No.IPH-B(A)3-1/2019.—In pursuance to the notification of this department No.IPHB(A)3- 3/2018-I dated 29-11-2019 notifying whole State under Sub-section 3 of Section 5 of the Himachal Pradesh Ground Water (Regulations & Control of Development and Management) Act, 2005 and in pursuance to the powers under Section-17 of the Act read with section 20 of the Himachal Pradesh General Clauses Act, 1968, the Governor. Himachal Pradesh is pleased to order that the powers and duties to be exercised or discharged by the authority under Section 12, 13, 14, 15 & 16 of the Act shall now be exercise or discharged by the Executive Engineer of Jal Shakti Vibhag, Himachal Pradesh in their respective Divisional Jurisdiction in the State of Himachal Pradesh.

Saigaloo, Tehsil Kotli, District Mandi (H.P.)] have filed an application alongwith affidavits in the court of undersigned under section 15 of Special Marriage Act, 1954 that they have solemnized their marriage on 25-11-2020 according to Hindu rites and customs at Tarna Temple Mandi, District Mandi (H.P.) and they are living together as husband and wife since then. Hence, their marriage may be registered under Special Marriage Act, 1954.
Therefore, the general public is hereby informed through this notice that any person who has any objection regarding this marriage, can file the objection personally or in writing before this court on or before 13-01-2021 after that no objection will be entertained and marriage will be registered.

निशा देवी पुत्र श्री गंगा राम, निवासी बनौर, तहसील पांवटा साहिब, जिला सिरमौर, हि0 प्र0 ने एक प्रार्थना-पत्र प्रस्तुत करके निवेदन किया है कि आवेदिका किन्हीं कारणों से अपने पुत्र कार्तिक की जन्म तिथि 03-01-2012 का इन्द्राज निर्धारित अवधि के अन्दर सम्बन्धित ग्राम पंचायत में दर्ज नहीं करवा पाई है। इस बारे आवेदिका द्वारा एक ब्यान हल्फी भी पेश किया गया है तथा इस सम्बन्ध में दो गवाहों के शपथ-पत्र भी आवेदिका ने अपने प्रार्थना-पत्र के साथ संलग्न किये हैं। आवेदिका ने ग्राम पंचायत में अपनी ऊपर वर्णित पुत्र की जन्म तिथि 03-01-2012 को दर्ज करने का अनुरोध किया है।6299 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 01 जनवरी, 2021/11 पौष, 1942 अतः इस इश्तहार द्वारा आम जनता को सूचित किया जाता है कि यदि किसी भी व्यक्ति को कार्तिक की जन्म तिथि ग्राम पंचायत, तहसील पांवटा साहिब में दर्ज करने बारे कोई एतराज हो तो वह मिति 07-01-2021 को या इससे पूर्व हमारे न्यायालय में हाजिर होकर लिखित अथवा मौखिक एतराज पेश कर सकता है। उक्त निश्चित तिथि के बाद कोई भी एतराज मान्य नहीं होगा और समझा जायेगा कि उक्त कार्तिक की जन्म तिथि को सम्बन्धित ग्राम पंचायत में दर्ज करने बारे किसी को कोई एतराज नहीं है तथा नियमानुसार जन्म तिथि पंजीकरण के आदेश जारी कर दिये जायेंगे।

अतः इस नोटिस द्वारा समस्त जनता ग्राम चाडना हर आम व खास को सूचित किया जाता है कि यदि किसी का उक्त नाम की दुरुस्ती राजस्व रिकार्ड में दर्ज करने बारे कोर्ई उजर या एतराज हो तो वह दिनांक 14-01-2021 को या इससे पूर्व असालतन या वकालतन हाजिर होकर अपना एतराज पेश कर सकता है। उसके पश्चात् कोई उजर व एतराज न सुना जाएगा और नियमानुसार प्रार्थना-पत्र का निपटारा कर दिया जाएगा।
