No. Pub-B(2)-1/2014-I.—The Governor, Himachal Pradesh, on the recommendations of the Departmental Promotion Committee is pleased to promote Sh. Krishan Pal, Assistant Public Relations Officers, Class-II (Non-Gazetted) to the post of District Public Relations 22-राजपत्र/2020-29-05-2020 (279) 280 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 29 मई, 2020/8 ज्येष्ठ, 1942 Officer/Information Officer, Class-I (Gazetted), in the pay band of ` 10300—34800 + 5400 Grade Pay, in Information and Public Relations Department on regular basis with immediate effect.

2. The aforesaid Officer will be on probation for a period of two years in the first instance from the date of their joining the post. They shall also exercise option for fixation of pay under the provisions of FR-22, within a period of one month from the date of issue of these orders.

3. The Governor, Himachal Pradesh is further pleased to order the posting of Sh. Krishan Pal on promotion as District Public Relations Officers/Information Officers in DPRO Bilaspur against vacancy.

4. He is directed to submit his joining report to this office, through proper channel, immediately.

The post of Excise and Taxation Officer is highly technical in nature, and officers have to undergo lot of field duties, inspections and touring 24X7. Moreover, during field duties they have to check vehicles on the roads for inspections which is a physically challenging task. Also in excise and narcotics matters, many times officers have to deal with unscrupulous people and criminals where physical fitness matters. Keeping in view these facts, no posts are reserved for Excise and Taxation Officer (ETO) under PWD Categories.

The necessary approval for exemption from reserving posts to the Specially Abled has obtained from the Addl. Chief Secretary-cum-Commissioner Disabilities (SJ&E) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, vide letter No. SJE-B-B(2)/2019-I dated 17-03-2020 in the following cadres:-.

सं0 ई.एक्स.एन.-एफ(10)-23/2014-वॉल-I.--हिमाचल प्रदेश मूल्य परिवर्धित कर अधिनियम, 2005 (2005 का अधिनियम संख्यांक 12) से संलग्न अनुसूची-'घ' में संशोधन कार्यान्वित करने की बाबत प्रारूप अधिसूचना को इस विभाग की समसंख्यक अधिसूचना तारीख 13 मई, 2020 द्वारा पूर्वोक्त अधिनियम की धारा 10 के उपबन्धों के अनुसार तद्‌द्वारा संभाव्य प्रभावित होने वाले व्यक्ति (व्यक्तियों) से इसके राजपत्र (ई-गजट़) हिमाचल प्रदेश में प्रकाशन की तारीख से दस दिन की अवधि के भीतर आक्षेप/सुझाव आमन्त्रित करने के लिए अधिसूचित किया गया था;

और इस निमिा उपरोक्त नियत अवधि के भीतर कोई आक्षेप/सुझाव प्राप्त नहीं हुआ है/हुए हैं;

अतः हिमाचल प्रदेश के राज्यपाल, हिमाचल प्रदेश मूल्य परिवर्धित कर अधिनियम, 2005 (2005 का अधिनियम संख्यांक 12) की धारा 10 द्वारा प्रदा शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, पूर्वोक्त अधिनियम से संलग्न अनुसूची-'घ' में 01 जून, 2020 से निम्नलिखित संशोधन करते हैं, अर्थात्‌ः-

संशोधन

हिमाचल प्रदेश मूल्य परिवर्धित कर अधिनियम, 2005 (2005 का अधिनियम संख्यांक 12) से संलग्न अनुसूची-'घ' में क्रम संख्या 1 के सामने दर्शाई गई वस्तु "मोटर स्पिरिट (विमानन टरबाइन र्इंधन सहित समस्त प्रकार का पैट्रोल, किन्तु डीजल को अपवर्जित करके)" के सामने स्तम्भ संख्याः 3 में विद्यमान अंकों, चिन्ह और शब्द "25% या 14.5/- रुपए प्रति लीटर, जो भी अधिकतम हो" के स्थान पर "25% या 15.5/- रुपए प्रति लीटर, जो भी अधिकतम हो, अंक, चिन्ह और शब्द रखे जाएंगे। इसके अतिरिक्त, क्रम संख्याः 2 के सामने दर्शाई गई वस्तु "डीजल" के स्तम्भ संख्याः 3 में विद्यमान अंकों, चिन्ह और शब्द "14% या 8/- रुपए प्रति लीटर, जो भी अधिकतम हो'' के स्थान पर "14% या 9/- रुपए प्रति लीटर, जो भी अधिकतम हो'', अंक, चिन्ह और शब्द रखे जाएंगे।

Shimla-2, the 29th May , 2020

No. EXN-F(10)-23/2014-Vol.I.—WHEREAS, the draft notification regarding carrying out amendment in SCHEDULE 'D' appended to the Himachal Pradesh Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (Act No.12 of 2005) was notified in accordance with the provisions of section 10 of the Act ibid for284 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 29 मई, 2020/8 ज्येष्ठ, 1942 inviting objection(s)/suggestion(s) from the person(s) likely to be affected thereby within a period of 10 days from the date of publication of the same in Rajpatra (e-Gazette), Himachal Pradesh, vide this department notification of even number dated 13th May, 2020;

AND WHEREAS, no objection(s)/suggestion(s) has been received within the above stipulated period in this behalf;

NOW, THEREFORE, the Governor, Himachal Pradesh in excercise of the powers conferred by section 10 of the Himachal Pradesh Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (Act No.12 of 2005) is pleased to make the following amendments in SCHEDULE 'D' appended to the Act ibid, with effect from 1st June, 2020, namely :—

AMENDMENT

In SCHEDULE 'D' appended to the Himachal Pradesh Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (Act No.12 of 2005), in column No.3 of the commodity shown against serial number 1 "Motor-spirit (Petrol of all kinds including Aviation Turbine Fuel but excluding Diesel)", for the existing figures, signs and words "25% or Rs. 14.5 per liter, whichever is greater", the figures, signs and words "25% or Rs. 15.5 per liter, whichever is greater" shall be substituted. Further, in column No.3 of the commodity shown against serial number 2 "Diesel" for the existing figures, signs and words "14% or Rs.8 per liters, whichever is greater", the figures, signs and words "14% or Rs. 9 per liter, whichever is greater " shall be substituted.

Therefore, the general public is hereby informed through this notice that any person who has any objection regarding this marriage, can file the objection personally or in writing before this court on or before 15-06-2020. After that no objection will be entertained and marriage will be registered.

अदालत हजा में श्री खुब चन्द पुत्र स्व0 श्री ओमी चन्द, निवासी ग्राम काहली कमल्याडू, डाकघर कुफटू, उप-तहसील ममलीग, तहसील कण्डाघाट, जिला सोलन, हि0 प्र0 ने दिनांक 20-03-2020 द्वारा अपने पिता तथा दादा का नाम राजस्व रिकार्ड में दुरुस्ती हेतु प्रार्थना-पत्र प्रस्तुत किया है। प्रार्थी ने व्यक्त किया है कि उसके पिता का सही नाम ओमी चन्द पुत्र सही राम है परन्तु राजस्व रिकार्ड पटवार वृत्त शटगांवकला में उसके पिता का नाम अमी चन्द पुत्र सहीया दर्ज है जोकि गलत है, को दुरुस्त किया जाये।

अतः सर्वसाधारण को इश्तहार द्वारा सूचित किया जाता है कि श्री खुब चन्द पुत्र स्व0 श्री ओमी चन्द, निवासी ग्राम काहली कमल्याडू, डाकघर कुफटू, उप-तहसील ममलीग, तहसील कण्डाघाट, जिला सोलन, हि0 प्र0 प्रार्थी के पिता का सही नाम ओमी चन्द पुत्र सही राम को राजस्व रिकार्ड में दुरुस्त करने बारे किसी को उजर/एतराज हो तो इस इश्तहार के जारी होने के 30 दिन के भीतर लिखित/मौखिक असालतन/वकालतन अधोहस्ताक्षरी की अदालत में प्रस्तुत कर सकता है। यदि उक्त समय अवधि के भीतर कोई उजर/एतराज प्राप्त नहीं होता है तो प्रार्थी के पिता का नाम राजस्व रिकार्ड में अमी चन्द पुत्र सहीया के स्थान पर ओमी चन्द पुत्र सही राम दर्ज करने बारे आदेश जारी किये जाएंगे।
