सं0पी0बी0डब्ल्यू0(बी0)एफ(5)15/2020.--यतः हिमाचल प्रदेश के राज्यपाल को यह प्रतीत होता है कि हिमाचल प्रदेश सरकार को सरकारी व्यय पर सार्वजनिक प्रयोजन हेतु नामतः मौजा उप महाल बेमलोई, मौजा महाल बजार वार्ड बड़ा शिमला और मौजा उप महाल कृष्णा नगर (कार्ट रोड़) शिमला, तहसील शिमला शहरी, 136-राजपत्र/2020-26-10-2020 (4453) 4454 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 26 अक्तूबर, 2020/04 कार्तिक, 1942 जिला शिमला, हिमाचल प्रदेश में सड़क को चौड़ा करने हेतु भूमि अर्जित करनी अपेक्षित है, अतएव एतद्‌ द्वारा यह अधिसूचित किया जाता है कि उक्त परिक्षेत्र में जैसा कि निम्न विवरणी में निर्दिष्ट किया गया है, उपरोक्त प्रयोजन के लिए भूमि का अर्जन अपेक्षित है।

2. यह अधिसूचना ऐसे सभी व्यक्तियों को, जो इससे सम्बन्धित हो सकते हैं, की जानकारी के लिए भूमि अर्जन, पुनर्वास और पुनव्र्यवस्थापन में उचित प्रतिकर और पारदर्शिता अधिकार अधिनियम, 2013 (2013 का 30) की धारा-11 के उपबन्धों के अन्तर्गत जारी की जाती है।

3. पूर्वोक्त धारा द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राज्यपाल, हिमाचल प्रदेश इस समय इस उपक्रम में कार्यरत सभी अधिकारियों, उनके कर्मचारियों और श्रमिकों को इलाके की किसी भी भूमि में प्रवेश करने और सर्वेक्षण करने तथा उप धारा द्वारा अपेक्षित अथवा अनुमतः अन्य सभी कार्यों को करने के लिए सहर्ष प्राधिकार देतेे हैं।

4. कोई भी हितबद्ध व्यक्ति जिसे उक्त परिक्षेत्र में कथित भूमि के अर्जन पर कोई आपत्ति हो तो वह इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशित होने के साठ दिन की अवधि के भीतर लिखित रूप में भू-अर्जन समाहर्ता, लोक निर्माण विभाग, विन्टर फिल्ड शिमला, (हि0 प्र0) के समक्ष अपनी आपत्ति दायर कर सकता है।

संख्याःपी.बी.डब्लयू(बी)एफ(5) 9/2020.--यतः हिमाचल प्रदेश के राज्यपाल को यह प्रतीत होता है कि हिमाचल प्रदेश सरकार को सरकारी व्यय पर सार्वजनिक प्रयोजन हेतु नामतः गांव पन्तेहड़ा, तहसील घुमारवीं, जिला बिलासपुर, हिमाचल प्रदेश में बनोहा-बम-पन्तहेड़ा-जन्दोट-लदरौर सड़क के निर्माण हेतु भूमि अर्जित करनी अपेक्षित है, अतएव एतद्‌द्वारा यह अधिसूचित किया जाता है कि उक्त परिक्षेत्र में जैसा कि निम्न विवरणी में निर्दिष्ट किया गया है, उपरोक्त प्रयोजन के लिए भूमि का अर्जन अपेक्षित है।

No. EXN-F(10)-3/2020.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) and (4) of section 9, sub-section (1) of section 11, sub-section (5) of section (15) and section 148 of the Himachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (10 of 2017), the Governor of Himachal Pradesh, on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, on the recommendations of the Council, is pleased to make the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of Himachal Pradesh, No. 12/2017-State Tax (Rate), dated the 30th June, 2017, published in the Gazette of Himachal Pradesh vide number EXN-F(10)-15/2017, dated the 30th June, 2017, namely:—

सं0ई.एक्स.एन.-एफ.(10)-3/2020.--हिमाचल प्रदेश माल और सेवा कर अधिनियम, 2017(2017 का 10) की धारा 148 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, राज्यपाल, हिमाचल प्रदेश, परिषद्‌ की सिफारिशाें पर, उन रजिस्ट्रीकृत व्यक्तियों को, जिन्हें हिमाचल प्रदेश माल और सेवा कर नियम, 2017 के नियम 48 के उप-नियम (4) के तहत निर्दिष्ट तरीके से बीजक तैयार करना है, परंतु उन्होंने उक्त तरीके के अलावा अन्य तरीके से बीजक तैयार किया है, ऐसे व्यक्तियों के वर्ग के रूप में अधिसूिचत करती है जो 1 अक्तूबर, 2020 से 31 अक्तूबर, 2020 की अवधि के दौरान विशेष प्रक्रिया का पालन करेंगे, उक्त व्यक्ति ऐसे बीजक की तारीख से तीस दिनों के भीतर, सामान्य माल और सेवा कर इलेक्ट्रॉनिक पोर्टल पर प्ररूप जीएसटी आईएनवी-01 में निर्दिष्ट विवरण अपलोड करके ऐसे बीजक के लिए बीजक संदर्भ संख्या (आईआरएन) प्राप्त करेंगे एवं ऐसा न करने पर वह बीजक मान्य नहीं माना जाएगा।

NOTIFICATION No. 73/2020-State Tax

Shimla-2, the 23rd October, 2020

No. EXN-F(10)-3/2020.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 148 of the Himachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (10 of 2017), the Governor, on the recommendations of the Council, is pleased to notify the registered persons required to prepare the tax invoice in the manner specified under sub-rule (4) of rule 48 of the Himachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, who have prepared tax invoice in a manner other than the said manner, as the class of persons who shall, during the period from the 1st day of October, 2020 to the 31st day of October, 2020, follow the special procedure such that the said persons shall obtain an Invoice Reference Number (IRN) for such invoice by uploading specified particulars in FORM GST INV-01 on the Common Goods and Services Tax Electronic Portal, within thirty days from the date of such invoice, failing which the same shall not be treated as an invoice.

No. Home-C(A)4-3/2013-I.—In continuation of this Department Notification No. HOM C(F)6-1/94, dated 5th August, 2003, the Governor, Himachal Pradesh, in exercise of powers conferred under sub-section (1) of section 22 of the Protection of Human Rights Act, 1993 (Act No.10 of 1994) and on the recommendation of the Committee constituted for the purpose, is pleased to appoint Sh. Avtar Chand Dogra, District & Sessions Judge (Retd.) resident of House No.17. Ward No.3, Pratap Nagar, M.C. Tehsil and District Hamirpur, Himachal Pradesh-177001, as a Member of the Himachal Pradesh Human Rights Commission for a period of three years or till attaining the age of seventy years, whichever is earlier, from the date on which he enters upon his office.

The terms and conditions of service of the Member of the Himachal Pradesh Human Rights Commission shall be regulated as per the provisions of the Himachal Pradesh Human Rights Commission (Salaries, Allowances and other Terms and Conditions of Service of Chairperson and Members) Rules, 2020.

दिनांक 27-01-2020 को प्रार्थी श्री मेंहर सिंह पुत्र दास, निवासी काण्डी, डाकघर झुंगी, तहसील निहरी, जिला मण्डी (हि0 प्र0) ने सहायक समाहर्ता प्रथम श्रेणी निहरी, जिला मण्डी (हि0 प्र0) को अपनी अराजी भूमि की तकसीम करवाने हेतु प्रस्तुत किया है। मामले में नियमानुसार सुनवाई के दौरान इस अदालत द्वारा सभी फरीकैनों को बजरिया समन सूचित किया गया, परन्तु प्रतिवादी संख्या 13, 15 श्री ठाकर दास व नरेन्द्र कुमार पुत्रगण पलस राम, निवासी काण्डी वाले को समन भेजने के पश्चात्‌ भी समन की तामील होना नहीं पाई जा रही है।

अतः इस सम्बन्ध में श्री ठाकर दास व नरेन्द्र कुमार पुत्रगण पलस राम, निवासी काण्डी वाले को बजरिया इश्तहार हजा के माध्यम से सूचित किया जाता है कि यदि उन्हें इस तकसीम बारा कोई उजर या एतराज हो तो वह असालतन या वकालतन इस अदालत में दिनांक 09-11-2020 को हाजिर अपना एतराज या पक्ष प्रस्तुत कर सकता है। अन्यथा गैरहाजिरी की सूरत में एकतरफा कार्यवाही अमल में लाई जाकर मामला में आगामी कार्यवाही शुरू कर दी जावेगी।
