संख्या एफ0एफ0ई-बी-एफ(14)-254/2014.--इस अधिसूचना में अन्तःस्थापित अनुसूची में विनिर्दिष्ट वन भूमि/बंजर भूमि में या उस पर सरकार तथा प्राइवेट व्यक्तियों के अधिकारों के स्वरूप और विस्तार की 87-राजपत्र/2019-22-07-2019 (3905) 3906 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 22 जुलाई, 2019/31 आषाढ़ 1941 जांच कर ली गई है और उन्हें भारतीय वन अधिनियम, 1927 (1927 का अधिनियम संख्यांक 16) की धारा 29 की उप-धारा (3) के अधीन यथाअपेक्षित अभिलिखित कर लिया है;

उक्त अनुसूची में दर्शित वन भूमि/बंजर भूमि सरकार की सम्पत्ति है, या जिस पर सरकार के सांपत्तिक अधिकार हैं या सरकार उसकी वन उपज के सम्पूर्ण या किसी भाग की हकदार है;

अतः हिमाचल प्रदेश के राज्यपाल, पूर्वोक्त अधिनियम की धारा 29 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए घोषणा करते हैं कि उक्त अधिनियम के अध्याय-4 के उपबन्ध उक्त वन भूमि/बंजर भूमि को लागू होंगे और जो एतद्‌पश्चात्‌ पूर्वोक्त अधिनियम की धारा 29 की उप-धारा (2) के उपबन्धों के अधीन ''संरक्षित वन'' कहलाएगी।

Shimla-2, the 4th July, 2019

No. FFE-B-F(14)-254/2014.—Whereas the nature and extent of the rights of the Government and of private persons in or over the Forest Land/Waste Land specified in the schedule inserted to this Notification have been enquired into and recorded as required under sub-section (3) of Section-29 of the Indian Forest Act, 1927 (Act No.16 of 1927);

And whereas the Forest Land/Waste Land shown in the said schedule is the property of the Government or over which the Government has proprietary rights or the Government is entitled to the whole or any part of the Forest Produce therein;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section-29 of the Act ibid, the Governor, Himachal Pradesh is pleased to declare that the provisions of Chapter-IV of the Act shall apply to the said Forest Land/Waste Land and shall hereafter be called as "Protected Forests" under the provisions of sub-section (2) of Section-29 of the Act ibid.

प्रार्थिन श्रीमती भुवनेश्वरी पुत्री गोबिन्द राम, निवासी गांव लोहारडा, डाकखाना बालू, तहसील औट जिला मण्डी, हि0प्र0 ने दिनांक 11-07-2019 को इस अदालत में आवेदन पत्र गुजारा है कि उनके पुत्र आयुश दिवान का नाम व जन्म तिथि आज्ञानतावश/अनजान होने के कारण ग्राम पंचायत कथयारी के रिकॉर्ड में दर्ज नहीं हुआ है। प्रार्थिन के पुत्र की जन्म तिथि 03-09-2013 है। प्रार्थिन ने इस अदालत से प्रार्थना की है कि उनके पुत्र का नाम व जन्म तिथि दर्ज करवाने हेतु सम्बन्धित पंचायत को लिखित आदेश पारित करने की —पा करें।

अतः इस ईश्तहार द्वारा आम जनता को सूचित किया जाता है कि यदि किसी व्यक्ति को उक्त का नाम व जन्म तिथि ग्राम पंचायत कथयारी के रिकॉर्ड में दर्ज करने बारे कोई उजर/एतराज हो तो वह असालतन/वकालतन तारीख पेशी 13-08-2019 को सुबह 10.00 बजे हाजिर होकर अपना उजर पेश कर सकता है व सूरत गैर-हाजिरी एकतरफा कार्यवाही अमल में लाई जाकर उचित आदेश पारित कर दिए जाएंगे।
