दिनांक 24 सितम्बर, 2019 2 आश्विन, 1941 (शक्) सं0 434/हि0 प्र0-वि0 स0/2017(1).--लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1951 (1951 का 43) की धारा 22 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए भारत निर्वाचन आयोग, एतदद्वारा, समय-समय पर यथा संशोधित, हिमाचल प्रदेश में सहायक रिटर्निंग अधिकारियों की नियुक्ति से संबंधित अपनी अधिसूचना संख्या 434/हि0 प्र0-वि0 स0/2017(1), दिनांक 5 सितम्बर, 2017 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन के निर्देश देता है।

Dated 24th September, 2019 2 Asvina, 1941 (Saka) No. 434/HP-LA/2017(1).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 22 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), the Election Commission6531 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 28 सितम्बर, 2019/06 आश्विन, 1941 hereby directs that the following amendment shall be made in the Notification No. 434/HP- LA/2017(1), dated 5th September, 2017 as amended from time to time relating to the appointment of Assistant Returning Officers for Assembly Constituencies in the State of Himachal Pradesh.
2. In column 2 of the Table appended to the said Notification for the existing entry in Column 2 against item in column 1 in Assembly Constituency No. 55-Pachhad the following entry shall be added:—

MPP-F(2)-32/2004-XI.—The Governor, Himachal Pradesh is pleased to notify the amendment in the clauses appearing at Sl. No. (iii) (a) & (iii) (b) of Chapter-5 of Hydro Power Policy, 2006 of the State and its subsequent amendments issued vide notification No. MPP- F(1)2/2005- VII dated 28-07-2012, notification No. MPP-F(1)2/2005-IX dated 01-06-2015 and notification No. MPP-F(1)2/2005-X dated 22-12-2015 to an extent that, if any project developer changes/dilutes its equity participation of the constituent member(s) of the company or changes the name of the company/LLP firm/body corporate without the prior approval of the Government, a penalty at the rates described below in the table shall be levied. Accordingly, a Supplementary PIA/IA to this affect shall be signed within two months from the conveyance of approval :—

Notice to the General Public.
Whereas, Shri Naresh Kumar s/o Shri Pola Ram, r/o Village Goela Panner, Tehsil Nalagarh, District Solan (H.P.) and Smt. Bimla Devi d/o Shri Suresh Kumar, r/o V.P.O. Sarahan, Tehsil Rampur, Distt. Shimla, H.P. and w/o Shri Nasresh Kumar has moved an application u/s 15 of the Special Marriage Act, 1954 for registration of their marriage that was solemnized on 22-04-2019;
And, whereas, both these applicants have submitted in their applications and in their affidavits that both were unmarried at the time of solemnization of their marriage, and were major in age and having no prohibited relations to each other debarring them to marry each other. Both the applicants have requested for registration of their marriage.
Therefore, by this notice the public in General is informed that if any one has any objection regarding registration of this marriage, he may present before this court on or before 07-10-2019 for hearing of objections if any. In case no objection is received by dated 07-10-2019, it will be presumed that there is no objection to the registration of the above said marriage and the same will be registered on the said date.

Sh. Devi Dutt s/o Shri Rattan Lal, r/o Village Taksal, Tehsil Kasauli, District Solan, Himachal Pradesh has moved an application before the undersigned under section 13(3) of Birth & Death Registration Act, 1969 alongwith affidavits and other documents stating therein that his son namely Sh. Aditya s/o Sh. Rattan Lal born on 28-03-2009 at Village Taksal, P.O. Taksal, Tehsil Kasauli, District Solan, Himachal Pradesh but his date of birth could not be entered in the record of Gram Panchayat Taksal, Tehsil Kasauli within stipulated period. Hence he prayed for passing necessary orders to the Registrar, Birth & Death Registration, Gram Panchayat Taksal, Tehsil Kasauli for entering the same in the birth & death record.
Therefore, by this proclamation, the general public is hereby informed that any person having any objection for the registration of delayed date of birth of Sh. Aditya s/o Sh. Rattan Lal may submit their objections in writing in this court on or before 07-10-2019 at 10.00 A.M. failing which no objection will be entertained after expiry of date.
