संंंख्याः राजस्व-घ/(एफ) 4-11/2015-मण्डी.--हिमाचल प्रदेश भू-अभिलेख नियमावली, 1992 के पैरा 3.17 एवम्‌ 3.18 में वर्णित/निर्दिष्ट प्रावधानों/मानकों में छूट देते हुए राज्यपाल, हिमाचल प्रदेश तहसील बालीचौकी, जिला मण्डी के अन्तर्गत वर्तमान पटवार वृत्त कशौड़ का विघटन करके नये पटवार वृत्त कुकलाह, 248-राजपत्र/2021-23-03-2021 (9479) 9480 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 23 मार्च, 2021/2 चैत्र, 1942 तहसील बालीचौकी, जिला मण्डी, हिमाचल प्रदेश का अनुबन्ध 'क' में दिये गए विवरण अनुसार खोलने का सहर्ष आदेश देते हैं। इस पटवार वृत्त हेतु एक पद पटवारी वेतनमान मु0 5910—20,2001900 ग्रेड पे, मांग संख्याः 5, मुख्यशीर्ष-2029-00-103-04 (गैर-योजना) एवं एक पद अंशकालिक कार्यकर्ता (Part time worker) का सृजन/भरने की भी स्वीकृति प्रदान की जाती है।

CORRIGENDUM

dated the 22nd March, 2021

No. SEC(13)91/2015-3211-3220.—Whereas the Deputy Commissioner Mandi has issued a Corrigendum No. MND-DC-UDA/2020-9694-9700 dated 13th March, 2021 regarding final delimitation and reservation of the wards No. 11 and 12 of Municipal Corporation, Mandi. As in Ward No. 11, EB No. 003600 in place of EB No. 003400 has been written and further in Ward No. 12 EB No. 003400 in place of EB No. 003600 is written inadvertently.

Therefore, the State Election Commission, in excise of powers vested in it under Section 9 of the Himachal Pradesh Municipal Corporation Act, 1994 read with sub rule (2) of Rule 9 of Himachal Pradesh Municipal Corporation Election Rule, 2012 the State Election Commission, Himachal Pradesh hereby notifies that EB No. 003400 along with ward extent may kindly be read in Ward No.11 and EB No. 003600 along with ward extent be read in Ward No. 12 of the Municipal Corporation Mandi, District Mandi, H.P.

The final delimitation of wards of Municipal Corporation, Mandi notified vide Notification No. SEC(13)91/2015-7003-7023, dated 17-12-2020 and subsequent corrigendum issued on 15-03-2021 is hereby modified to this extent.

श्रीमती राजिन्द्र कौर पुत्री दलीप सिंह, निवासी शिवपुर, तहसील पांवटा साहिब, जिला सिरमौर (हि0 प्र0) ने एक प्रार्थना-पत्र प्रस्तुत करके निवेदन किया है कि आवेदिका किन्हीं कारणों से अपनी स्वयं की जन्म तिथि 22-08-1954 का इन्द्राज निर्धारित अवधि के अन्दर सम्बन्धित ग्राम पंचायत में दर्ज नहीं करवा पार्ई है। इस बारे आवेदिका द्वारा एक ब्यान हल्फी भी पेश किया गया है तथा इस सम्बन्ध में दो गवाहों के 9482 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 23 मार्च, 2021/2 चैत्र, 1942 शपथ-पत्र भी आवेदिका ने अपने प्रार्थना-पत्र के साथ संलग्न किये हैं। आवेदिका ने ग्राम पंचायत शिवपुर में अपनी ऊपर वर्णित स्वयं की जन्म तिथि 22-08-1954 को दर्ज करने का अनुरोध किया है।

अतः इस इश्तहार द्वारा आम जनता को सूचित किया जाता है कि यदि किसी भी व्यक्ति को श्रीमती राजिन्द्र कौर की जन्म तिथि ग्राम पंचायत, तहसील पांवटा साहिब में दर्ज करने बारे कोई एतराज हो तो वह मिति 09-04-2021 को या इससे पूर्व हमारे न्यायालय में हाजिर होकर लिखित अथवा मौखिक एतराज पेश कर सकता है। उक्त निश्चित तिथि के बाद कोई भी एतराज मान्य नहीं होगा और समझा जायेगा कि उक्त जन्म तिथि को सम्बन्धित ग्राम पंचायत शिवपुर में दर्ज करने बारे किसी को कोई एतराज नहीं है तथा नियमानुसार जन्म तिथि पंजीकरण के आदेश जारी कर दिये जायेंगे।

अतः इस नोटिस द्वारा समस्त जनता ग्राम मौजा मैहत व प्रार्थी के समस्त रिश्तेदारों को सूचित किया जाता है कि यदि किसी को उक्त भूमि की किस्म राजस्व अभिलेख मौजा मैहत में गैर-मुमकिन नदी से बंजर कदीम दुरुस्त करवाने बारे कोई उजर/एतराज हो तो वह दिनांक 12-04-2021 व इससे पूर्व असालतन व वकालतन हाजिर होकर अपना एतराज पेश कर सकता है। उसके उपरान्त कोई उजर/एतराज नहीं सुना जाएगा और नियमानुसार प्रार्थना-पत्र का निपटारा कर दिया जाएगा।
