No. VS/Estt./6-62/81-II.—The Hon'ble Deputy Speaker, H.P. Vidhan Sabha, on the recommendations of the Departmental Promotion Committee, is pleased to promote and appoint Sh. Sanjay Kumar, Superintendent Grade-II as Section Officer in the pay scale of `15600— 39100+5400/- GP on regular basis w.e.f. 04-04-2020.
09-राजपत्र/2020-11-05-2020 (133)134 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 11 मई, 2020/21 वैशाख, 1942 2. The above Officer will remain on probation for a period of two years reckoned from the date of issue of this promotion order.
3. He will be entitled to exercise option under instructions contained in Department of Finance, Govt. of H.P. Office memorandum No. Fin (PER)B(7)-1/2009 dated 19-09-2009 for the purpose of his pay fixation against the post of Section Officer within one month from his promotion.
4. The above promotee will join on promotion within 15 days from the date of issue of this order failing which the promotion orders shall deemed to be withdrwan automatically. No specific orders with reference to withdrawl of promotions will be issued separately.

ORDER

No. MA/20-4/99-XI-4801.—Whereas, the Superintendent of Police Solan, District Solan, H.P. vide his letter No. 10679-3 dated 30-04-2020 has informed that general public are misusing the period of relaxation hours and are plying their vehicles to and fro and parking the same on the Mall Road which not only causing hardship to pedestrians but also violating the directions of maintaining social distancing.
Therefore, in supersession of this office order MA/20-4/99-3576 dated 19th March, 2020 vide which ban imposed on plying of vehicular traffic was removed and the Mall Road was opened for vehicular traffic, I, K. C. Chaman, IAS, District Magistrate, Solan, District Solan, H.P. in exercise of the powers vested in me under section 115 & 117 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 read with Rule 15 & 17 of the Rules of the Road Regulations, 1999 and Rule 184 & 196 of H.P. Motor Vehicles Rules, 1999 do hereby order that the Mall Road Solan will remain close for vehicular traffic during curfew relaxation hours in public interest. This order will come in force with immediate effect till further order.
