B.A(2)11/2006-HC-Vol-II, dated 16-12-2019, the following transfers and postings of the members of H.P. Judicial Service in the cadre of District Judges/Additional District Judges are hereby ordered with immediate effect:—

1. Smt. Aparna Sharma, Additional District and Sessions Judge-II, Mandi is transferred and posted as Additional District and Sessions Judge-I, Mandi.

2. Sh. Parkash Chand Rana @ P.C. Rana, is posted as Additional District and Sessions Judge, Chamba for the purpose of drawing salary.

3. Sh. Harish Sharma, is posted as Additional District and Sessions Judge-II, Mandi for the purpose of drawing salary.

Sh. Parkash Chand Rana @ P.C. Rana and Sh. Harish Sharma, newly appointed/posted Additional District and Sessions Judges shall undergo two months induction/practical training i.e. one month at the H.P. State Judicial Academy, Ghandal and one month in the District Courts, Shimla.

संख्याः कृषि-बी-एफ(10)4/2015.--हिमाचल प्रदेश कृषि एवं औद्यानिकीय उपज विपणन (विकास एवं विनियमन) अधिनियम, 2005 (2005 का अधिनियम संख्यांक 20) के अधीन राजगढ तहसील, जिला सिरमौर की समस्त राजस्व संपदाओं को, सोलन जिला के सोलन मण्डी क्षेत्र से इन क्षेत्रों को अपवर्जित करके सिरमौर मण्डी क्षेत्र में सम्मिलित करने के लिए, यथा अपेक्षित इससे सम्भाव्य प्रभावित होने वाले व्यक्तियों से आक्षेप और सुझाव आमंत्रित करने के लिए समसंख्यक प्रारूप अधिसूचना तारीख 23 सितम्बर, 2019 को राजपत्र (ई-गजट), हिमाचल प्रदेश में 26 सितम्बर, 2019 को प्रकाशित किया गया था;

NOTIFICATION

No. Agr. B-F(10)-4/2015.—WHEREAS, the draft Notification of even number, dated 23rd September, 2019 to include all the Revenue Estates of Rajgarh Tehsil, district Sirmaur, in the Sirmaur Market Area, by excluding these areas from the Solan Market Area of Solan District, was published in the Rajparta (e-Gazette), Himachal Pradesh, on 26th September, 2019, for inviting objections and suggestions from the persons likely to be affected thereby, as required under the Himachal Pradesh Agricultural and Horticultural Produce Marketing (Development and Regulation) Act, 2005 (Act No. 20 of 2005);

AND WHEREAS, no objections/suggestions from any quarter has been received within this specified period;

NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 20 of the Himachal Pradesh Agricultural and Horticultural Produce Marketing (Development and Regulation) Act, 2005 (Act No. 20 of 2005), the Governor, Himachal Pradesh is pleased to alter the limits of Market Areas of Solan and Sirmaur, by amending Sl. No. 2 and 3 as specified in Annexure-"A" of this department's notification No. Agr-A(4)-1/2006, dated 23-12-2006, with effect from the date of publication of this Notification in the Rajparta (e-Gazette), Himachal Pradesh, namely:—
