No. 5-30/2014-ELN.—On the recommendations of Departmental Promotion Committee, the Governor, Himachal Pradesh, is pleased to order, promotion of following Election Kanungos to the posts of Naib-Tehsildar (Election), Class-II (Gazetted) in the pay scale of 146-राजपत्र/2019-09-10-2019 (6699)6700 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 09 अक्तूबर, 2019/17 आश्विन, 1941 Rs. 10300-34800/- plus Rs. 4800/- Grade Pay and posting in the offices, as shown against each, against vacancies of Naib-Tehsildar (Election), with immediate effect:—

The above officers shall be entitled as usual TTA/JT as admissible under the rules for the joining of new post of Naib-Tehsildar (Election).

The above officers will remain on probation for a period of two years subject to such further extension for a period not exceeding one year as may be ordered by the competent authority in special circumstances and reasons to be recorded in writing.

The above officers will have to exercise option for fixation of pay under the provisions of saving clause of FR-22(I)(a)(1) within a period of one month from the date of joining as Naib-Tehsildar (Election).

Secretary, M.C. Dharamshala.

And whereas, they have also stated that they were not aware of the laws of the registration of marriages with the Registrar of Marriages and now, therefore necessary orders for the registration of their marriage be passed so that their marriage is registered by the concerned authority.

Kesang Trakpa s/o Jume , निवासी near ग्रीन होटल, भागसू रोड मैक्लोड्‌गंज, डाकघर मैक्लोड्‌गंज, तहसील धर्मशाला, जिला कांगड़ा, हिमाचल प्रदेश ने इस अदालत में आवेदन प्रस्तुत किया है कि उसके पिता का नाम Gyurme है जोकि गलत दर्ज है। प्रार्थी के पिता का सही नाम Jume है। अतः प्रार्थी के पिता का नाम Gyurme के बजाये Jume, निवासी near ग्रीन होटल, भागसू रोड मैक्लोड्‌गंज, डाकघर मैक्लोड्‌गंज, तहसील धर्मशाला, जिला कांगड़ा, हिमाचल प्रदेश सही दर्ज किया जाये।

अतः इस इस्तहार राजपत्र के माध्यम से सर्वसाधारण को सूचित किया जाता है कि यदि किसी व्यक्ति को इस नाम की दुरुस्ती बारे कोई आपत्ति हो तो वह अपना उजर लिखित या मौखिक तौर पर इस न्यायालय में निर्धारित तिथि पेशी पूर्व या तारीख पेशी दिनांक 14-10-2019 तक प्रस्तुत कर सकता है। निर्धारित तिथि तक उजर/एतराज प्राप्त न होने की सूरत में एकतरफा कार्यवाही अमल में लाई जाकर नाम दुरुस्ती बारे आदेश कर दिये जाएंगे। निर्धारित तारीख पेशी उपरान्त कोई भी उजर काबिले समायत न होगा व अदालत द्वारा एकतरफा कार्यवाही अमल में लाई जाकर फैसला सुनाा दिया जाएगा।

अतः इस नोटिस के माध्यम से आम जनता तथा सम्बन्धित रिश्तेदारों को सूचित किया जाता है कि अगर किसी को उपरोक्त नाम दुरुस्ती बारे कोई उजर व एतराज हो तो दिनांक पेशी 23-10-2019 को सुबह 10.00 बजे इस न्यायालय में असालतन या वकालतन अपना एतराज अधोहस्ताक्षरी के न्यायालय में उपस्थित होकर पेश कर सकता है अन्यथा उपरोक्त नाम दुरुस्त करने के आदेश दे दिए जाएंगे। उसके उपरान्त कोई एतराज न सुना जाएगा।
