No. PBW(B&R) (B)F(7)-2/2018.—In continuation to this department notification of even number dated 22nd November, 2018, the Governor, Himachal Pradesh is pleased to declare the 218-राजपत्र/2019-29-01-2019 (7807)7808 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 29 जनवरी, 2019/9 माघ, 1940 'Rakkar-Chaplah-Upper Bharoli-Tikkar-Shantla' road in District Kangra having a length of 15.600 kms as Major District Road No. 103 at Sl. No. 94. Accordingly the total length of Major District Roads in the State will be 4276.600 kms.

Accordingly the total length of Major District Roads in the State will be 4428.215 kms.

उक्त अनुसूची में दर्शित वन भूमि/बंजर भूमि, सरकार की सम्पत्ति है, या जिस पर सरकार के सांपािक अधिकार हैं या सरकार उसकी वन उपज के सम्पूर्ण या किसी भाग की हकदार है;

अतः हिमाचल प्रदेश के राज्यपाल, पूर्वोक्त अधिनियम की धारा 29 की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए घोषणा करते हैं कि उक्त अधिनियम के अध्याय-4 के उपबन्ध उक्त वन भूमि/बंजर भूमि को लागू होंगे और जो एतद्‌पश्चात्‌ पूर्वोक्त अधिनियम की धारा 29 की उपधारा (2) के उपबन्धों के अधीन ''संरक्षित वन'' कहलाएगी ।

No. FFE-B-F(14)-104/2014.—Whereas the nature and extent of the rights of the Government and of private persons in or over the Forest Land/Waste Land specified in the schedule7810 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 29 जनवरी, 2019/9 माघ, 1940 inserted to this Notification have been enquired into and recorded as required under sub-section (3) of section 29 of the Indian Forest Act, 1927 (Act No. 16 of 1927);

And whereas the Forest Land/Waste Land shown in the said schedule is the property of the Government or over which the Government has proprietary rights or the Government is entitled to the whole or any part of the Forest Produce therein;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 29 of the Act ibid, the Governor, Himachal Pradesh is pleased to declare that the provisions of Chapter-IV of the Act shall apply to the said Forest Land/Waste Land and shall hereafter be called as "Protected Forests" under the provisions of Sub-Section (2) of section 29 of the Act ibid.

Smt. Premgeeta wife of Shri Parmod Kumar, r/o House No. 03, Village Gorkhnath, Tehsil Kalka, District Panchkulla, (H. R.) has filed an application under section 13(3) of the Birth & Death Registration Act, 1969 stating therein that her daughter namely Preeti Kumari daughter of Shri Parmod Kumar and Smt. Premgeeta, was born on dated 31-10-2001 at Bharadwaj Hospital Sia Road Baddi, Tehsil Baddi, District Solan, H. P. but his birth could not be registered in the Municipal Corporation, Nagar Parishad Baddi, Tehsil Baddi, District Solan, H.P. within stipulated period. He prayed for passing necessary orders to the Executive Officer, Municipal Corporation, Nagar Parishad Baddi, Tehsil Baddi, District Solan for entering the same.

Therefore, by this proclamation, the General Public is hereby informed that any person having any objection regarding registering the birth of Preeti Kumari daughter of Shri Parmod Kumar and Smt. Premgeeta r/o House No. 03, Village Gorkhnath, Tehsil Kalka, District Panchkulla (H. R.) objection in this court on or before 05-02-2019, failing which no objection shall be entertained.

महिन्द्र सिंह पुत्र मिल्खा सिंह बनाम आम जनता आवेदन-पत्र अधीन धारा 13(3) जन्म एवं मृत्यु रजिस्ट्रीकरण अधिनियम, 1969.

श्री महिन्द्र सिंह पुत्र मिल्खा सिंह जाति जट, वासी कर्मपुर, तहसील हरोली, जिला ऊना (हि0 प्र0) ने इस न्यायालय में निवेदन किया है कि उसकी माता श्रीमती किशनी पत्नी स्व0 मिल्खा सिंह की मृत्यु दिनांक 20-01-2016 को गांव कर्मपुर, तहसील हरोली, जिला ऊना (हि0 प्र0) में हुई है लेकिन उनकी मृत्यु ग्राम पंचायत अभिलेख में दर्ज न है और जन्म/मृत्यु तिथि रजिस्ट्रेशन अधिनियम, 1969 के तहत सम्बन्धित अभिलेख में दर्ज करने बारे प्रार्थना-पत्र प्रस्तुत किया है।

अतः सर्वसाधारण को इस इश्तहार के माध्यम से सूचित किया जाता है कि यदि इस बारे किसी व्यक्ति को कोई उजर/एतराज हो तो वह दिनांक 20-02-2019 को प्रातः 10.00 बजे अधोहस्ताक्षरी के न्यायालय में उपस्थित हो कर पेश सकता है। यदि उपरोक्त वर्णित तिथि को किसी भी व्यक्ति का कोई उजर/एतराज इस न्यायालय में प्राप्त नहीं होता है तो इस न्यायालय द्वारा यह मान लिया जाएगा कि किसी को इस सम्बन्ध में किसी को कोई आपत्ति नहीं है और मृत्यु तिथि सम्बन्धित रिकार्ड में दर्ज करने बारे नियमानुसार आगामी कार्यवाही अमल में लाई जाकर आदेश पारित कर दिया जाएगा।

उपरोक्त मुकद्दमा उनवान वाला में श्री नानक चन्द पुत्र श्री गुरमीत सिंह, वासी धरूं, तहसील बगांणा, जिला ऊना (हि0 प्र0) ने इस न्यायालय में प्रार्थना-पत्र प्रस्तुत किया है कि उसकी पुत्री खुशी का जन्म गांव कोटला कलां अप्पर में दिनांक 30-04-2016 को एम्बुलेंस में हुआ था, लेकिन अज्ञानता के कारण जन्म का इन्द्राज स्थानीय रजिस्ट्रार जन्म व मृत्यु पंजीकरण ग्राम पंचायत कोटला कलां अप्पर, तहसील व जिला ऊना (हि0 प्र0) में दर्ज न करवा सका है।

अतः इस सन्दर्भ में आम जनता को सूचित किया जाता है कि यदि उपरोक्त वर्णित जन्म का इन्द्राज स्थानीय रजिस्ट्रार जन्म व मृत्यु पंजीकरण ग्राम पंचायत कोटला कलां अप्पर, तहसील व जिला ऊना (हि0 प्र0) में दर्ज करवाने बारे किसी को कोई उजर या एतराज हो तो वह दिनांक 18-02-2019 को अथवा उससे पूर्व न्यायालय हजा में उपस्थित होकर प्रस्तुत कर सकता है, अन्यथा उसके बाद उक्त वर्णित जन्म के पंजीकरण हेतु आगामी कार्यवाही अमल में लाई जायेगी। इसके बाद कोई भी एतराज काबिले समायत न होगा। आज दिनांक 17-01-2019 को मेरे हस्ताक्षर व न्यायालय की मोहर द्वारा जारी हुआ।
