श्री जय चन्द पुत्र स्व0 श्री सुनजीउ, निवासी गांव चमराड़ा, डाकघर सिन्दासली, तहसील चढ़गांव, जिला शिमला (हि0प्र0) ने एक दरख्वास्त बराये नाम दुरुस्ती राजस्व अभिलेख महाल बोसारी इस अदालत में गुजारी है। उक्त दरख्वास्त को मौका की रिपोर्ट हेतु क्षेत्रीय कानूनगो धमवाड़ी को भेजा गया था क्षेत्रीय कानूनगो धमवाड़ी ने अपनी विस्तृत रिपोर्ट मौका इस अदालत में प्रस्तुत की है जिसके मुताबिक प्रार्थी श्री जय चन्द का नाम महाल बोसारी में जेठू पुत्र सुनजीउ दर्ज है जाकि गलत है प्रार्थी का असली नाम जय चन्द पुत्र सुनजीउ है जिसकी पुष्टि हेतु स्थानीय वांशिदगानों के ब्यान, नकल परिवार रजिस्टर, आधार कार्ड व प्रार्थी के शैक्षणिक दस्तावेजों से होती है। इसके अलावा प्रार्थी ने लिखित शपथ-पत्र भी प्रस्तुत किया है जिसके मुताबिक प्रार्थी का असली नाम जय चन्द है। क्षेत्रीय कानूनगो धमवाड़ी ने उक्त नाम की दुरुस्ती की सिफारिश की है।
अतः उपरोक्त तथ्यों को ध्यान में रखते हुए इस इश्तहार के माध्यम से आम जनता को सूचित किया जाता है कि यदि किसी व्यक्ति को उक्त नाम की दुरुस्ती से एतराज हो तो वह अपना एतराज असालतन व वकालतन मिति 25-07-2020 को अदालत हजा में आकर प्रस्तुत कर सकता है। उक्त तारीख के पश्चात् कोई भी दावा व एतराज स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा और प्रार्थी श्री जय चन्द पुत्र श्री सुनजीउ के नाम की दुरुस्ती राजस्व अभिलेख महाल बोसारी में कर दी जाएगी।
