The SoF, so approved would then be circulated among all stakeholders for its adoption. The Committee shall work in alignment with State Level Bankers Committee(SLBC).

No. SEC.(F)2-1/2020-1989-98.—Whereas, it has been brought to the notice of the Commission by the Deputy Commissioner, Shimla district that final orders in respect of3126 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 03 सितम्बर, 2020/12 भाद्रपद, 1942 objections/suggestions regarding delimitation of wards of Municipal Councils Rampur and Theog of Shimla district could not be issued within the time schedule issued by this Commission due to illness/hospitalization of an officer;

And whereas the Deputy Commissioner, Shimla district vide his letter No. SML-LF- ERMS (ULB)/2020-1382 dated 31st August, 2020 has requested the Commission to provide extra time to complete the process of delimitation of wards in the above mentioned municipalities;

Now, therefore in the interest of free and fair elections, the schedule for completion of delimitation/reservation of wards in respect of above mentioned municipalities is hereby modified/re-fixed to the extent that the last date for disposal of suggestions/objections by the Deputy Commissioner will now be 29th August, 2020. Rest of the schedule for delimitation/ reservation of wards will stand modified accordingly.
