संख्याः गृह(ए)बी (1)-4/2016.--हिमाचल प्रदेश के राज्यपाल, हिमाचल प्रदेश पुलिस अधिनियम, 2007 (2007 का अधिनियम संख्याक 17) की धारा 11 की उपधारा (1) के साथ पठित दण्ड प्रक्रिया संहिता, 1973 की धारा 2 के खण्ड (ध) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियाें का प्रयोग करते हुए, पुलिस महानिदेशक, हिमाचल प्रदेश 198-राजपत्र/2019-13-12-2019 (8605) 8606 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 13 दिसम्बर, 2019/22 मार्गशीर्ष, 1941 के परामर्श से, इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र (ई-गजट), हिमाचल प्रदेश में प्रकाशित किए जाने की तारीख से, चम्बा, हमीरपुर और सोलन में, अपने-अपने जिला में अवस्थित सभी पुलिस थानों की समवर्ती अधिकारिता सहित, महिलाओं से सम्बन्धित समस्त मामलों के लिए महिला पुलिस थाने स्थापित करते हैं।

No. Home (A) B (1)-4/2016 .—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause(s) of section 2 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 read with sub-section (1) of section 11 of the Himachal Pradesh Police Act, 2007 (Act No. 17 of 2007) the Governor, Himachal Pradesh, in consultation with the Director General of Police, Himachal Pradesh, is pleased to establish Women Police Stations at Chamba, Hamirpur and Solan with concurrent jurisdiction of all Police Stations situtated in the respective Districts for all women related matters with effect from the date of publication of this Notification in the Rajpatra (e-Gazette), Himachal Pradesh.

श्री राम स्वरूप शर्मा, संसद सदस्य (लोक सभा) इस परिषद्‌ के तब तक सदस्य रहेंगे जब तक कि वे लोक सभा के सदस्य रहते हैं तथा बैठक में भाग लेने हेतु इन्हें दैनिक भत्ता एवं यात्रा भत्ता समय-समय पर लोक सभा सचिवालय द्वारा जारी अनुदेशों के अन्तर्गत देय होगा।

No. FFE-B-F(14)-131/2019.—WHEREAS, the nature and extent of the rights of the Government and of the Private Persons in or over the forest land or waste land specified in the SCHEDULE appended to this Notification have been enquired into and recorded, as required under sub-section (3) of Section-29 of the Indian Forest Act, 1927 (Act No. 16 of 1927);

AND WHEREAS, the forest land or waste land shown in the said SCHEDULE is the property of the Government or over which the Government has proprietary rights or the Government is entitled to the whole or any part of the forest produce therein;

NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 29 of the Act ibid, the Governor, Himachal Pradesh is pleased to declare that the provisions of Chapter-IV of the said Act shall apply to the said forest land or waste land and shall hereafter be called as "protected forests" under the provisions of sub-section (2) of Section-29 of the Act ibid.

Nidhi Guleria d/o Sh. Balwant Singh Guleria, r/o Guleria Niwas, Rajgarh Road Solan, Tehsil & District Solan (H. P.) has moved an application before the undersigned under section 13(3) of Birth and Death Registration Act, 1969 alongwith affidavit and other documents for entering of her date of birth i. e. 16-02-1989 at Guleria Niwas, Rajgarh Road Solan, Tehsil & District Solan (H. P.) but her date of birth could not be entered in the record of Municipal Council Solan.

Therefore, by this proclamation the general public is hereby informed that any person having any objection(s) for the registration of delayed date of birth of Nidhi Guleria d/o Sh. Balwant Singh Guleria, r/o Guleria Niwas, Rajgarh Road Solan, Tehsil & District Solan (H. P.) may submit their objection in writing or appear in person in this court on or before 05-01-2020 at 10.00 A.M. failing which no objection will be entertained after expiry of date.

अदालत हजा में श्री बृज लाल पुत्र स्व0 श्री जीत राम, निवासी ग्राम कोट, डाकघर ढयावला, उप-तहसील ममलीग, तहसील कण्डाघाट, जिला सोलन, हि0 प्र0 द्वारा प्रार्थना-पत्र मय शपथ-पत्र प्रस्तुत किया है कि उसकी माता श्रीमती रामेशवरी पत्नी स्व0 श्री जीत राम जिनकी मृत्यु दिनांक 13-01-2000 को 8626 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 13 दिसम्बर, 2019/22 मार्गशीर्ष, 1941 हो चुकी है लेकिन अज्ञानता व गलती से उनकी मृत्यु ग्राम पंचायत सतडोल के रिकार्ड में दर्ज नहीं करवा सका है तथा उसे जन्म एवं मृत्यु रजिस्टर में दर्ज करने का आग्रह किया है।

अतः सर्वसाधारण को इश्तहार द्वारा सूचित किया जाता है कि श्री बृज लाल पुत्र स्व0 श्री जीत राम, निवासी ग्राम कोट, डाकघर ढयावला, उप-तहसील ममलीग, तहसील कण्डाघाट, जिला सोलन, हि0 प्र0 जिसकी माता श्रीमती रामेशवरी पत्नी स्व0 श्री जीत राम जिनकी मृत्यु दिनांक 13-01-2000 को हो चुकी है कोे ग्राम पंचायत सतडोल के रिकार्ड में दर्ज करने बारे किसी को उजर/एतराज हो तो इस इश्तहार के जारी होने के 30 दिन के भीतर लिखित/मौखिक असालतन/वकालतन अधोहस्ताक्षरी की अदालत में प्रस्तुत कर सकता है। यदि उक्त समय अवधि के भीतर कोई उजर/एतराज प्राप्त नहीं होता है तो सचिव, ग्राम पंचायत सतडोल में श्री बृज लाल पुत्र स्व0 श्री जीत राम, निवासी ग्राम कोट, डाकघर ढयावला, उप-तहसील ममलीग, तहसील कण्डाघाट, जिला सोलन, हि0 प्र0 की माता श्रीमती रामेशवरी पत्नी स्व0 श्री जीत राम की मृत्यु तिथि 13-01-2000 दर्ज करने बारे आदेश जारी किये जाएंगे।
