No. MPP-F(1)-2/2005-XIII-L.—The Governor, Himachal Pradesh is pleased to notify "One Time Amnesty" Scheme for all Hydro-electric Projects where Implementation Agreements have been signed, by redefining Zero Date for those under clearance stage and by redefining Scheduled Commercial Operation Date (SCOD) for those under construction, by inviting applications for availing the above Scheme.

| 2. | Signing of SIA | Within three months from the date of issue of notification. | If project developer fails to sign SIA within three months, the allotment of the project shall be liable to be cancelled. |
| 3. | Apply for connectivity & signing of Long Term Open Access (LTOA) Agreement with HPPTCL or for signing of PPA with HPSEBL | Within one month from the date of signing of SIA. | If project developer fails to achieve this milestone within specified period of one month, the allotment of the project shall be liable to be cancelled. |

| 5. | Furnishing of compliance reports for the progress achieved on continuous basis in the prescribed format. | Every two months on continuous basis starting two months from the date of signing of SIA. | In case the project developer fails to submit the bimonthly three consecutive compliance reports on prescribed format, the allotment of the project shall be liable to be cancelled. |
| 6. | Submission of quantitative/physical progress report on the progress achieved so far | At the time of completion of one year from the date of signing of SIA,. | In case the project developer fails to submit the quantitative/physical progress report on the progress achieved so far at the time of completion of one year from the date of signing of SIA, and the report is not found satisfactory, the allotment of the project shall be liable to be cancelled. |

The following essential documents are to be submitted alongwith the application for availing One Time Amnesty within one month from the date of issue of notification:
(i) True copy of the Certificate of Incorporation of the Company.
(ii) Printed copy of Articles of Association and Memorandum of Association in respect of the Company.
(iii) Duly notarized "Power of Attorney" in favour of authorized signatory who shall sign the Supplementary Implementation Agreement on behalf of the Company, duly accompanied with resolution passed by the Board of Directors in favour of Authorized Signatory.
(iv) Certified copy of present shareholding pattern of the Company.
(v) List of Board of Directors of the Company.

5170 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 11 नवम्बर, 2020/20 कार्तिक, 1942 विषय उपरोक्त में श्री हेम राज, रूप चन्द, रमेश चन्द, देविन्दर पुत्रगण स्व0 हरी सिंह पुत्र बालक राम, निवासी पन्ती, तहसील शिमला ग्रामीण, जिला शिमला, हि0 प्र0 ने एक प्रार्थना-पत्र अदालत हजा को गुजारी है कि उनके चाचा चान्दी राम पुत्र बालक राम, निवासी पन्ती, अरसा लगभग 53 वर्षों से लापता है। उसे किसी रिश्तेदार व परिचित ने गांव पन्ती व कहीं और नहीं देखा है। अदालत ने भी कानून के अन्दर प्रावधानों द्वारा उसे तसवर करने का भरसक प्रयत्न किया तथा लापता चान्दी राम के गांव पन्ती जाकर जलसा आम में गांव के उम्र दराज वाशिन्दगान से छानबीन की, परन्तु किसी को चान्दी राम के बारा कोई जानकारी नहीं है। हेम राज आदि प्रार्थीगण ने अपने प्रार्थना-पत्र में गुजारिश की है कि उपरोक्त चान्दी राम पुत्र बालक राम का इन्तकाल बजरिया मकफूद-उल-खबरी के उसके जायज वारसान के हक में मुताबिक नस्व नामा तस्दीक किया जावे।
लिहाजा इस इश्तहार के रूह से उपरोक्त चान्दी राम पुत्र बालक राम व जनसाधारण को सूचित किया जाता है कि यदि किसी को चान्दी राम की बरास्त के इन्तकाल बजरिया मकफूद-उल-खबरी के उसके जायज वारसान के नाम तस्दीक करने बारे उजर या एतराज हो तो वह इस इश्तहार के प्रकाशन होने के एक माह के अन्दर उजर या एतराज असालतन या वकालतन पेश करें। बाद मियाद गुजरने पर किसी प्रकार का उजर/एतराज न काबिले समायत होगा।
