संख्याः 1-58/69-फिन(एल0ए0)-1411.--हिमाचल प्रदेश के राज्यपाल, भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, इस विभाग की अधिसूचना संख्याः 1-58/69-फिन (एल0ए0) पार्ट (1), दिनांक 04 मार्च, 2009 द्वारा अधिसूचित तथा समसंख्यक अधिसूचना 47-राजपत्र/2020-02-07-2020 (1235)1236 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 02 जुलाई, 2020/11 आषाढ़, 1942 संख्या दिनांक 30 दिसम्बर, 2016 व दिनांक 09 जनवरी, 2018 द्वारा संशोधित, हिमाचल प्रदेश राज्य लेखा परीक्षा विभाग, उप-निदेशक/उप-नियन्त्रक, वर्ग-I (राजपत्रित) भर्ती और प्रोन्नति नियम, 2009 का और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थातः-

1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ.--(1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम हिमाचल प्रदेश राज्य लेखा परीक्षा विभाग, उप-निदेशक/उप-नियन्त्रक, वर्ग-I (राजपत्रित) भर्ती और प्रोन्नति (प्रथम संशोधन) नियम, 2020 है। (2) ये नियम राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश में प्रकाशित होने की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होंगे।

2. उपाबन्ध "क" के स्तम्भ 2 का संशोधन.--हिमाचल प्रदेश, राज्य लेखा परीक्षा विभाग, उप निदेशक/उप-नियन्त्रक, वर्ग-I (राजपत्रित) भर्ती और प्रोन्नति नियम, 2009 के उपाबन्ध "क" में :-

स्तम्भ संख्या 2 के सामने विद्यमान उपबन्धों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित रखा जाएगा, अर्थात :-

"8 (आठ)"

Endst. No. 1-58/69-Fin(LA),-1411.—In exercise of the powers conferred by proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor, Himachal Pradesh, is pleased to make the following Rules further to amend the Himachal Pradesh, State Audit Department, Deputy Director/Deputy Controller, Class-I (Gazetted) Recruitment and Promotion Rules, 2009 notified vide this Department Notification No. 1-58/69- Fin(LA)Part(1), dated 04-03-2009 and further amended vide this Department Notifications of even number, dated 30-12-2016 and 09-01-2018, namely:—

1. Short title and Commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the Himachal Pradesh State Audit Department, Deputy Director/Deputy Controller, Class-I (Gazetted) Recruitment and Promotion (First Amendment) Rules, 2020.

(2) These rules shall come into force from the date of publication in the Rajparta, Himachal Pradesh.

2. Amendment of the column 2 of Annexure-"A".—In Annexure-"A" to the Himachal Pradesh State Audit Department, Deputy Director/Deputy Controller, Class-I (Gazetted) Recruitment and Promotion Rules, 2009 :

For the existing provisions against column No. 2, the following shall be substituted, namely:—

Home (A) A (1)45/2019.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (s) of section 2 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 read with sub-section (1) of Section 11 of the Himachal Pradesh Police Act, 2007 (Act No. 17 of 2007), the Governor, Himachal Pradesh, in consultation with the Director General of Police, Himachal Pradesh, is pleased to transfer the villages as enumerated in Column No.(3) from the local area of the Police Station mentioned in column (4) to the local area of the Police Station mentioned in column (5) of THE SCHEDULE given below thereof, with effect from the date of publication of this Notification in the Rajpatra (e-Gazette), Himachal Pradesh, namely:—

No. FFE-B-F(14)-1/2020.—WHEREAS, the nature and extent of the rights of the Government and of the Private Persons in or over the forest land or waste land specified in the SCHEDULE appended to this Notification have been enquired into and recorded, as required under sub-section (3) of Section-29 of the Indian Forest Act, 1927 (Act No. 16 of 1927);

AND WHEREAS, the forest land or waste land shown in the said SCHEDULE is the property of the Government or over which the Government has proprietary rights or the Government is entitled to the whole or any part of the forest produce therein;

NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (1) of Section 29 of the Act ibid, the Governor, Himachal Pradesh is pleased to declare that the provisions of Chapter-IV of the said Act shall apply to the said forest land or waste land and shall hereafter be called as "protected forests" under the provisions of sub-section (2) of section-29 of the Act ibid.

Shimla- 4, the 1st July, 2020

No. VS/Estt./6-62/81-II.—The Hon'ble Speaker, H.P. Vidhan Sabha, on the recommendations of the Departmental Promotion Committee, is pleased to promote and appoint Sh. Rakesh Thakur, Under Secretary as Deputy Secretary in the pay scale of ₹ 15600—39100+7600/- GP on regular basis with immediate effect.

2. He will be entitled to exercise option for pay fixation under instructions contained in Department of Finance, Govt. of H.P. Office memorandum No. Fin (PER)B(7)-1/2009, dated 19-09-2009 within a period of one month.

3. On promotion the above promotee will join his duties within 15 days from the date of issue of this notification failing which the promotion orders shall deemed to be withdrwan automatically. No specific orders with reference to withdrawl of promotions will be issued separately.
