संख्याः जी.ए.डी.(सी.सी.) 5-2/71.--हिमाचल प्रदेश के राज्यपाल, भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 166 के खण्ड (3) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, अधिसूचना सं0 5-2/71-जीएडी(सीसी), 09-राजपत्र/2019-10-04-2019 (255) 256 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 10 अप्रैल, 2019/20 चैत्र, 1941 तारीख 25 जनवरी, 1971 द्वारा अधिसूचित दी बिजनैस ऑफ दी गवर्नमैंट ऑफ हिमाचल प्रदेश (एलोकेशन) रूल्ज, 1971 का और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्‌ः-

1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ.--(1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम दी बिजनैस ऑफ दी गवर्नमैंट ऑफ हिमाचल प्रदेश (एलोकेशन) (154वां संशोधन) रूल्ज, 2019 है।

(2) ये नियम राजपत्र, (ई-गजट) हिमाचल प्रदेश में प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होंगे।

2. शेड्‌यूल का संशोधन.--दी बिजनैस ऑफ दी गवर्नमैंट ऑफ हिमाचल प्रदेश (एलोकेशन), रूल्ज, 1971 से संलग्न शेड्‌यूल में,-

(क) शीर्षक "PLANNING DEPARTMENT" में उप शीर्षक "(a) PLANNING", के अधीन मद संख्याः 7 का लोप किया जाएगा; और मद संख्याः 8, 9, 10 ,11, 12, 13, 14,15, 16,17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26 को क्रमशः मद संख्याः 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25 के रूप में पुनः संख्यांकित किया जाएगा; एवं

(ख) शीर्षक "TRANSPORT DEPARTMENT" में मद संख्या 12 के पश्चात्‌ निम्नलिखित मद संख्या 13 अन्तःस्थापित की जाएगी, अर्थात्‌ः-

"13. All matters relating to intensification of Railway facilities in

Himachal Pradesh.".

Shimla-171 002, the 5th April, 2019

No. GAD (CC) 5-2/71.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (3) of Article 166 of the Constitution of India, the Governor, Himachal Pradesh, is pleased to make the following Rules further to amend the Business of the Government of Himachal Pradesh (Allocation) Rules, 1971 notified vide Notification No. 5-2/71-GAD(CC), dated 25th January, 1971, namely:—

1. Short title and Commencement.—(1) These Rules may be called the Business of the Government of Himachal Pradesh (Allocation), (154th Amendment) Rules, 2019.

(2) These Rules shall come into force from the date of publication in the Rajpatra (e- Gazette), Himachal Pradesh.

2. Amendment of the SCHEDULE.—In the SCHEDULE appended to the Business of the Government of Himachal Pradesh (Allocation) Rules, 1971:—

(a) in heading "PLANNING DEPARTMENT", under sub-heading "(a) PLANNING", the item No. 7 shall be deleted; and item Nos. 8, 9, 10 ,11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26 shall be renumbered as item Nos 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25 respectively; and

(b) in heading "TRANSPORT DEPARTMENT" after the item No.12, the following item No.13 shall be inserted, namely:—

"13. All matters relating to intensification of Railway facilities in

Himachal Pradesh".

अतः सर्वसाधारण को सुनवाई हेतु बजरिये इश्तहार व मुस्त्री मुनादी द्वारा सूचित किया जाता है कि इस सम्बन्ध में किसी प्रकार का उजर/एतराज हो तो वह दिनांक 24-04-2019 को असालतन व वकालतन पेश होकर अपना एतराज दर्ज करवा सकता है। उसके उपरान्त कोई भी उजर/एतराज जेरे समायत न होगा तथा श्री जसवीर कुमार पुत्र होशियार सिंह, निवासी महाल सुरानी, मौजा गन्धवाड़, तहसील खुण्डियां, जिला कांगड़ा (हि0 प्र0) का नाम राजस्व अभिलेख महाल सुरानी के अभिलेख में जसवीर सिंह पुत्र होशियार सिंह के बजाये जसवीर सिंह उपनाम जसवीर कुमार पुत्र होशियार सिंह दर्ज करने के आदेश पारित कर दिये जायेंगे। आज दिनांक 19-03-2019 को मेरे हस्ताक्षर व मोहर अदालत से जारी हुआ।
