संख्या एल.एल.आर.-ए.(3)-2/2005.--हिमाचल प्रदेश के राज्यपाल, विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण अधिनियम, 1987 (1987 का अधिनियम संख्याक 39) की धारा 28 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हिमाचल प्रदेश उच्च न्यायालय के मुख्य न्यायाधीश के परामर्श से, इस विभाग की अधिसूचना संख्या 78-राजपत्र/2019-10-07-2019 (3595) 3596 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 10 जुलाई, 2019/19 आषाढ़ 1941 एल0 एल0 आर0-ए0(3)-1/95, तारीख 31-10-1995 द्वारा अधिसूचित और राजपत्र (असाधारण), हिमाचल प्रदेश में तारीख 18-12-1995 को प्रकाशित, हिमाचल प्रदेश राज्य विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण नियम, 1995 का और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्ः-
1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ.--(1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम हिमाचल प्रदेश राज्य विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण (सातवां संशोधन), नियम, 2019 है।
(2) ये नियम राजपत्र (ई-गज़ट) हिमाचल प्रदेश में प्रकाशित किए जाने की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होंगे। 2. नियम 17 का संशोधन.--हिमाचल प्रदेश राज्य विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण नियम, 1995 के नियम 17 में,-''1,00,000/- रुपए (एक लाख रुपए)'' अंको, चिन्हों, शब्दों और कोष्ठकों के स्थान पर ''3,00,000/- रुपए (तीन लाख रूपए)'' अंक, चिन्ह, शब्द और कोष्ठक रखे जाएंगे।

No. LLR-A(3)-2/2005.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 28 of the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987 (Act No. 39 of 1987), the Governor, Himachal Pradesh, in consultation with the Chief Justice of the Himachal Pradesh High Court, is pleased to make the following rules further to amend the Himachal Pradesh State Legal Services Authority Rules, 1995 notified vide this Department Notification No. LLR-A(3)-1/95, dated 31-10-1995 and published in the Rajpatra (Extra-ordinary), Himachal Pradesh dated 18-12-1995, namely:—
1. Short title and commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the Himachal Pradesh State Legal Services Authority (7th Amendment) Rules, 2019.
(2) These rules shall come into force from the date of publication in the Rajpatra (e-Gazette), Himachal Pradesh.
2. Amendment of rule 17.—In rule 17 of the Himachal Pradesh State Legal Services Authority Rules, 1995, for the figure, signs, words and brackets "Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees One lakh)", the figure, signs, words and brackets "Rs. 3,00,000/- (Rupees Three lakh)" shall be substituted.
