अतः हिमाचल प्रदेश के राज्यपाल, पूर्वोक्त अधिनियम की धारा 29 की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए घोषणा करते हैं कि उक्त अधिनियम के अध्याय-4 के उपबन्ध उक्त वन भूमि/बंजर भूमि को लागू होंगे और जो एतद्‌पश्चात्‌ पूर्वोक्त अधिनियम की धारा 29 की उपधारा (2) के उपबन्धों के अधीन ''संरक्षित वन'' कहलाएगी।

No. FFE-B-F(14)-99/2014.—Whereas the nature and extent of the rights of the Government and of private persons in or over the Forest Land/Waste Land specified in the schedule inserted to this Notification have been enquired into and recorded as required under sub-sections (3) of section-29 of the Indian Forest Act, 1927 (Act No. 16 of 1927);

And whereas the Forest Land/ Waste Land shown in the said schedule is the property of the Government or over which the Government has proprietary rights or the Government is entitled to the whole or any part of the Forest Produce therein;

Now therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 29 of the Act ibid, the Governor, Himachal Pradesh is pleased to declare that the provisions of Chapter-IV of the Act shall apply to the said Forest Land/Waste Land and shall hereafter be called as "Protected Forests" under the provisions of sub-section (2) of section 29 of the Act ibid.

No. SJE-A-F (5)-2/2013-I.—The Governor, Himachal Pradesh is pleased to constitute the State Level Management/Task-Force Committee under Centrally Sponsored One Stop Centre Scheme of the GOI to oversee the implementation and working of One Stop Centres in the State, with immediate effect, in the following maners:—

The Committee/Task Force shall review, monitor and coordinate the working of the One Stop Centres in the State. It shall also undertake the course correction of OSC in the State.

The Committee shall meet at least twice in a year or as and when required on the notice of the Chairperson.

उनवान मुकद्दमा.--दरख्वास्त जेर धारा 13(3) जन्म एवम्‌ मृत्यु पंजीकरण अधिनियम, 1969 के अन्तर्गत। इस कार्यालय में श्री राम दास पुत्र श्री नेसरू, निवासी चिवाड़ी, डाकघर मसली, उप-तहसील जांगला, तहसील चड़गांव, जिला शिमला, हि0 प्र0 ने प्रार्थना-पत्र गुजार कर निवेदन किया है कि उनके पिता श्री नेसरू की मृत्यु 03-05-2008 को हुई है, परन्तु अज्ञानतावश उसका नाम व मृत्यु तिथि को ग्राम पंचायत ढाकगांव के मृत्यु रजिस्टर में आज तक पंजीकृत नहीं किया गया है तथा उसके नाम व मृत्यु तिथि को दर्ज करने के आदेश सचिव ग्राम पंचायत ढाकगांव को दिये जावें।

अतः इस इश्तहार द्वारा आम जनता को सूचित किया जाता है कि यदि किसी को भी नेसरू का नाम व मृत्यु तिथि ग्राम पंचायत ढाकगांव में दर्ज करने बारे किसी प्रकार का एतराज व उजर हो तो दिनांक 07-02-2019 तक असालतन या वकालतन हाजिर होकर लिखित व मौखिक प्रस्तुत करे। यदि उक्त तारीख तक कोई उजर/एतराज प्रस्तुत नहीं हुआ तो यह समझा जाएगा कि प्रार्थी की मृत्यु तिथि ग्राम पंचायत ढाकगांव में दर्ज करने हेतु कोई आपत्ति नहीं है तथा मृत्यु तिथि ग्राम पंचायत ढाकगांव में दर्ज करने के आदेश पारित किए जायेंगे।

उनवान मुकद्दमा.--दरख्वास्त जेर धारा 13(3) जन्म एवम्‌ मृत्यु पंजीकरण अधिनियम, 1969 के अन्तर्गत। इस कार्यालय में श्री राम दास पुत्र श्री नेसरू, निवासी चिवाड़ी, डाकघर मसली, उप-तहसील जांगला, तहसील चड़गांव, जिला शिमला, हि0 प्र0 ने प्रार्थना-पत्र गुजार कर निवेदन किया है कि उनके चाचा श्री मुशू की मृत्यु 25-06-2012 को हुई है, परन्तु अज्ञानतावश उसका नाम व मृत्यु तिथि को ग्राम पंचायत ढाकगांव के7803 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 28 जनवरी, 2019/8 माघ, 1940 मृत्यु रजिस्टर में आज तक पंजीकृत नहीं किया गया है तथा उसके नाम व मृत्यु तिथि को दर्ज करने के आदेश सचिव ग्राम पंचायत ढाकगांव को दिये जावें।

अतः इस इश्तहार द्वारा आम जनता को सूचित किया जाता है कि यदि किसी को भी मुशू का नाम व मृत्यु तिथि ग्राम पंचायत ढाकगांव में दर्ज करने बारे किसी प्रकार का एतराज व उजर हो तो दिनांक 07-02-2019 तक असालतन या वकालतन हाजिर होकर लिखित/मौखिक प्रस्तुत करें। यदि उक्त तारीख तक कोई उजर/एतराज प्रस्तुत नहीं हुआ तो यह समझा जाएगा कि प्रार्थी की मृत्यु तिथि ग्राम पंचायत ढाकगांव में दर्ज करने हेतु कोई आपत्ति नहीं है तथा मृत्यु तिथि ग्राम पंचायत ढाकगांव में दर्ज करने के आदेश पारित किए जायेंगे।
