Sh. Lachhman Ram Sharma son of Sh. Bhagat Ram Sharma, resident of Village Hareta, Tehsil Nadaun, District Hamirpur, H.P. at present r/o House No. 218, Sector-9, Faridabad (HR.) Whereas, the Hon'ble High Court of Himachal Pradesh has passed an order dated 04-07-2019 in CWP No. 535/2019 titled as Lachhman Ram Sharma versus State of H.P. vide which the Hon'ble Court has set aside the ex-parte order dated 30-03-2017 passed by this Court in case No. 14/13 of 2014 titled as State of H. P. versus Sh. Brij Aggarwal and others with the direction to fix a date for hearing and inform the same in advance to the petitioner. On the date fixed by this Court the petitioner shall positively appear and produce evidence.

And whereas, summons were issued on 23-07-2019 for appearance on 06-08-2019 and again on 08-08-2019 for appearance on 20-08-2019 through registered post and through the Deputy Commissioner, Hamirpur, H. P. but were not received back either served or un-served.

And whereas, the service of summons on the respondent through ordinary course has become difficult; hence the provisions of Sections 71, 72, & 73 of the H. P. Tenancy and Land Reforms Act, 1972 are being invoked.

Now, therefore, through this proclamation under Sections 71, 72 & 73 of the Act ibid the above person is hereby directed to appear in this Court on 24-09-2019 at 2.00 P.M. either personally or through his authorized agent as also through affixation of summons on the conspicuous place at the site of land.

In the event of failure to comply with this notice ex-parte proceedings shall be under taken without affording any further opportunity and the case shall be decided on the basis of material available on file in accordance with law.

Manoj Rana, Deputy Director (Sainik Welfare) Class-I (Gazetted) initially Welfare Department w.e.f. 23rd August, 2017 in the pay band of Rs. 10300—34800+ Rs. 5400/- Grade Pay per month on the following terms & conditions :—

Terms and Conditions :

1. A certificate of fitness from the Chief Medical Officer has to be produced at the time of joining. For this purpose he/she is required to bring 2 copies of Passport size photographs with him.

2. He/she will have to enroll as a member of H. P. Employees Group Insurance Scheme, if not already enrolled.

3. The other conditions of service including pay fixation etc. will be governed by the relevant Rules and Orders/Instruction in force & issued from time to time.

4. This offer of appointment shall be subject to the verification of character and antecedets of the candidate. If anything adverse is reported against the candidate, this appointment will be treated as null and void.

5. He/she will remain on probation for a period of two years subject to such further extension ordered by the Competent Authority. Further, in case the work and conduct of the officials is not found satisfactory, the appointment as Deputy Director will be withdrawn.

If offer of appointment on the above term and conditions is acceptable to him, he may join within the period of one week after completing all the codal formalities failing which the officer shall stand cancelled.

. . प्रतिवादी। विषय.--जन्म पंजीकरण अधिनियम, 1969 की धारा 13(3) के तहत जन्म पंजीकरण हेतु प्रार्थना-पत्र। पींकी देवी पत्नी स्व0 श्री सुरेश कुमार, गांव व डाकघर चकलू, उप-तहसील पुखरी, जिला चम्बा, हिमाचल प्रदेश ने इस अदालत में एक ब्यान हल्फी पेश किया है कि मेरी बेटी नामक कुमारी शबू का जन्म दिनांक 17-12-1994 व शालनी कुमारी का जन्म दिनांक 06-09-1996 को गांव चकलू व पंचायत चकलू में हुआ है परन्तु किसी कारणवश मेरी दोनों बेटियों के जन्म पंजीकरण का ईन्द्राज ग्राम पंचायत चकलू में नहीं 5234 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 28 अगस्त, 2019/06 भाद्रपद, 1941 करवाया गया है। प्रार्थिन इस न्यायालय के माध्यम से अपनी बेटियों के जन्म पंजीकरण करने के आदेश ग्राम पंचायत चकलू को जारी करवाना चाहती है।

विषय.--प्रार्थना-पत्र अधिनियम धारा 13(3) जन्म एवं मृत्यु पंजीकरण अधिनियम, 1969 बारे।

श्री शमशेर सिंह पुत्र श्री भगवन्त सिंह, निवासी गांव देऊधरा, डाकघर वारी, तहसील व जिला कुल्लू, हि0 प्र0 ने इस कार्यालय में प्रार्थना-पत्र मय शपथ-पत्र प्रस्तुत किया है कि शमशेर सिंह का जन्म दिनांक 18-10-1992 को हुआ है परन्तु उसकी जन्म तिथि का इन्द्राज किसी कारणवश ग्राम पंचायत सेऊगी के अभिलेख में दर्ज न किया गया है।

अतः इस इश्तहार हजा द्वारा सर्वसाधारण व सम्बन्धीगणों को सूचित किया जाता है कि यदि किसी व्यक्ति विशेष को शमशेर सिंह की जन्म तिथि दर्ज करने बारे कोई आपत्ति हो तो वह दिनांक 01-09-2019 को सुबह 10.00 बजे या इससे पूर्व असालतन व वकालतन हाजिर अदालत आकर अपना उजर व एतराज दर्ज करवा सकता है। इसके उपरान्त कोई भी उजर/एतराज समायत न होगा तथा नियमानुसार जन्म तिथि दर्ज करने के आदेश सम्बन्धित ग्राम पंचायत को पारित कर दिए जाएंगे।

And, whereas both these applicants have submitted in their applications and in their affidavits that they were unmarried at the time of solemnization of their marriage and were major in age and having no prohibited relations to each other debarring them to marry each other. Both the applicants have requested for registration of their marriage.

Therefore, by this notice the public in General is informed that if any one has any objection regarding registration of this marriage, he may present before this court on or before 16-09-2019 for hearing of objections if any. In case no objection is received by dated 16-09-2019, it will be presumed that there is no objection to the registration of the above said marriage and the same will be registered on the said date.
