2. It may be ensured that Shri C. Paulrasu, IAS assumes charge of the office of the CEO, Himachal Pradesh immediately. A compliance report to the effect may be sent urgently.

2. Shri C. Paulrasu, IAS, cease to hold and hand over forthwith the charge of all or any charges of work under the Government of Himachal Pradesh, which he may be holding before such assumption of office.

3. Shri C. Paulrasu, IAS while functioning as the Chief Electoral Officer, Himachal Pradesh shall not hold any additional charge whatsoever under the Government of Himachal Pradesh except that he should be designated Secretary to the Government in charge of Election Department in the State Secretariat.

"23. This system shall not apply for registration of vehicles purchased through CSD from the dealer outside the State, imported Vehicles and for vehicles purchased outside the State but being registered in the State, in which case they shall continue to be registered at the level of the Registration Authority."
