No. TSM-A (4)-1/2008-II-L.—In exercise of the powers vested in him under Chapter-3, Section-17 of the Himachal Pradesh Tourism Development & Registration Act, 2002(Act No.15 of 133-राजपत्र/2019-20-09-2019 (6009)6010 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 20 सितम्बर, 2019/29 भाद्रपद, 1941 2002), the Governor, Himachal Pradesh, is pleased to re-constitute a Council to be known as Tourism Development Council for Manali, District Kullu (H.P.) for the purpose of this Act for a period of two years with immediate effect.

The council shall consist of following members:—

File No. Rev.B.A(3)-3/2014-III.—In exercise of the powers conferred upon him under rule 7 (1) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013, 2015, the Governor of Himachal Pradesh is pleased to notify the constitution of the Expert Group, as under:—

The aforesaid Expert Group will act as an independent multi-disciplinary group to evaluate the Social Impact Assessment report submitted by the Social Impact Assessment Unit for carrying out the purposes of the Act ibid for the Project i.e. "Dhaulasidh Hydro Electric Project," (66 MW).

The Expert Group shall make a recommendation within Two Months from the date of its constitution to the Government as provided under sub-section (6) of Section 7 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013.

The Requiring Body (SJVNL) shall bear the TA/DA and sitting expenses of the members
