No. HFW-B(B)1-13/2019.—The Governor, Himachal Pradesh is pleased to create the posts of faculty in the Department of Pathology and Psychiatry in IGMC, Shimla, in public interest, with immediate effect as under:—

NOTIFICATION

Shimla-2, the 8th May, 2020

No. TSM-F (6)-1/2013.—In exercise of the powers conferred under the provision of Section 51, Chapter-VIII of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (30 of 2013), the Governor, Himachal Pradesh, is pleased to notify the Sub-Divisional Officer (Civil), Kandaghat, Distt. Solan as Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Authority for the propose of speedy disposal of disputes relating to land acquisition, compensation, rehabilitation and resettlement of cases relating to land acquisition for the expansion of Shimla Airport with immediate effect.

The above authority shall exercise his jurisdiction in respect of revenue villages, Badhawani, Kahla and Dhadoi in Sub-Division Kandaghat, Distt. Solan and decide the references made to it under section 64 or applications made by the applicant under second proviso to sub- section(1) of Section 64.

संख्याः ई.एक्स.एन.-एफ.(10)-3/2020.--हिमाचल प्रदेश माल और सेवा कर अधिनियम, 2017 (2017 का 10) की धारा 9 की उप-धारा (1), (3) और उप-धारा (4), धारा 11 की उप-धारा (1), धारा 15 की149 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 13 मई, 2020/23 वैशाख, 1942 उप-धारा (5) और धारा 148 के तहत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, राज्यपाल, हिमाचल प्रदेश इस बात से संतुष्ट होते हुए कि ऐसा करना जनहित में आवश्यक है और परिषद्‌ की सिफारिशों के आधार पर, एतदद्वारा, हिमाचल प्रदेश सरकार की अधिसूचना संख्या 11/2017-राज्य कर (दर) तारीख 30 जून, 2017 जिसे सं0 ई.एक्स.एन.-एफ.(10)-15/2017 के तहत हिमाचल प्रदेश के राजपत्र में तारीख 30 जून, 2017 को प्रकाशित किया गया था, में और आगे भी निम्नलिखित संशोधन करते हैं, यथाः-

उक्त अधिसूचना में, सारणी में, क्रम संख्या 25 के समक्ष,

(i) मद (i) के पश्चात्‌ और कॉलम (3), (4) और (5) में दी गई उससे सम्बन्धित प्रविष्टियों के पश्चात्‌ निम्नलिखित मद और प्रविष्टियों को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, यथा,-

(ii) मद (ii) में, कॉलम (3) में, कोष्ठक और अंक "(i)" के पश्चात्‌ शब्द, कोष्ठक और अंक "और (iiक)" को अंतःस्थापित किया जाएगा।

2. यह अधिसूचना 1 अप्रैल, 2020 से लागू होगी।

NOTIFICATION No. 2/2020-State Tax (Rate)

Shimla-2, the 13th May, 2020

No. EXN-F(10)-3 /2020.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1), (3) and sub-section (4) of Section 9, sub-section(1) of Secion 11, sub-secton (5) of Section 15 and Section 148 of the Himachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (10 of 2017), the Governor of Himachal Pradesh, on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, on the recommendations of the Council, is pleased to make the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of Himachal Pradesh, No.11/2017-Sate Tax(Rate), dated 30th June,150 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 13 मई, 2020/23 वैशाख, 1942 2017, published in Gazette of Himachal Pradesh, vide number EXN-F(10)-15/2017 on 30th June, 2017, namely:—

In the said notification, in the Table, against serial number 25,

(a) after item (i) and entries relating thereto, in columns (3), (4) and (5), the following items and entries shall be inserted, namely:—

(b) in item (ii), in column (3), after the brackets and figures "(i)", the word, brackets, and figures "and (ia)" shall be inserted.

2. This notification shall come into force with effect from 1st day of April, 2020.

संख्याः ई.एक्स.एन.-एफ.(10)-3/2020.--हिमाचल प्रदेश माल और सेवा कर अधिनियम, 2017 (2017 का 10) की धारा 9 की उप-धारा (1) और धारा 15 की उप-धारा (5) में प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, राज्यपाल, हिमाचल प्रदेश परिषद्‌ की सिफारिशों पर हिमाचल प्रदेश सरकार की अधिसूचना संख्या 1/2017-राज्य कर (दर) तारीख 30 जून, 2017 जिसे सं0 ई.एक्स.एन.-एफ.(10)-14/2017-लूज़ के तहत हिमाचल प्रदेश के राजपत्र में तारीख 30 जून, 2017 में प्रकाशित किया गया था, में और आगे भी निम्नलिखित संशोधन करते हैं, यथाः-

उक्त अधिसूचना में,-

क. अनुसूची I - 2.5% में, क्रम सं. 187 तथा उससे सम्बंिन्धत प्रविष्टियों का लोप किया जाएगा;

ख. अनुसूची II - 6% में,-151 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 13 मई, 2020/23 वैशाख, 1942 (i) क्रम सं. 75 और इसमें दी गई प्रविष्टियों के बाद निम्नलिखित क्रम सं. और प्रविष्टियों को अंतःस्थापित किया जाएगा, यथाः-

(ii) क्रम सं. 202 और 203 तथा उनसे सम्बंिन्धत प्रविष्टियाें का लोप किया जाएगा;

ग. अनुसूची III - 9% में,-

(i) क्रम सं. 73 तथा उससे सम्बंिन्धत प्रविष्टियों का लोप किया जाएगा;

(ii) क्रम सं. 379 में, कॉलम (3) की प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर, प्रविष्टि "सभी माल" को प्र्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा;

2. यह अधिसूचना 1 अप्रैल, 2020 से लागू होगी।

NOTIFICATION No. 03/2020-State Tax (Rate)

Shimla-2, the 13th May, 2020

No. EXN-F(10)-3 /2020.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 9 and sub-section(5) of Secion 15 of the Himachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (10 of 2017), the Governor of Himachal Pradesh, on the recommendations of the Council, is pleased to make the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of Himachal Pradesh, No.1/2017-Sate Tax(Rate) dated 30th June, 2017 published in Gazette of Himachal Pradesh vide number EXNF(10)-14/2017-Loose on 30th June, 2017, namely:—

In the said notification,—

(a) in Schedule I - 2.5%, serial number 187 and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted;

(b) in Schedule II - 6%,—

number and entries shall be inserted, namely:—

(ii) serial number 202 and 203 and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted.

(c) in Schedule III- 9%,—

(i) serial number 73 and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted;

(ii) in serial number 379, for the entry in column (3), the entry "All goods" shall be substituted;

2. This notification shall come into force on the 1st day of April, 2020.
