संख्याः एफ0एफ0ई0-बी0-एफ0(14)-166/2019.--भारतीय वन अधिनियम, 1927 (1927 का अधिनियम संख्यांक 16) की धारा 29 की उप-धारा (3) के अधीन यथा अपेक्षित के अनुसार इस अधिसूचना से 203-राजपत्र/2019-20-12-2019 (8761) 8762 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 20 दिसम्बर, 2019/29 मार्गशीर्ष, 1941 संलग्न अनुसूची में विनिर्दिष्ट वन भूमि या बंंजर भूमि में या उस पर सरकार तथा प्राइवेट व्यक्तियों के अधिकारों के स्वरूप और विस्तार की जांच कर ली गई है और उन्हें अभिलिखित कर लिया गया है;

और उक्त अनुसूची में दर्शित वन भूमि या बंजर भूमि, सरकार की सम्पत्ति है, या जिस पर सरकार के सांपत्तिक अधिकार हैं या सरकार उसकी वन उपज के सम्पूर्ण या किसी भाग की हकदार है;

अतः हिमाचल प्रदेश के राज्यपाल, पूर्वाेक्त अधिनियम की धारा 29 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए घोषणा करते हैं कि उक्त अधिनियम के अध्याय-4 के उपबन्ध उक्त वन भूमि या बंजर भूमि को लागू होंगे और जो इसके पश्चात्‌ पूर्वाेक्त अधिनियम की धारा 29 की उप-धारा (2) के उपबन्धों के अधीन ''संरक्षित वन'' कहलाएगी।

NOTIFICATION

Shimla-2, the 4th November, 2019

No. FFE-B-F(14)-166/2019.—WHEREAS, the nature and extent of the rights of the Government and of the Private Persons in or over the forest land or waste land specified in the SCHEDULE appended to this Notification have been enquired into and recorded, as required under sub-section (3) of Section 29 of the Indian Forest Act, 1927 (Act No. 16 of 1927);

AND WHEREAS, the forest land or waste land shown in the said SCHEDULE is the property of the Government or over which the Government has proprietary rights or the Government is entitled to the whole or any part of the forest produce therein;

NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 29 of the Act ibid, the Governor, Himachal Pradesh is pleased to declare that the provisions of Chapter-IV of the said Act shall apply to the said forest land or waste land and shall hereafter be called as "protected forests" under the provisions of sub-section (2) of Section 29 of the Act ibid.

AND WHEREAS, the forest land or waste land shown in the said SCHEDULE is the property of the Government or over which the Government has proprietary rights or the Government is entitled to the whole or any part of the forest produce therein;

NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 29 of the Act ibid, the Governor, Himachal Pradesh is pleased to declare that the provisions of Chapter-IV of the said Act shall apply to the said forest land or waste land and shall hereafter be called as "protected forests" under the provisions of sub-section (2) of Section 29 of the Act ibid.

Terms and Condition:

1. No wholesaler/commission agent/retailer shall charge margin of profit more than that fixed above.

2. The Dealer engaged in wholesaler as well as in retail sale business shall charge only one margin of profit on the transaction i.e. wholesaler margin on wholesale transaction and retail sale margin on retail sale transaction. The wholesale margin shall be allowed at one stage only at one particular station.

3. Wholesale transaction would mean a single transaction of not less than the following:

(i) Onion = 20KG

4. Every wholesale dealer/commission agent shall issue cash memo/bill of the quantity of onion sold to any retailer and retailer shall keep the cash memo/bill in his or her shop for inspection purpose.

This notification shall come into force from the date of its publication in official Gazette.

श्री देवी राम पुत्र श्री इन्छे राम, निवासी गांव चलौट, डाकघर सोमनाचनी, तहसील बालीचौकी, जिला मण्डी (हि0 प्र0) ने एक आवेदन-पत्र मय शपथ-पत्र इस आशय के साथ गुजारा है कि उसका नाम ग्राम पंचायत सोमगाड के रिकार्ड में देवी राम दर्ज है, जो उसका सही नाम है परन्तु महाल चलौट पटवार वृत्त सोमगाड के रिकार्ड में गलती से लक्ष्छी राम दर्ज हुआ है। अब राजस्व रिकार्ड में देवी राम दर्ज करवाना चाहता है।

अतः इस इश्तहार द्वारा सर्वसाधारण जनता व हितबद्ध व्यक्तियों को सूचित किया जाता है कि उपरोक्त नाम को दरुस्त करने बारे किसी भी व्यक्ति को कोई आपाि हो तो वह दिनांक 30-12-2019 को या इससे पूर्व अधोहस्ताक्षरी के समक्ष असालतन या वकालतन उपस्थित होकर अपनी आपाि दर्ज कर सकता है। इसके पश्चात्‌ कोई भी एतराज काबिले समायत नहीं होगा तथा आवेदन-पत्र पर नियमानुसार कार्यवाही अमल में लाई जाएगी।

श्री मिलाप चन्द शर्मा पुत्र श्री सालीग राम शर्मा, निवासी गांव लसराणा, डाकघर व तहसील सन्धोल, जिला मण्डी (हि0प्र0) के आवेदन-पत्र पर कार्रवाई करने के उपरान्त अति0 जिला रजिस्ट्रार (जन्म एवं मृत्यु) एवं चिकित्सा स्वास्थ्य अधिकारी, मण्डी, जिला मण्डी से उनके कार्यालय के पत्र संख्याः HFW-MND- (Delyed Birth & Death)/2019-1543, दिनांक 25-10-2019 द्वारा श्री सालीग राम शर्मा का विलम्बित मृत्यु पंजीकरण मामला समस्त औपचारिकताओं सहित इस कार्यालय में प्राप्त हुआ है जिसमें उनके द्वारा श्री सालीग राम शर्मा पुत्र श्री मोजी राम, निवासी गांव लसराणा, डाकघर व तहसील सन्धोल, जिला मण्डी (हि0प्र0) की मृत्यु दिनांक 13-06-1979 को होने की पुष्टि करते हुये जेर धारा 13(3) जन्म एवं मृत्यु पंजीकरण अधिनियम, 1969 व हि0प्र0 जन्म एवं मृत्यु पंजीकरण अधिनियम, 1978 के तहत अनुमति प्रदान करते हुये निर्देश दिए हैं8785 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 20 दिसम्बर, 2019/29 मार्गशीर्ष, 1941 कि मामला में उक्त अधिनियम में निहित शर्तों के अनुसार समस्त औपचारिकताओं को पूरा करने के पश्चात्‌ ही सम्बन्धित इकाई (ग्राम पंचायत दतवाड़) को परिवार रजिस्टर व जन्म एवं मृत्यु पंजीकरण रजिस्टर में मृत्यु तिथि की प्रविष्टी करने हेतु भेजा जाए।
