Now, therefore, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of Section 14 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), the President is pleased to call upon the Parliamentary constituencies, specified, in column (2) of the Table given below comprised within the corresponding States or Union Territory, as the case may be, of Bihar, Himachal Pradesh, Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal and Chandigarh as specified in column (1) of the said Table, to elect the Members in accordance with the provisions of the said Act and of the rules and orders made thereunder:—

दिनांक : 22 अप्रैल, 2019 2 वैशाख, 1941 (शक्‌) सं. 464/ईपीएस/2019(7).--यतः, भारत के राष्ट्रपति द्वारा लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1951 (1951 का 43) की धारा 14 की उपधारा (2) के अंतर्गत जारी अधिसूचना जिसे भारत के राजपत्र में 22 अप्रैल,607 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 22 अप्रैल, 2019/02 वैशाख, 1941 2019 (सोमवार) में प्रकाशित करवाया गया, के द्वारा, नीचे दी गई अनुसूची में स्तंभ (1) में उल्लिखित राज्यों/संघ शासित क्षेत्रों में उक्त अनुसूची के कॉलम (2) में विनिर्दिष्ट, प्रत्येक संसदीय निर्वाचन क्षेत्र से यह अपेक्षा की गई है कि उक्त अधिनियम के प्रावधानों और उसके अंतर्गत नियमों और किए गए आदेशों के अनुसार लोक सभा के लिए सदस्य निर्वाचित कर दिए जाएं;

2. अतः, अब, उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 30 और 56 के अनुसरण में निर्वाचन आयोग, एतद्‌द्वारा- (अ) उक्त निर्वाचन के संबंध में उक्त अनुसूची में विनिर्दिष्ट प्रत्येक संसदीय निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के लिए निम्नलिखित निर्धारित करता हैः -

(क) नाम निर्देशन करने की अंतिम तारीख - 29 अप्रैल, 2019 (सोमवार)

(ख) नाम निर्देशन की संवीक्षा की तारीख - 30 अप्रैल, 2019 (मंगलवार)

(ग) अभ्यर्थिताएं वापस लेने की अंतिम तारीख - 2 मई, 2019 (गुरूवार)

(घ) नीचे की अनुसूची के कालम (3) में विनिर्दिष्ट तारीख को ऐसी तारीख के रूप में निर्धारित करता है जिसको यदि आवश्यक हुआ तो, उक्त अनुसूची के कालम (2) में तदनुरूपी प्रविष्टि में विनिर्दिष्ट संसदीय निर्वाचन क्षेत्रों में मतदान होगा; और

(ङ) ऐसी तारीख जिससे पहले उपर्युक्त सभी संसदीय निर्वाचन क्षेत्रों में निर्वाचन सम्पन्न हो जाएगा - 27 मई, 2019 (सोमवार); और

(आ) उक्त अनुसूची के कॉलम (4) में विनिर्दिष्ट समय को, ऐसे समय के रूप में नियत करता है जिसके दौरान, यदि आवश्यक हुआ तो, उक्त अनुसूची के कॉलम (2) में विनिर्दिष्ट तद्‌नुरूपी प्रविष्टि के अनुसार निर्वाचन क्षेत्रों में, उपर्युक्त निर्वाचन के लिए, इसके कॉलम (3) में ऐसे निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के सामने विनिर्दिष्ट तारीख को मतदान होगा।

(e) the 27th May, 2019 (Monday), as the date before which the election shall be completed in all the above mentioned parliamentary constituencies; and (B) Fixes the hours specified in column (4) of the said Schedule, as the hours during which the poll shall, if necessary, be taken in the constituencies, specified in the corresponding entry in column (2) of the said Schedule, on the date specified against such constituency in column (3) thereof, for the above election.

अतः इस इश्तहार हजा द्वारा सर्वसाधारण को सूचित किया जाता है कि यदि किसी व्यक्ति को लक्क्ष ठाकुर पुत्र श्री लाल चन्द की जन्म तिथि दर्ज करवाने बारे कोई आपत्ति हो तो वह दिनांक 01-05-2019 को सुबह 10.00 बजे या इससे पूर्व असालतन या वकालतन हाजिर अदालत आकर अपना एतराज दर्ज करवा सकता है। इसके उपरान्त कोई भी एतराज समायत न होगा तथा नियमानुसार जन्म तिथि दर्ज करवाने के आदेश सम्बन्धित ग्राम पंचायत को पारित कर दिए जाएंगे।
