उनवान मुकद्दमा.--दरख्वास्त जेर धारा 13(3) जन्म एवम् मृत्यु पंजीकरण अधिनियम, 1969 के अन्तर्गत। श्री जिया लाल पुत्र स्व0 श्री ब्रेसू, निवासी गांव बटाडी, डाकघर अढाल, तहसील रोहड़ू, जिला शिमला, हिमाचल प्रदेश ने प्रार्थना-पत्र गुजार कर निवेदन किया है उनके पिता ब्रेसू पुत्र फडु की मृत्यु दिनांक109 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 04 अप्रैल, 2019/14 चैत्र, 1941 15-03-2002 व माता श्रीमती लोभी देवी पत्नी स्व0 श्री ब्रेसू की मृत्यु दिनांक 16-07-2012 को हो चुकी है परन्तु अज्ञानतावश उनकी मृत्यु तिथियों को ग्राम पंचायत अढाल के मृत्यु रजिस्टर में आज तक पंजीकृत नहीं करवाया गया है तथा इनकीे मृत्यु तिथियों को दर्ज करने के आदेश ग्राम पंचायत अढाल को दिये जावें। अतः इस इशतहार द्वारा आम जनता को सूचित किया जाता है कि यदि किसी को भी ब्रेसू पुत्र फडु व श्रीमती लोभी देवी पत्नी स्व0 श्री ब्रेसू की मृत्यु तिथियों को ग्राम पंचायत अढाल में दर्ज करने में किसी भी प्रकार का एतराज/उजर हो तो वह दिनांक 20-04-2019 तक असालतन/वकालतन हाजिर होकर लिखित व मौखिक प्रस्तुत करे। यदि उक्त तारीख तक कोई उजर/एतराज प्रस्तुत नहीं हुआ तो यह समझा जावेगा कि उपरोक्त मृतकों की मृत्यु तिथियां ग्राम पंचायत अढाल में दर्ज करने हेतु कोई आपत्ति नहीं है तथा मृत्यु तिथियां ग्राम पंचायत अढाल में दर्ज करने के आदेश पारित कर दिये जाएंगे।

अतः इस इश्तहार द्वारा उक्त प्रतिवादीगण को सूचित किया जाता है कि वह दिनांक 06-04-2019 को प्रातः 10.00 बजे अदालत हजा में असालतन/वकालतन हाजिर होकर तकसीम बारे अपना एतराज/सहमती पेश कर सकते है। गैरहाजिरी की सूरत में एकतरफा कार्यवाही अमल में लाई जावेगी व मिसल में आगामी कार्यवाही शुरू कर दी जावेगी।
