No. PBW-A-B(1)-1/2014.—The Governor of Himachal Pradesh on the recommendation of the Selection Committee, is pleased to appoint Shri Chaman Dilta, Retd. HPAS as Consultant Land Acquisition & Co-ordination-cum-Social Development Officer in H.P. Public Works Department, 149-राजपत्र/2019-14-10-2019 (6755)6756 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 14 अक्तूबर, 2019/22 आश्विन, 1941 for utilizing his services in H.P. Road Infrastructure Development Corporation, as well as in H.P. PWD for the purpose of facilitating land acquisition, rehabilitation, resettlement and other social safeguard in connection with World Bank State Road Project and also National Highway/NHAI land acquisition issues for the period of one year from the date of his joining.

The pay of Shri Chaman Dilta against the post of Consultant Land Acquisition & Co- ordination-cum-Social Development Officer shall be fixed on the basis of last pay drawn minus pension with usual house rent allowance and shall be regulated as per the instruction contained in F.D. order OM NO. Fin(C)B(7)-10/84 dated 01-12-1988. Salary will be charged to HPRIDC.

No. PBW-A-B(1)-1/2014.—In continuation to this department notification No. PBW(B)B (1)-1/2018 dated 16-02-2019 the Governor, Himachal Pradesh on the recommendation of the Selection Committee, is pleased to appoint the following retired revenue officer's as OSD for look after all aspects of land acquisition for National Highways/NHAI Projects including other central Government Projects from the date of their joining:—

(1) Shri Prabhat Singh, OSD in Special Land Acquisition Unit Sarkaghat,

Distt. Mandi.

(2) Shri Suresh Kumar Bhardwaj, OSD in Special Land Acquisition Unit, Shimla HQ6757 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 14 अक्तूबर, 2019/22 आश्विन, 1941 2. The payment of salary, other allowances and other expenses on this account would be made from Administrative Charges admissible @2.5% of NHAI funds available for meeting out such costs. The terms and conditions of his appointment shall be as under:—

(i) Salary.—His pay shall be fixed on the basis of last pay drawn minus pension and shall be regulated in accordance with the provisions contained in the H.P. State Civil Services (Fixation of Pay of Re-employed persons) orders, 1988 circulated by the Finance Department vide O.M NO. Fin (C)-B(7)-10/84 dated 1-12-1988 read with O.M No. Fin (C)-B(7)-13/2009 dated 19-4-2010 as amended from time to time.

(ii) Tenure.—The tenure of appointment shall be for a period of six months, provided that the Government can terminate this appointment even before the expiry of the above period by serving notice of one month in advance or by paying one month's salary in lieu of notice of one month in case the conduct and performance of the incumbent is not found satisfactory or if the Government decide to fill up the post, in question, by regular appointment as the case may be.

(iii) Leave.—The provisions of CCS (Leave) Rules, 1972, shall not be applicable to the re- employed pensioner and he will also not be entitled to LTC/HTLTC facility. However, he will be entitled to one casual leave for each completed months.

(iv) TA/DA.—He shall be entitled to TA/DA as per admissibility to Class-I officers of the State Government under the concerned Rules.

(v) Residential Accommodation.—He shall be entitled to the allotment of Government Residential Accommodation, if available or otherwise he will be entitled to receive House Rent Allowance as per State Government Rules and instructions in this regard.

(vi) Medical Facility.—He shall be entitled to avail medical facilities and grant of re- imbursement of Medical Expenses as admissible to Class-I officer of the State Government. (vii) Gratuity and Death-cum-retirement Gratuity.—He shall not be eligible for gratuity and Death-cum-retirement gratuity for the period of said re-Retirement.

(viii) Other facilities.—He shall be entitled to the other facilities as admissible to the State Government Employees.

संख्या पी0बी0डब्ल्यू0(बी0)एफ(5) 57/2018.--यतः हिमाचल प्रदेश के राज्यपाल को यह प्रतीत होता है कि हिमाचल प्रदेश सरकार को सरकारी व्यय पर सार्वजनिक प्रयोजन हेतु नामतः गांव घोवटन उर्फ धरांजी, तहसील व जिला सोलन, हिमाचल प्रदेश मेेंं सोलन राजगढ़ सड़क के निर्माण हेतु भूमि अर्जित करनी अपेक्षित 6758 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 14 अक्तूबर, 2019/22 आश्विन, 1941 है, अतएव एतद्‌ द्वारा यह अधिसूचित किया जाता है कि उक्त परिक्षेत्र में जैसा कि निम्न विवरणी में निर्दिष्ट किया गया है, उपरोक्त प्रयोजन के लिए भूमि का अर्जन अपेक्षित है।

2. यह अधिसूचना ऐसे सभी व्यक्तियों को, जो इससे सम्बन्धित हो सकते हैं, की जानकारी के लिए भूमि अर्जन, पुनर्वास और पुर्नव्यवस्थापन में उचित प्रतिकर और पारदर्शिता अधिकार अधिनियम, 2013 (2013 का 30) की धारा-11 के उपबन्धों के अन्तर्गत जारी की जाती है।

3. पूर्वोक्त धारा द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राज्यपाल, हिमाचल प्रदेश इस समय इस उपक्रम में कार्यरत सभी अधिकारियों उनके कर्मचारियों और श्रमिकों को इलाके की किसी भी भूमि में प्रवेश करने और सर्वेक्षण करने तथा उप धारा द्वारा अपेक्षित अथवा अनुमतः अन्य सभी कार्यो को करने के लिए सहर्ष प्राधिकार देते हैं।

4. कोई भी हितबद्ध व्यक्ति जिसे उक्त परिक्षेत्र में कथित भूमि के अर्जन पर कोई आपत्ति हो तो वह इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशित होने के साठ दिन की अवधि के भीतर लिखित रूप में भू-अर्जन समाहर्ता, लोक निर्माण विभाग, विन्टर फिल्ड शिमला, (हि0 प्र0) के समक्ष अपनी आपत्ति दायर कर सकता है।
