संख्या पर (ए0आर0) बी(2)2/2020.--हिमाचल प्रदेश के राज्यपाल आदेश करते हैं कि सूचना का अधिकार अधिनियम, 2005 की धारा 16 में अंतर्विष्ट सेवा शर्तों एवं इस विभाग की अधिसूचना संख्या पर 26-राजपत्र/2020-03-06-2020 (447) 448 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 03 जून, 2020/13 ज्येष्ठ, 1942 (ए0आर0)बी(2)1/2017, दिनांक 28 जून, 2017 के अनुसार, श्री सुशील चन्द्र श्रीवास्तव, राज्य सूचना आयुक्त, हिमाचल प्रदेश, हिमाचल प्रदेश राज्य सूचना आयोग के कार्यालय से 65 वर्ष की आयु पूर्ण करने पर तारीख 23 जुलाई, 2020 (अपरान्ह) को सेवानिवृा होंगे।

No. Per (AR) B (2)-2/2020.—The governor, Himachal Pradesh is pleased to order that Sh. Sushil Chandra Srivastva, State Information Commissioner, Himachal Pradesh, shall retire from the office of the H.P. State Information Commission on 23-07-2020 (AN) on attaining the age of 65 (sixty five) years as such, as per conditions of the service contained in Section 16 of the Right to Information Act, 2005 read with this Department's Notification No. Per (AR) B (2)-1/2017, dated 28-06-2017.

No. FDS-34-690/77-XII-2271-2327.—In continuation of the Department's Notification No. FDS-34-690/77-XII-1340-82, dated 24-03-2020 vide which the H.P. Hoarding and Profiteering Prevention Order,1977 and H.P. Commodities Price Marking and Display Order,1977 has been evoked, and in exercise of the powers conferred upon me under clause 3(1)(d) of the H.P. Hoarding and Profiteering Prevention Order,1977, I , Dr. Raj Krishan Pruthi (I.A.S.), District Magistrate Sirmaur do hereby fix the retail prices including all taxes and other incidental charges in respect of the following essential commodities that may be charged by the dealers or retailers in District 449 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 03 जून, 2020/13 ज्येष्ठ, 1942
Sirmaur with immediate effect. The rates of all other essential commodities fixed vide above notification will not change. These rates shall remain in force for a period of one month from the date of this notification.

संख्याः पी0बी0डब्ल्यू0(बी0)एफ(5) 22/2017.--यतः हिमाचल प्रदेश के राज्यपाल को यह प्रतीत होता है कि हिमाचल प्रदेश सरकार को सरकारी व्यय पर सार्वजनिक प्रयोजन हेतु नामतः गांव ढाबण-237, तहसील सदर, जिला मण्डी, हि0 प्र0 में स्यांह-ढाबण- भ्यारटा सड़क के निर्माण हेतु भूमि अर्जित करनी अपेक्षित है, अतएव एतद्द्वारा यह अधिसूचित किया जाता है कि उक्त परिक्षेत्र में जैसा कि निम्न विवरणी में निर्दिष्ट किया गया है, उपरोक्त प्रयोजन के लिए भूमि का अर्जन अपेक्षित है।
2. यह अधिसूचना ऐसे सभी व्यक्तियों को, जो इससे सम्बन्धित हो सकते हैं, की जानकारी के लिए भूमि अर्जन, पुनर्वास और पुनव्र्यवस्थापन में उचित प्रतिकर और पारदर्शिता अधिकार अधिनियम, 2013 (2013 का 30) की धारा-11 के उपबन्धों के अन्तर्गत जारी की जाती है।
