No. SEC (13) -91/2020-3701.—राज्य निर्वाचन आयोग, हिमाचल प्रदेश उन शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए जो इसे हिमाचल प्रदेश नगरपालिका अधिनियम, 1994 की धारा 281 के साथ पठित हिमाचल प्रदेश 151-राजपत्र/2020-13-11-2020 (5183) 5184 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 13 नवम्बर, 2020/22 कार्तिक, 1942 नगरपालिका निर्वाचन नियम, 2015 के नियम 9 के उपनियम 2 के अंतर्गत प्रदत्त है, जिला सिरमौर की सम्बन्धित नगरपालिकाओं के बोर्डों को अंतिम रूप से अधिसूचित करता हैः-

| 1. | भाटावॉंली भूपपुर | उत्तर प व ू र् दक्षिण पश्चिम | बद्रीपुर चौक से किसनपुरा सड़क तक चलकर बद्रीपुर मलिन बस्ती तक बद्रीपुर चोैंक से एन.एच. 72 के साथ चलते हुये रैनबैक्सी चौंक तक व यहां से एन. एच. को छोड़कर गंगूवाला सड़क के साथ-साथ चलकर ईन्ट के भट्टे की सीमा तक। ईटं के भट्टे के समीप से पश्चिम की ओर मुड़कर सड़क के साथ-साथ कुछ द ूर चलकर सड़क को छोड़ते हुये नगरपालिका की सीमाओं के साथ-साथ रैड एैपल के समीप एन.एच.72 तक। रैड एैपल के समीप एन. एच. 72 को पार करते हुये नगरपालिका की सीमा के साथ-साथ ग्राम भांटावाली से होकर सुशील आरा मशीन के समीप भुपपुर बद्रीपुर सड़क व इसके बाद भुपपुर बद्रीपुर सड़क के साथ-साथ चलकर बद्रीनगर चौक किसनपुरा सड़क के साथ-साथ मलिन बस्ती तक जो इस वार्ड की उत्तरी सीमा का अन्तिम छोर तक है । |
| 2. | भुपपुर क दारपुर े | उत्तर प व ू र् दक्षिण प श्चिम | इस वार्ड की सीमाओं में भी कोई तबदीली नहीं की गयी है। यह वार्ड भी प व ू र् वत् सीमाओं से घिरा हुआ है। जिसका विवरण निम्न प्रकार से हैः- गुरू गोबिन्द सिंह चौंक से एन.एच. 72 के साथ पांवटा की ओर चलकर ब ्र ाउन वर्ड रैस्टोरैंट तक। ब ाउन वर्ड रैस्टोरैंट से यमुना विहार को जाने वाली सड़क के साथ-साथ ्र नहर तक व नगर के साथ-साथ ग्राम केदारपुर सड़क तक। इस बिन्दु से पश्चिम की ओर मुड़़कर सड़क के साथ-साथ एन.एच. 72 तक। इस बिन्दु से एन.एच. 72 के साथ उत्तर की ओर चलकर बद्रीपुर चौंक तक जहां से सीमाऐं आरम्भ हुई थीं। |

| 10. देवीनगर-1 | प व ू र् -उत्तर पश्चिम द क्षिण | माया राम के घर के समीप से यमुना नदी के साथ नगरपालिका की सीमाओं के साथ-साथ उत्तर की ओर चलते हुए पोलट्री फार्म से बाहर से होकर नगरपालिका की सीमा के साथ-साथ चलकर पूर्व विधायक स्व0 श्री रतन सिंह के घर के समीप पांवटा रामपुर घाट मुख्य सड़क तक। पांवटा-रामपुर घाट सड़क के इस बिन्दु से पांवटा की ओर सड़क के साथ-2 चलकर स्व0 श्री भगवान दास के प्लाट के समीप (डी0ए0वी0 स्कूल रोड) तक। पांवटा रामपुर घाट मुख्य सड़क व डी0ए0वी0 स्कूल रोड के Joining Point से पूर्व की ओर चलकर माया राम के घर तक। | |
| 11. देवीनगर-2 | पूर्व उत्तर पश्चिम दक्षिण | जनगणना 2011 के ब्लाक नं0 25, 26 एवम 31 को मिलाकर वार्ड नं0 11 बनाया गया है। जिसकी जनसंख्या 2147 है। इसकी सीमाएं इस प्रकार से हैः- विश्वकर्मा चौंक से पांवटा-रामपुर घाट मुख्य सड़क को चलकर वार्ड नं0 10 के उस बिन्दु तक जहां से पोलट्री फार्म से आने वाली सडक पांवटा-रामपुर घाट मुख्य सड़क को पार करती है। क्रोसिंग के इस बिन्दु से कालेज सडक पर चलते हुए रामपुर गिरी नहर तक। नहर के व कालेज सड़क के क्रासिंग बिन्दु से पश्चिम की ओर चलते हुए नहर के साथ-साथ ब्लाक नं0 25 व 31 को वार्ड नं0 11 में शामिल करते हुए नरेन्द्र रमोल (पूर्व प्रिंसीपल आई0टी0आई0) के घर से थोड़ा आगे चलकर मोगीनन्द गांव को जाने वाली गली से चलकर ब्लाक नं0 26 को सीमा में लेते हुए एन0एच072 रोड तक। एन0एच0 72 रोड के इस बिन्दु से पूर्व की ओर चलकर विश्वकर्मा चौक तक। | |
| 12. | शुभखेडा | उत्तर पश्चिम दक्षिण पूर्व | जनगणना 2011 के ब्लाक नं0 29 एवं 30 को मिलाकर वार्ड नं0 12 बनाया गया है। जिसकी जनसंख्या 2291 है। इसकी सीमाएं इस प्रकार से हैः- कालेज सडक व नहर के क्रासिंग बिन्दु से कालेज की तरफ चलकर पांवटा-बांगरन मेन रोड जहां पर खुशहाल आरा मशीन के समीप तक। पांवटा-बांगरन मेन रोड पर खुशहाल आरा मशीन के समीप से चलकर बांगरन चौक एन0एच0 72 रोड़ तक। बांगरन चौक एन0एच0 72 रोड़ से पूर्व की तरफ चलकर ब्राईट होटल तक। ब्राईट होटल के समीप से मोगीनन्द को जाने वाली सड़क से चलकर ब्लाक नं0 29 और 31 की सीमा के साथ-साथ नहर तक व नहर के साथ-साथ चलकर कालेज रोड के क्रासिंग बिन्दु तक, जहां से इस वार्ड की सीमा आरम्भ हुई थी। |

| 2. | 2. हरिपुर | पक्का टैंक डॉ0 डिसुजा के मकान से पश्चिम की तरफ खाले के द्वारा वार्ड नं0-1 की सीमा के साथ-2 ढाबो खाले की बावली तक फिर रास्ते के द्वारा पुराने स्लाटर हाऊस व मत्सय विभाग के कार्यालय को घेरे हुए नये स्लाटर हाऊस के पास से खाले के द्वारा बूडे की सरांय के पास नाहन शिमला रोड पर पहुंच कर उत्तर की तरफ नगर पालिका की सीमा तक बिरोजा फैक्टरी को घेरे हुए पानी की पाईप लाईन तक फिर पानी की पाईप लाईन द्वारा बेदी के गांव को घेरे हुए हस्पताल राउंड में आबकारी एंव कराधान कार्यालय के पास पहुंच कर पुलिस चौंकी ग न्नुघाट तक फिर मालरोड के द्वारा गर्ल स्कूल व मौ0 हरिपुर को घेरे हुए पक्का ु टैंक डॉ0 डिसूजा के मकान तक जहां से सीमा आरम्भ हुई थी। उत्तर दिशा में बिरोजा फैक्टरी से लॉ कालेज को घेरते हुए पश्चिम दिशा में नाले के साथ-2 गमला फैक्टरी को घेरते हुए जड़जा नाले तक जहां हवा घर स्थित है वहां से पूर्व दिशा की ओर नाहन शिमला मुख्य मार्ग जहां से रामाधौण सड़क जाती है वहां से वापिस दक्षिण दिशा की ओर झमीरिया बाउन्डरी को घेरते हुए वापिस बिरोजा फैक्टरी तक को वार्ड नं0 2 की सीमा के साथ जोड़ा गया । |

| 1. | 1. कलोनी वार्ड | इस वार्ड की सीमा राजगढ़-हरिपुरधार-हाब्बन सड़क की क्रोसिंग पर पैट्रोल पम्प से आरम्भ होकर पैट्रोल पम्प को घेरते हुए दक्षिण की ओर शलाणा पंचायत की सीमा तक पहुंच कर फिर इस पंचायत की सीमा के साथ-2 पूर्व की ओर चलते हुए चन्देल निवास लो0नि0वि0 विश्राम गृह अधिशासी अभियन्ता कार्यालय डी0ए0वी0 स्कूल को घेरते हुए फिर पश्चिम की ओर धूमते हुए वन विभाग कार्यालय व कलौनी को घेरते हुए राजगढ़ हाब्बन सड़क पर पहुंच कर उसके बाद इस सडक पर दक्षिण की ओर चलते हुए सड़क के साथ-2 पंचायत घर, सिंचाई विभाग के कार्यालय भगवान दास निवास सब जज कोर्ट आदि को घेरते हुए वापिस पैट्रोल पम्प पर पहुंचती है। जहां से इस वार्ड की सीमा आरम्भ हुई थी । |
| 2. | 2. बस स्टेैण्ड वार्ड | इस वार्ड की सीमा राजगढ-हरिपुरधार-हाब्बन सड़क की क्रोसिंग पर प ै ट्रोल पम्प को छोड़ते हुए आरम्भ होती है, इस स्थान से दक्षिण की ओर चलते हुए शलाणा पंचायत की सीमा पर पहुंच कर फिर पश्चिम की ओर चलते हुए गैस गोदाम को घेरते हुए राजगढ़ खैरी सड़क पर पहुंच कर उसके आगे नगर पंचायत राजगढ़ की सीमा के साथ-2 चलते हुए श्री कृष्ण ठाकुर के निवास को घेरते हुए उसके आगे उत्तर की ओर चलते हुए सन्तराम के निवास को घेरते हुए आर्य समाज मन्दिर पर पहुंच कर उसके बाद पूर्व की ओर आर्य समाज मन्दिर से राजगढ़ हाब्बन सड़क की ओर आने वाले नगर पंचायत के पक्के रास्ते के साथ-2 चलकर पटवार भवन शान्ति स्वरूप के निवास को घेरते हुए इस सड़क पर पहुंचती है। इसके बाद इसी सड़क के साथ-2 चलते हुए प ै ट्रोल पम्प के पास क्रोसिंंग पर पहुंचती है जहां से इस वार्ड की सीमा आरम्भ हुई थी। |
| 3. | 3. राधाकृष्ण मन्दिर | इस वार्ड की सीमा आर्य समाज मन्दिर से आरम्भ होती है यह सीमा आर्य समाज मन्दिर से उत्तर की ओर नगर पंचायत राजगढ़ की सीमा के साथ-2 चलकर शिरगुल देवता मन्दिर तक पहुंचती है जहां से सीमा प व ू र् की ओर नगर पंचायत राजगढ़ के पक्के रास्ते के साथ-2 चलकर राजगढ़ सोलन सड़क पर पहुंचती है जहां से दक्षिण की ओर चलते हुए स्कूल हॉस्टल निरंकारी भवन ओम प्रकाश बहल के मकान को धेरते हुए बाजार को जाने वाले रास्ते के साथ-2 इस रास्ते से राधा कृष्ण मन्दिर तक जाने वाले रास्ते तक पहुंचती है इसके आगे राधा कृष्ण मन्दिर के रास्ते से होती हुई मन्दिर तक पहुंचती है इसके पश्चात इस मन्दिर से राजेन्द्र सूद निवास को जाने वाले कच्चे रास्ते के साथ-2 होती हुई गन्दे नाले को लांघते हुए हाब्बन रोड़ तक जाने वाले रास्ते तक पहुंचती है जहां से चलकर इस सड़क पर दक्षिण की ओर चलते हुए आर्य समाज मन्दिर तक आने वाले रास्ते तक पहुंचती है और फिर इसी रास्ते चलते हुए आर्य समाज मन्दिर तक पहुंचती है जहां से इस वार्ड की सीमा आरम्भ हुई थी । |

No. 429/ECI/LET./TERR./NOR I/HP/2017(1).—In pursuance of the provisions of sub- section (1) of Section 13 B of the Representation of the People Act, 1950 (43 of 1950), the Election Commission of India hereby directs that the following amendment shall be made in the Notification No. 429/ECI/LET./TERR./NOR I/HP/2017(1) dated 14th August, 2017 as amended from time to time relating to the appointment of Electoral Registration Officers for Assembly Constituencies in the State of Himachal Pradesh.
In column 2 of the table appended to the said Notification for the existing entry in column 2 against items in column 1 in the following constituencies, the following entries shall be substituted:—

NOTIFICATION
Shimla-2, the 12th November, 2020
No. GAD- A(F)12-1/2020.—The Governor, Himachal Pradesh is pleased to order that the holidays as listed in Annexure-I, will be observed as 'Gazetted Holidays' during the Calendar Year-2021, in the State of Himachal Pradesh.
2. In addition to the holidays mentioned in Annexure-I, all Government employees will be authorized to avail two 'Restricted Holidays' out of those mentioned in Annexure-III.
3. Holidays listed in Annexure-II are declared 'Gazetted Holidays' for women employees working in all Government Offices/ Boards/ Corporations/ Educational Institutions in H.P. These will also be holidays for women employees within the meaning of Section 25 of Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 and also to daily wage women employees.
4. (i) The Deputy Commissioners in the State are authorized to declare two local holidays within their jurisdiction during the Year 2021 in connection with celebration of important fairs and festivals in the respective District/ Area.
(ii) However, for the offices situated within the Municipal limits of Shimla, two local holidays will be declared by the State Government after receiving proposal in this regard from the Deputy Commissioner, Shimla and for the rest of the areas of District Shimla, two local holidays will be declared/decided by the Deputy Commissioner, Shimla as per past practice. For the Offices of H.P. Government situated at Delhi, two local holidays will be declared by the State Government after receiving proposal from Pr. Resident Commissioner, H.P., New Delhi.
5. The holidays listed in Annexure-IV are also declared as 'Gazetted Holidays' within the meaning of Section 25 of Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881.

1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ.- (1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम दी बिजनैस ऑफ दी गवर्नमैंट ऑफ हिमाचल प्रदेश (ऐलोकेशन) 162वां संशोधन रूल्ज, 2020 है।
(2) ये नियम राजपत्र (ई-गजट) हिमाचल प्रदेश में इनके प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होंगे। 2. शड्यूल का संशोधन.-दी बिजनैस ऑफ दी गवर्नमैंट ऑफ हिमाचल प्रदेश (ऐलोकेशन) रूल्ज, 1971 से संलग्न शडयूल की क्रम संख्या 3 में, "AYURVEDA DEPARTMENT", शब्द जहां-जहां ये आते हैं, के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित रखा जाएगा, अर्थात्ः-
"AYUSH DEPARTMENT.".

No. GAD (CC) 5-2/71-L.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (3) of Article 166 of the Constitution of India, the Governor, Himachal Pradesh, is pleased to make the following rules further to amend the Business of the Government of Himachal Pradesh (Allocation) Rules, 1971 notified vide this Department Notification No. 5-2/71-GAD(CC)- dated 25th January, 1971, namely:—
1. Short title and commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the Business of the Government of Himachal Pradesh (Allocation) 162nd Amendment Rules, 2020.
(2) These rules shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Rajpatra (e- Gazette), Himachal Pradesh.
