No. EDN-A-Ka (1)-25/2018.—The Governor, Himachal Pradesh is pleased to order to merge the privately managed General Zorawar Singh Degree College, Dhaneta (Hamirpur) into the Government College Dhaneta (Hamirpur) and also to transfer the building and other infrastructures 247-राजपत्र/2019-07-03-2019 (8969)8970 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 07 मार्च, 2019/16 फाल्गुन, 1940 of said privately managed college to the Government College, Dhaneta (Hamirpur), H.P. alongwith all Assets with immediate effect subject to the following condition:—

1. The Committee will have to clear all its pending liabilities from its own reserved funds i.e. endowment fund before merging the college into the Govt. College Dhaneta (Hamirpur) for which the Committee has submitted its written consent.

2. The BBA, BCA and PGDCA classes running in the said private college Dhaneta has not been taken over by the Government.

The Principal, Govt. College, Dhaneta, Distt. Hamirpur is hereby directed to take further necessary action in the matter accordingly.

NOTIFICATION

Shimla-2, the 28th February, 2019

No. UD-A(1)-5/2018.—In exercise of the powers conferred by second proviso to sub- section (2) of Section 3 of the Himachal Pradesh Municipal Act, 1994 (Act No. 13 of 1994), the Governor, Himachal Pradesh proposes to amend Schedule-I of the Act ibid and to declare Nagar Panchayat Sarkaghat, Distt. Mandi, H.P. as Municipal Council.

Any person who desires to object to the proposed declaration, may submit his objections in writing to the Pr. Secretary (UD) to the Government of H.P. through the Deputy Commissioner, Mandi within thirty days from the date of publication of this notification in the Rajpatra, Himachal Pradesh (extraordinary).

The objections, if any, received within the above stipulated period, shall be taken into consideration by the Government before finalizing the draft notification.

भारत गणराज्य के सत्तरवें वर्ष में हिमाचल प्रदेश विधान सभा द्वारा निम्नलिखित रूप में यह अधिनियमित होः-

1. सक्षिप्त नाम.-इस अधिनियम का संक्षिप्त नाम हिमाचल प्रदेश विनियोग अधिनियम, 2019 है । 2. हिमाचल प्रदेश राज्य की संचित निधि में से वित्तीय वर्ष 2018-19 के लिए `31,42,64,82,508 की और राशि जारी करना.-हिमाचल प्रदेश राज्य की संचित निधि में से अनुसूची के तृतीय स्तम्भ में विनिर्दिष्ट से अनधिक धनराशियां, जिनका योग केवल `31,42,64,82,508 (तीन हजार एक सौ बयालीस करोड़, चौंसठ लाख बयासी हजार पांच सौ आठ रुपए), संदत्त और उपयोजित की जाए, जिनका वित्तीय वर्ष 2018-19 की अवधि में अनुसूची के द्वितीय स्तम्भ में विनिर्दिष्ट सेवाओं और प्रयोजनों से सम्बन्धित विभिन्न प्रभारों कोे चुकाने के लिए उपयोग किया जाएगा ।

THE HIMACHAL PRADESH APPROPRIATION ACT, 2019

(AS ASSENTED TO BY THE HON'BLE GOVERNOR ON 25TH FEBRUARY, 2019)

ACT

to authorise payment and appropriation of certain further sums from and out of the

Consolidated Fund of the State of Himachal Pradesh for the services for the financial year ending

on 31st day of March, 2019.

BE it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of Himachal Pradesh in the Seventieth Year of the Republic of India as follows:—

1. Short title.—This Act may be called the Himachal Pradesh Appropriation Act, 2019.

2. Issue of a further sum of ` 31,42,64,82,508 out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Himachal Pradesh for the financial year 2018-19.—From and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Himachal Pradesh, there may be paid and applied sums not exceeding those specified in column (3) of THE SCHEDULE amounting in the aggregate to a sum of `31,42,64,82,508 (Rupees three thousand one hundred forty two crores, sixty four lakh, eighty two thousand five hundred eight) only towards defraying the several charges which will come in course of payment during the financial year 2018-19 in respect of the services and purposes specified in column (2) of THE SCHEDULE.

3. Appropriation.—The sums authorized to be paid and applied from and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Himachal Pradesh by this Act shall be further appropriated for the services and purposes expressed in THE SCHEDULE in relation to the period specified under section 2 of this Act.

इस मुकद्दमें का संक्षिप्त सार यह है कि उपरोक्त प्रार्थी श्री हेम राम पुत्र श्री परमा नन्द, निवासी ग्राम रौडी, डाकघर कोहबाग, उप-तहसील धामी, जिला शिमला, हि0 प्र0 ने प्रार्थना-पत्र इस आशय के साथ इस अदालत में प्रस्तुत किया है कि भू-राजस्व अभिलेख मौजा रौडी में प्रार्थी का नाम हेत राम पुत्र श्री परमा नन्द, दर्ज कागजात है जो कि गलत है जबकि शपथ-पत्र, शैक्षणिक प्रमाण-पत्र, परिवार रजिस्टर नकल, भारत निर्वाचन आयोग, पहचान-पत्र आधार कार्ड व ब्यानात वाशिन्दगान देह के अनुसार प्रार्थी का नाम श्री हेम राम पुत्र परमा नन्द है जो कि सही है। 8990 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 07 मार्च, 2019/16 फाल्गुन, 1940 अतः इस इश्तहार द्वारा सूिचत किया जाता है कि यदि किसी को भी उपरोक्त मुकद्दमा नाम दरूस्ती बारे कोई भी उजर व एतराज हो तो स्वयं या लिखित तौर पर प्रकाशन के एक माह के उपरान्त दिनांक 22-03-2019 को अपराह्नन 2.00 बजे हाजिर अदालत आकर अपना एतराज पेश करें अन्यथा यह समझा जायेगा कि किसी भी व्यक्ति को इस मुकद्दमा नाम दरूस्ती बारे कोई उजर/एतराज न है तथा आवेदन-पत्र को अन्तिम रूप दिया जायेगा व एकतरफा कार्यवाही अमल में लाई जाएगी।
