ई.एक्स.एन.-एफ.(10)-4/2021.--हिमाचल प्रदेश माल और सेवा कर अधिनियम, 2017 (2017 का 10) (जिसे इसके पश्चात्‌ इस अधिसूचना में उक्त अधिनियम कहा गया है) की धारा 25 की उप- धारा (6घ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, राज्यपाल, हिमाचल सरकार, परिषद्‌ की सिफारिशाें पर और हिमाचल सरकार की अधिसूचना संख्या 17/2020-राज्य कर दिनांक 23 जून, 2020 जो हिमाचल प्रदेश के 25—राजपत्र/2021-01-06-2021 (751) 752 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 01 जून, 2021/11 ज्येष्ठ, 1943 राजपत्र में संख्या ई.एक्स.एन.-एफ.(10)-4/2020 दिनांक 24 जून, 2017 के तहत प्रकाशित की गई थी, को सिवाय ऐसी बातों के, जो ऐसे अधिक्रमण से पवूर् की गई थी या करने का लोप किया गया था, अधिक्रांत करते हुए अधिसूचित करती है कि उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 25 की उप-धारा (6ख) या उप-धारा (6ग) के उपबंध ऐसे किसी व्यक्ति पर लागू नहीं होंगे, जो,-

(क) भारत का नागरिक नहीं है; या (ख) केंद्रीय सरकार या राज्य सरकार के विभाग या स्थापना; या (ग) स्थानीय प्राधिकारी; या (घ) कानूनी निकाय; या (ङ ) पब्लिक सेक्टर उपक्रम; या (च) उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 25 की उप-धारा (9) के प्रावधानों के तहत पंजीकारण के लिए आवेदन करने वाला व्यक्ति।

Notification No. 3/2021-State Tax

Shimla-2, the 27th April, 2021

No. EXN-F(10)-4/2021.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (6D) of Section 25 of the Himachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (10 of 2017) (hereafter in this notification referred to as the said Act), the Governor of Himachal Pradesh, on the recommendations of the Council and in supersession of the notification No. 17/2020-State Tax, dated the 23rd June, 2020, published in the Gazette of Himachal Pradesh vide number EXN-F(10)- 4/2020, dated the 24th June, 2020, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, hereby notifies that the provision of sub-section (6B) or sub-section (6C) of section 25 of the said Act shall not apply to a person who is,—

(a) not a citizen of India; or (b) a department or establishment of the Central Government or State Government; or (c) a local authority; or (d) a statutory body; or (e) a Public Sector Undertaking; or (f) a person applying for registration under the provisions of sub-section (9) of section 25 of the said Act.

ई.एक्स.एन.-एफ.(10)-4/2021.--हिमाचल प्रदेश माल और सेवा कर अधिनियम, 2017 (2017 का 10) की धारा 44 की उप-धारा (1) के साथ पठित हिमाचल प्रदेश माल और सेवा कर नियम, 2017, द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, राज्यपाल, हिमाचल सरकार, परिषद्‌ की सिफारिशाें पर हिमाचल सरकार की अधिसूचना संख्या 95/2020-राज्य कर दिनांक 13 जनवरी, 2021 जो हिमाचल प्रदेश के राजपत्र में संख्या ई.एक्स.एन.-एफ.(10)-4/2020-वाल-I दिनांक 4 फरवरी 2021, के तहत प्रकाशित की गई थी, में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करते हैं, अर्थात्‌ उक्त अधिसूचना में, ''28.02.2021'' अंको के स्थान पर ''31. 03.2021'' अंको को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा।

Shimla-2, the 27th April, 2021

No. EXN-F(10)-4/2021.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 44 of the Himachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (10 of 2017), read with Rule 80 of the Himachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the Governor of Himachal Pradesh, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of Himachal Pradesh No. 95/2020-State Tax, dated the 13th January, 2021, published in the Gazette of Himachal Pradesh vide number EXN-F(10)- 4/2020-Vol-I, dated the 4th February, 2021, namely:—

In the said notification, for the figures "28.02.2021", the figures "31.03.2021" shall be substituted.

ई.एक्स.एन.-एफ.(10)-4/2021.--हिमाचल प्रदेश माल और सेवा कर नियम, 2017, के नियम 48 के उप-नियम (4) के तहत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, राज्यपाल, हिमाचल प्रदेश, जीएसटी परिषद्‌ की सिफारिशाें के आधार पर, हिमाचल प्रदेश सरकार की अधिसूचना संख्या 13/2020 राज्य कर दिनांक 23 जून, 2020 जिसे हिमाचल प्रदेश के राजपत्र में संख्या ई.एक्स.एन.-एफ.(10)-4/2020 दिनांक 24 जून, 2020 को प्रकाशित किया गया था, में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करते हैं, यथाः-

उक्त अधिसूचना में, प्रथम अनुच्छेद में, 01 अप्रैल 2021 से प्रभावी, शब्द "एक सौ करोड़ रुपये" के स्थान पर शब्द ''पचास करोड़ रुपये'' प्रतिस्थापित किये जायेंगे ।

No. EXN-F(10)-4/2021.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (4) of Rule 48 of the Himachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the Governor of Himachal Pradesh, on the recommendations of the Council, is pleased to make the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of Himachal Pradesh No. 13/2020-State Tax, dated the 23rd June, 2020, published in the Gazette of Himachal Pradesh vide number EXN- F(10)-4/2020, dated the 24th June, 2020, namely:—

In the said notification, in the first paragraph, with effect from the 1st day of April, 2021, for the words "one hundred crore rupees", the words "fifty crore rupees" shall be substituted.

No. UD-F(4)-1/2020.—In continuation to this department notification of even number dated 01-09-2020 and report of the Negotiation Committee received through Deputy Commissioner Shimla vide letter No. SML-Rev. (Land Acq)-2021/-1831-1837 dated 30-04-2021 , the Governor of Himachal Pradesh is pleased to notify the rates for acquisition of land for the proposed project of Bulk Water Supply for Shimla City from River Satluj (Near Shikrodi). The rates shall be as tabulated below:—

The Land Acquisition Officer, HPPWD/SJPNL, Winterfield Shimla will process the land acquisition as per the requirement of the project on the rates approved . He shall submit the report to this department at the earliest.
