of Hotel and Restaurants Association of India (FHRAI), Federation of All India Caterers (FAIC), All India Hotel and Restaurants Association (AHAR), Indian Federation of Culinary Associations (IFCA) etc.

(e) Representatives of consumer organizations could be independent socially- minded consumer right activists or from amongst nominees of the Regional/State chapters of National Level Consumer Organisations.

Terms of reference:

(1) To ensure effective implementation of the Food Safety and Standards (FSS) Act, 2006, Rules and Regulations framed thereunder and directions issued by the Food Authority;

(2) To arrange periodical surveys of food businesses and take up special drives to ensure that all food business are licensed or registered;

(3) To ensure availability of suitably qualified and fulltime staff and officers for proper implementation of the food safety law and ensure their proper training and development;

(4) To ensure availability of properly equipped and adequately staffed Food Testing Laboratories in the State and ensure their timely NABL accreditation;

(5) To ensure availability of properly equipped sampling units with adequate staff and facilities in the offices of Designated Officers and Commissioners of Food Safety;

(6) To plan periodic surveillance of food products as per State`s own needs and also facilitate conduct of such surveillance taken up at the national level;

(7) To monitor enforcement, inspections, sampling, prosecution and adjudication related to food safety in the State;

(8) To monitor and find systematic solutions of the grievances of food businesses;

(9) To put in place effective mechanism for consumers grievances redressal;

(10) To help build a culture of self-compliance through systematic training and capacity building of food businesses under Food Safety and Certification System (FoSTaC);

(11) To ensure citizens engagement through various initiatives such as Eat Right movement, Safe and Nutritious Food Initiatives (SNF@School, SNF@Workplace), BHOG, Clean street food hub etc.;

(12) To promote fortified food in ICDS, MDM and other safety net programmes and bring about food safety and nutritional literacy amongst citizens through convergence with Ayushman Bharat, Poshan Abhiyan and Swachh Bharat Mission;

(13) To monitor quality and safety of milk as per directions of the Supreme Court;

( 14)To monitor occurrence of food borne diseases and devise systematic response to such occurrences; and

(15) To oversee the functioning of the District Level Advisory Committee.

The Committee will also have the final authority to approve the shelf of schemes/projects under various decentralized planning programmes including Backward Area Sub-Plan. The meeting of the Committee will be held on quarterly basis as per date and venue fixed by the Chairman. The recommendations and suggestions of this committee will be sent to all the concerned Heads of Departments for taking appropriate action with a copy to Planning Department, Himachal Pradesh.

6. Conditions Governing TA/DA:

The Officials Members shall be entitled for TA/DA as admissible under the rules.

Shri Rishu Shekhar Shandilya and Smt. Navneeta have filed an application on 12-12-2018 alongwith affidavits in the court of undersigned under section 15 of Special Marriage Act, 1954 that they have solemnized their marriage on 20-07-2018 and they are living as husband and wife since then and hence their marriage may be registered under the Special Marriage Act, 1954.

Therefore, the general public is hereby informed through this notice that any person who has any objection regarding this marriage can file the objection personally or in writing before this court on or before 31-01-2019. The objection received after 31-01-2019 will not be entertained and marriage will be registered accordingly.

1. श्री रोशन लाल, 2. श्री सुभाष चन्द, 3. श्री कुलदीप कुमार पुत्रगण व निर्मला देवी पुत्री श्री मुनी लाल पुत्र, श्री छांगू, निवासी गांव चतरोखड़ी, तहसील सुन्दरनगर, जिला मण्डी, हि0 प्र0 . .तरतीवी प्रत्यार्थीगण लता देवी पुत्री श्री मुनी लाल पुत्र श्री छांगू, निवासी गांव चतरोखड़ी, तहसील सुन्दरनगर, जिला मण्डी, हि0 प्र0 ने इस अदालत में प्रार्थना-पत्र गुजारा है कि प्रार्थिनी के पिता श्री मुनी लाल पुत्र श्री छांगू राम ने अपने जीवन काल में एक वसीका वसीयतनामा दिनांक 30-08-2006 को तैहरीर की है। प्रार्थिनी के पिता की दिनांक 19-03-2008 को मृत्यु हो चुकी है तथा वसीयतनामा का पंजीकरण करवाना चाहती है। अतः इस इश्तहार के माध्यम से उक्त प्रत्यार्थीगणों को सूचित किया जाता है कि वसीयत पंजीकरण के बारा में कोई उजर/एतराज हो तो वह दिनांक 22-01-2019 को मुकर्रर तारीख पर बवक्त सुबह 10.00 बजे असालतन या वकालतन हाजिर आकर पैरवी मुकद्दमा करें अन्यथा आपके खिलाफ कार्यवाही एकतरफा अमल में लाई जायेगी।
