स्ांख्याः जीएडी-बी-(ए) 1-1/2018 (मण्डी).--हिमाचल प्रदेश के राज्यपाल की यह राय है कि लोकहित में ऐसा करना आवश्यक और समीचीन है कि जिला मण्डी में एक नई उप-तहसील मकरीड़ी सृजित की जाए, ताकि नजदीक के गांवों के सम्बद्ध लोगों को बेहतर सेवाएं उपलब्ध करवाई जा सकें और जिससे उनको होने वाली असुविधा से निवारित किया जा सके तथा बेहतर प्रशासनिक नियन्त्रण हो सके। 58-राजपत्र/2019-15-06-2019 (2715)2716 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 15 जून, 2019/25 ज्येष्ठ, 1941 अतः हिमाचल प्रदेश के राज्यपाल, हिमाचल प्रदेश भू-राजस्व अधिनियम, 1954 (1954 का अधिनियम संख्यांक 6) की धारा 6 और रजिस्ट्रीकरण अधिनियम, 1908 (1908 का अधिनियम संख्यांक 16) की धारा 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, जिला मण्डी, हिमाचल प्रदेश में निम्न स्तम्भ संख्या 6 में विनिर्दिष्ट बारह पटवार वृाों से गठित एक नई उप-तहसील मकरीड़ी, जिसका मुख्यालय मकरीड़ी में होगा, का तुरन्त प्रभाव से सृजन करते हैं :-

No. GAD-B-(A)-1-1/2018 (Mandi).—WHEREAS, the Governor of Himachal Pradesh is of the opinion that it is necessary and expedient in the public interest to do so that a new Sub- Tehsil Makreri in District Mandi may be created, so as to provide better services to the concerned people of nearby villages and to avoid inconvenience being faced by them and to have the better administrative control;

संख्या जी.ए.डी.-सी(ए)3-1/2017.--हिमाचल प्रदेश के राज्यपाल, भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 187 के खण्ड (3) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हिमाचल प्रदेश विधान सभा अध्यक्ष के परामर्श के पश्चात्, इस विभाग की अधिसूचना संख्या 13-2/71-जी.ए.डी तारीख 27 मार्च, 1974 द्वारा अधिसूचित और राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश में 27 अप्रैल, 1974 को प्रकाशित, दी हिमाचल प्रदेश विधान सभा सैक्रेटेरिएट 2720 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 15 जून, 2019/25 ज्येष्ठ, 1941 (रैक्रूटमैंट एण्ड कन्डीशन्ज ऑफ सर्विस) रूल्ज, 1974 का और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्ः-
1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ.--(1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम दी हिमाचल प्रदेश विधान सभा सैक्रेटेरिएट (रैक्रूटमैंट एण्ड कन्डीशन्ज ऑफ सर्विस) अमैंडमेंट रूल्ज, 2019 है।
(2) ये नियम राजपत्र (ई-गजट), हिमाचल प्रदेश में प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृत्त हाेंगे । 2. फस्र्ट शैड्यूल का संशोधन.--दी हिमाचल प्रदेश विधान सभा सैक्रेटेरिएट (रैक्रूटमैंट एण्ड कन्डीशन्ज ऑफ सर्विस) रूल्ज, 1974 (जिन्हें इसमें इसके पश्चात् 'उक्त नियम' कहा गया है) से संलग्न फस्र्ट शैड्यूूल में क्रम संख्या 18 के सामने की प्रविष्टियों के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित नई क्रम संख्या अन्तःस्थापित की जाएगी, अर्थात्ः-
''18.A. Law Officer ` 10300-34800+ ` 4400 G.P. 1.''.
3. सैकेन्ड शैड्यूल का संशोधन.--(1) उक्त नियमों से संलग्न सैकण्ड शैड्यूल में, क्रम संख्या 14 के सामने की प्रविष्टियों के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियों सहित निम्नलिखित नई क्रम 14-A अन्तःस्थापित की जाएगी, अर्थात्ः-
N.A. (a) Essential Qualification:
"14-A Law officer Selection (` 10300-34800 + 4400 GP)
100% by direct recruitment on regular basis or by recruitment on contract basis as per Annexure attached to the SECOND SCHEDULE.
(1) Professional Degree in Law from a recognised University; (2) At least 3 years experience as practising Advocate. (b) Desirable Qualifications: Knowledge of customs and dialects of Himachal Pradesh and suitability for appointments in the peculiar conditions prevailing in the Pradesh.".

No. GAD-C(A)3-1/2017.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (3) of Article 187 of the Constitution of India, the Governor, Himachal Pradesh, after consultation with the Speaker of Himachal Pradesh Vidhan Sabha, is pleased to make the following rules further to amend the2721 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 15 जून, 2019/25 ज्येष्ठ, 1941 Himachal Pradesh Vidhan Sabha Secretariat (Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 1974, notified vide Department notification No. 13-2/71-GAD, dated 27th March, 1974 and published in, Himachal Pradesh, Rajpatra dated 27th April, 1974, namely:—
1. Short title and commencement.— (1) These rules may be called the Himachal Pradesh Vidhan Sabha Secretariat (Recruitment and Conditions of Service) First Amendment Rules, 2019.
(2) These rules shall come into force from the date of publication in the Rajpatra (e-Gazette), Himachal Pradesh.
2. Amendment of THE FIRST SCHEDULE.—In the FIRST SCHEDULE appended to the Himachal Pradesh Vidhan Sabha Secretariat (Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 1974 (hereinafter referred to as the 'said rules'), after the entries against serial number 18, the following new serial number 18-A with the following entries shall be inserted, namely:—
''18.A. Law Officer ` 10300-34800+ ` 4400 G.P. 1.''.
3. Amendment of THE SECOND SCHEDULE.—In THE SECOND SCHEDULE appended to the said rules, after the entries against serial number 14, the following new serial number 14-A with the following entries shall be inserted, namely:—

No. UD-A(3)-3/2015.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Himachal Pradesh Municipal Act, 1994, the Governor of Himachal Pradesh is pleased to propose that the areas specified in the enclosed Schedule shall be municipal area in order to constitute a Municipality under sub-section (2) of section 3 of the Act ibid, to be classified as Nagar Panchayat, 2724 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 15 जून, 2019/25 ज्येष्ठ, 1941 Shahpur, District Kangra, Himachal Pradesh for the better development and improved arrangement in the said area;

. . प्रतिवादी। आम जनता को सूचित किया जाता है कि प्रार्थीगण एक व दो ने इस न्यायालय में विवाह पंजीकरण करवाने का आवेदन किया है। अतः इस इश्तहार द्वारा आम जनता व उपरोक्त आवेदनकर्ता के माता-पिता को इस विवाह के पंजीकरण बारे एतराज हो तो वह दिनांक 22-06-2019 या इससे पूर्व प्रातः 10 बजे तक इस न्यायालय में आपत्ति दर्ज करवा सकते हैं। इस तिथि के बाद कोई उजर स्वीकार नहीें किया जायेगा। आज दिनांक 14-05-2019 को मेरे हस्ताक्षर एवं मोहर अदालत द्वारा जारी किया गया।
