No. EXN-F(10)-7/2019-Vol-I.—The Himachal Pradesh (Legacy Cases Resolution) Scheme, 2019 was notified by the State of Himachal Pradesh vide Notification No. EXN-F(10)- 7/2019 dated 21-01-2020 and subsequently, Himachal Pradesh (Legacy Cases Resolution) Scheme, 250-राजपत्र/2021-25-03-2021 (9499)9500 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 25 मार्च, 2021/04 चैत्र, 1942 Rules, 2020 were notified on 22-02-2020. The Scheme was introduced for the disposal of pending assessment cases as well as pending arrears related to subsumed enactments under Himachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax, Act, 2017.

The last date for filing and acknowledgement of declaration under sub-rule 3 of Himachal Pradesh (Legacy Cases Resolution) Scheme, Rules, 2020 was last extended upto 21-03-2021 vide Notification No. EXN-F(10)-7/2019-Vol-I dated 21-01-2021.

Now, as the economy is reviving from the affects of COVID-19 pandemic and in the interest of various Stakeholder as well the State Government, the Governor, Himachal Pradesh is pleased to extend the last date of filing and acknowledgement of declaration up to 31-03-2021 as prescribed vide sub-rule 1 of rule 3 of Himachal Pradesh (Legacy Cases Resolution) Scheme, Rules, 2020 read with Section 4 of the Himachal Pradesh (Legacy Cases Resolution) Scheme, 2019.
