No. Home-B(B)15-1/2019.—In continuation of this department notification of even number dated 02-04-2019 and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (i) of Section 20 read with Section 21 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, the Governor, Himachal Pradesh is 25-राजपत्र/2019-01-05-2019 (1475) 1476 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 01 मई, 2019/11 वैशाख, 1941 pleased to appoint the following officers as Executive Magistrate to exercise powers within their respective jurisdiction in view of Himachal Pradesh Lok Sabha Elections 2019 till the completion of process of Election under the supervision and control of the District Magistrate/ Sub Divisional Magistrate of the concerned District/Sub- Divison in whose jurisdiction their local area falls, with immediate effect:—

सं0 पी0बी0डब्ल्यू0(बी0)एफ(5)14/2019.--यतः हिमाचल प्रदेश के राज्यपाल को यह प्रतीत होता है कि हिमाचल प्रदेश सरकार को सरकारी व्यय पर सार्वजनिक प्रयोजन हेतु नामतः गांव सरौर/121, तहसील सुन्दरनगर, जिला मण्डी, हिमाचल प्रदेश में सलापड़-ताापानी सड़क के निर्माण हेतु भूमि अर्जित करनी अपेक्षित है। अतएव एतद्‌द्वारा यह अधिसूचित किया जाता है कि उक्त परिक्षेत्र में जैसा कि निम्न विवरणी में निर्दिष्ट किया गया है, उपरोक्त प्रयोजन के लिए भूमि का अर्जन अपेक्षित है।

2. यह अधिसूचना ऐसे सभी व्यक्तियों को, जो इससे सम्बन्धित हो सकते हैं, की जानकारी के लिए भूमि अर्जन, पुनर्वास और पुनव्र्यवस्थापन में उचित प्रतिकर और पारदर्शिता अधिकार अधिनियम, 2013 (2013 का 30) की धारा-11 के उपबन्धों के अन्तर्गत जारी की जाती है।1479 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 01 मई, 2019/11 वैशाख, 1941 3. पूर्वोक्त धारा द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राज्यपाल हिमाचल प्रदेश इस समय इस उपक्रम में कार्यरत सभी अधिकारियों, उनके कर्मचारियों और श्रमिकों को इलाके की किसी भी भूमि में प्रवेश करने और सर्वेक्षण करने तथा उस धारा द्वारा अपेक्षित अथवा अनुमतः अन्य सभी कार्यों को करने के लिए सहर्ष प्राधिकार देते हैं।

4. कोई भी हितबद्व व्यक्ति जिसे उक्त परिक्षेत्र में कथित भूमि के अर्जन पर कोई आपाि हा,े तो वह इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशित होने के साठ दिन की अवधि के भीतर लिखित रुप में भू-अर्जन समाहर्ता, लोक निर्माण विभाग, मण्डी (हि0 प्र0) के समक्ष अपनी आपाि दायर कर सकता है।

2. यह अधिसूचना ऐसे सभी व्यक्तियों को, जो इससे सम्बन्धित हो सकते हैं, की जानकारी के लिए भूमि अर्जन, पुनर्वास और पुनव्र्यवस्थापन में उचित प्रतिकर और पारदर्शिता अधिकार अधिनियम, 2013 (2013 का 30) की धारा-11 के उपबन्धों के अन्तर्गत जारी की जाती है।

No. Fin-2-C-(12)-1/2019 (I).—Government of Himachal Pradesh hereby notifies the Re- issue of 7.55% Himachal Pradesh SDL 2023 issued on March 27, 2019 for an aggregate amount of ` 200.00 crore (Nominal). The sale will be subject to the terms and conditions spelt out in this notification (called Specific Notification) as also the terms and conditions specified in the General Notification No. Fin-2-C(12)-11/2003 dated July 20, 2007 of Government of Himachal Pradesh.

Object of the loan

1. (i) The proceeds of the State Government Securities will be utilized for the development programme of the Government of Himachal Pradesh.

(ii) Consent of Central Government has been obtained to the floatation of this loan as required by Article 293 (3) of the Constitution of India.

Method of Issue

2. Government Stock will be sold through the Reserve Bank of India, Mumbai Office (PDO) Fort, Mumbai-400 001 by auction in the manner as prescribed in paragraph 6.1 of the General Notification No. Fin-2-C(12)-11/2003, dated July 20, 2007 at a coupon rate to be determined by the Reserve Bank of India at the Price based auction under multiple price formats.

3. The Government Stock upto 10% of the notified amount of the sale will be allotted to eligible individuals and institutions subject to a maximum limit of 1% of the notified amount for a single bid as per the Revised Scheme for Non-Competitive Bidding Facility in the Auctions of State Government Securities of the General Notification (Annexure-II).

Place and Date of Auction

4. The auction will be conducted by the Reserve Bank of India, at its Mumbai Office, Fort, Mumbai-400 001 on May 02, 2019. Bids for the auction should be submitted in electronic format, on the Reserve Bank of India Core Banking Solution (E-Kuber) System as stated below on May 02, 2019.

(a) The competitive bids shall be submitted electronically on the Reserve Bank of India Core Banking Solution (E-Kuber) System between 10.30A.M. and 12.00 P.M. (b) The non-competitive bids shall be submitted electronically on the Reserve Bank of India Core Banking Solution (E-Kuber) System between 10.30 A.M. and 11.30 A.M.

Result of the Auction

5. The result of the auction shall be displayed by the Reserve Bank of India on its website on the same day. The payment by successful bidders will be on May 03, 2019.

Method of Payment

6. Successful bidders will make payments on May 03, 2019 before close of banking hours by means of cash, bankers' cheque/pay order, demand draft payable at Reserve Bank of India Mumbai/New Delhi or a cheque drawn on their account with Reserve Bank of India, Mumbai (Fort)/New Delhi.

Tenure

7. The Stock will be of 4-year tenure from the date of commencement on March 27, 2019.

Date of Repayment

8. The loan will be repaid at par on March, 27, 2023.

Rate of Interest

9. Interest at the rate of 7.55% per annum will accrue on the nominal value of the stock from the date of original issue date and will be paid half yearly on September 27 and March 27.

10. The investment in Government Stock will be reckoned as an eligible investment in Government Securities by banks for the purpose of Statutory Liquidity Ratio (SLR) under Section 24 of the Banking Regulation Act, 1949. The stocks will qualify for the ready forward facility.

The sale will be subject to the terms and conditions spelt out in this notification (called Specific Notification) as also the terms and conditions specified in the General Notification No. Fin-2-C(12)-11/2003 dated July 20, 2007 of Government of Himachal Pradesh.

विषय.--जन्म एवं मृत्यु पंजीकरण अधिनियम, 1969 की धारा 13(3) के तहत जन्म पंजीकरण हेतु प्रार्थना-पत्र। परस राम पुत्र श्री रसालू राम, गांव धरून्डा, डाकघर झुलाडा, उप-तहसील पुखरी, जिला चम्बा, हि0प्र0 ने इस अदालत में एक आवेदन-पत्र व ब्यान हल्फी पेश किया है कि मेरे लड़के मान सिंह का जन्म दिनांक 10-10-1999 को गांव धरून्डा, पंचायत झुलाडा में हुआ है परन्तु किसी कारणवश इसका जन्म पंजीकरण ग्राम पंचायत झुलाडा में नहीं करवाया गया है। प्रार्थी इस न्यायालय के माध्यम से अपने लड़के मान सिंह का जन्म पंजीकरण करने का आदेश ग्राम पंचायत झुलाडा को जारी करवाना चाहता है।

विषय.--दुरुस्ती नाम हि0 प्र0 रा0 अधिनियम, 1954 की जेरे धारा 37 के तहत उप महाल रायेंसरी उपरली में नाम दुरुस्ती बारे।1489 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 01 मई, 2019/11 वैशाख, 1941 उपरोक्त मुकद्दमा बारे प्रार्थी ने इस न्यायालय में प्रार्थना-पत्र गुजारा है जिसमें लिखा है कि उसका सही नाम सुखदेव पुत्र श्री चिन्त राम है जबकि उप-महाल रायेंसरी उपरली के राजस्व अभिलेख में उसका नाम सुखू दर्ज है जो कि गलत इन्द्राज हुआ है प्रार्थी उक्त नाम को दुरुस्त करके सुखू उपनाम सुखदेव पुत्र चिन्तू दर्ज करवाना चाहता है।

अतः उक्त प्रार्थना-पत्र के सन्दर्भ में उपरोक्त नाम की दुरुस्ती बारे किसी को कोई उजर या एतराज हो तो वह असालतन या वकालतन इस न्यायालय में दिनांक 08-05-2019 को सुबह 10.00 बजे हाजिर आ सकता है हाजिर न आने की स्थिति में एकतरफा कार्यवाही अमल में लाई जाकर आगामी आदेश पारित कर दिये जाएंगे। इसके बाद कोई भी उजर या एतराज काबिले समायत न होगा।
