The revision of cadre strength is subject to the condition that deputation reserve posts will continue only till the funding is available and posts remain sanctioned under the respective projects being implemented by the Rural Development Department.
The Governor, Himachal Pradesh is further pleased to order that the tenure of IAS and HPAS Officers as Assistant Commissioner (Dev.)-cum-Block Development Officer shall be minimum of one year and two years respectively.
This issues with the prior concurrence of Finance Department obtained vide their U.O. No. 52546539-Fin-1/2013 dated 10-07-2013 and File No. Fin(C)B(15)4/2002 dated 24-07-2013.

अंगदुई पुत्र श्री तन्डुप, गांव व डाकघर गेमूर, तहसील लाहौल, जिला लाहौल एवं स्पिति (हि0 प्र0) ने एक आवेदन-पत्र शपथ-पत्र सहित बराए नाम दुरुस्ती इस अदालत में प्रस्तुत किया है जिसमें उसने उल्लेख किया है कि उसका नाम आधार कार्ड व परिवार रजिस्टर में नकल और नौकरी के दस्तावेजों में अंगदुई दर्ज है। लेकिन पटवार वृत्त कोलोंग, तहसील लाहौल में सोनम अंगदुई दर्ज है। दो नामों के होने के कारण उन्हें काफी दिक्कतों का सामना करना पड़ रहा है। अब प्रार्थी राजस्व अभिलेख पटवार वृत्त कोलोंग, तहसील लाहौल, जिला लाहौल एवं स्पिति में अपना नाम दुरुस्त करवाकर सोनम अंगदुई के स्थान पर अंगदुई दर्ज करवाना चाहता है।
अतः इस नोटिस द्वारा आम जनता एवं सम्बन्धित रिश्तेदारों को सूचित किया जाता है कि यदि किसी को पटवार वृत्त कोलोंग, तहसील लाहौल में सोनम अंगदुई के स्थान पर अंगदुई दर्ज करने में कोई उजर व एतराज हो तो वह इस अदालत में दिनांक 10-12-2020 तक असालतन या वकालतन हाजिर आकर अपना एतराज पेश कर सकता है। अन्यथा मुताबिक प्रार्थना-पत्र व अन्य दस्तावेजों के आधार पर प्रार्थी का नाम पटवार वृत्त कोलोंग, तहसील लाहौल में सोनम अंगदुई के स्थान पर अंगदुई दर्ज करने के आदेश पारित कर दिए जायेंगे।

दिनांक 16-01-2020 को प्रार्थी श्री सन्त राम पुत्र निकू, निवासी शगौड, डाकघर निहरी, तहसील निहरी, जिला मण्डी (हि0प्र0) वाले ने सहायक समाहर्ता प्रथम वर्ग, तहसील निहरी, जिला मण्डी (हि0 प्र0) को 5508 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 28 नवम्बर, 2020/07 मार्गशीर्ष, 1942 अपनी अराजी भूमि की तकसीम करवाने हेतु आवेदन प्रस्तुत किया है। मामले में नियमानुसार सुनवाई के दौरान इस अदालत द्वारा सभी फ्रिकैनों को बजरिया समन सूचित किया गया, परन्तु उपरोक्त वर्णित प्रतिवादीगणों को समन की तामील साधारण तौर से होना संभव नहीं पाई जा रही है।
अतः इस सम्बन्ध में समस्त उपरोक्त वर्णित प्रतिवादियोेंं को बजरिया इश्तहार हजा के माध्यम से सूचित किया जाता है कि यदि किसी को इस तकसीम बारा कोई उजर या एतराज हो तो वह असालतन या वकालतन इस अदालत में दिनांक 09-12-2020 को हाजिर आकर अपना एतराज या पक्ष प्रस्तुत कर सकता है। अन्यथा गैरहाजिरी की सूरत में एकतरफा कार्यवाही अमल में लाई जाकर मामला में आगामी कार्यवाही शुरू कर दी जावेगी।
