अतः इश्तहार हजा द्वारा श्री सूरम सिंह पुत्र रोहली यदि स्वयं जीवित हो या आम जनता किसी को इन्तकाल मकफूद-उल्खबरी तस्दीक करने बारे उजर/एतराज हो तो वह दिनांक 04-06-2019 को असालतन या वकालतन उक्त स्थान व समय पर हाजिर आकर अपना एतराज पेश कर सकता है। एतराज पेश न होने की सूरत में एकतरफा कार्यवाही करके क्षेत्रीय कर्मचारियों को श्री सूरम सिंह के वारसानों का इन्तकाल दर्ज करने बारे आदेश पारित कर दिये जायेंगे।

. . प्रतिवादी। विषय.--भारतीय पंजीकरण अधिनियम, 1908 की जेर धारा 40/41 के अन्तर्गत वसीयत पंजीकरण करने बारे। प्रार्थना-पत्र जेर धारा 40/41 भारतीय पंजीकरण अधिनियम, 1908 के अन्तर्गत बराये वसीयत पंजीकरण हेतु प्रार्थी श्री तरलोक सिंह सुपुत्र श्री राम दास, निवासी गांव बड़सर, तप्पा पंजग्रां, तहसील बड़सर, जिला हमीरपुर, हि0 प्र0 ने अधिवक्ता श्री ओ0 एस0 पटियाल के माध्यम से अधोहस्ताक्षरी की अदालत में दायर किया है। प्रार्थी का आवेदन है कि निर्मला देवी पत्नी स्व0 श्री रत्न सिंह, महाल खेड़ी, मौजा सोला सिंहगी, तहसील बंगाणा, जिला ऊना, हिमाचल प्रदेश जोकि वर्ष 2003 से उसके गांव बड़सर, तप्पा पंजग्रां, तहसील बड़सर, जिला हमीरपुर, हि0 प्र0 के साथ रह रही थी, ने अपनी मृत्यु से पूर्व दिनांक 28-12-2017 को अपनी जायदाद की अपंजीकृत वसीयत उसके नाम की है परन्तु उसकी बीमारी व अकस्मात्‌ सड़क दुर्घटना में मृत्यु होने के कारण उक्त वसीयत का पंजीकरण न हो सका। प्रार्थी का आवेदन है कि उक्त वसीयत को पंजीकृत किया जावे।

अतः आम जनता व ईलाका वासियों को इस इश्तहार/नोटिस के माध्यम से सूचित किया जाता है कि यदि किसी को उक्त वर्णित वसीयत के पंजीकरण बारे कोई आपत्ति/उजर हो तो वह दिनांक 15-05-2019 से पूर्व अपना एतराज, सहायक समाहर्ता प्रथम श्रेणी, बड़सर, जिला हमीरपुर, हि0 प्र0 की अदालत में असालतन/वकालतन पेश कर सकता है। उक्त वर्णित दिनांक के उपरांत कोई भी एतराज मान्य नहीं होगा। यदि दिनांक 15-05-2019 तक आम जनता की तरफ से कोई एतराज पेश होना न पाया गया, तो नियमानुसार कार्यवाही अमल में लाई जाएगी व उक्त वर्णित वसीयत के पंजीकरण बारे आदेश पारित कर दिये जाएंगे।

अतः इस इश्तहार द्वारा आम जनता को सूचित किया जाता है कि यदि किसी व्यक्ति को उक्त मृत्यु तिथि दर्ज करने बारा कोई उजर/एतराज हो तो वह असालतन या वकालतन तारीख पेशी दिनांक 28-05-2019 को 10.00 बजे इस अदालत में हाजिर होकर अपना उजर पेश कर सकता है। बसूरत गैरहाजिरी एकतरफा कार्यवाही अमल में लाई जाकर मृत्यु तिथि दर्ज करने के आदेश पारित कर दिया जाएगा।
