संख्या इण्ड-II(बी)2-8/2016.--हिमाचल प्रदेश के राज्यपाल, भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हिमाचल प्रदेश लोक सेवा आयोग के परामर्श से, इस 31—राजपत्र/2021-08-06-2021 (905) 906 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 08 जून, 2021/18 ज्येष्ठ, 1943 विभाग की समसंख्यक अधिसूचना तारीख 20-02-2020 द्वारा अधिसूचित हिमाचल प्रदेश उद्योग विभाग अन्वेषक, वर्ग-III (अराजपत्रित) भर्ती और प्रोन्नति नियम, 2020 का और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्‌ः--

1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ.--(1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम हिमाचल प्रदेश उद्योग विभाग, अन्वेषक वर्ग-III (अराजपत्रित) भर्ती और प्रोन्नति (प्रथम संशोधन) नियम, 2021 है।

(2) ये नियम राजपत्र (ई-गजट), हिमाचल प्रदेश में प्रकाशित किए जाने की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होंगे। 2. उपाबन्ध "क" का संशोधन.--हिमाचल प्रदेश उद्योग विभाग, अन्वेषक, वर्ग-III (अराजपत्रित) भर्ती और प्रोन्नति नियम, 2020 के उपाबन्ध "क" में स्तम्भ संख्या-7 के सामने विद्यमान उपबन्धों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित रखा जाएगा, अर्थात्‌ः--

अनिवार्य अर्हता :

किसी मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय से सांख्यिकी गणित/अर्थशास्त्र/वाणिज्य में स्नातकोत्तर की उपाधि उत्तीर्ण की होः

परन्तु यह कि उसने दसवीं और 102 की परीक्षा हिमाचल प्रदेश में अवस्थित किसी स्कूल/संस्थान से उत्तीर्ण की हो :

परन्तु यह और कि यह शर्त हिमाचल प्रदेश के वास्तविक निवासियों को लागू नहीं होगी। वांछनीय अर्हता :

हिमाचल प्रदेश की रूढ़ियों, रीतियों और बोलियों का ज्ञान और प्रदेश में विद्यमान विशिष्ट दशाओं में नियुक्ति के लिए उपयुक्तता।"।

NOTIFICATION

Shimla-2, the 5th June, 2021

No. Ind-II (B) 2-8/2016 .—In exercise of the powers conferred by proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor, Himachal Pradesh, in consultation with the Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission is pleased to make the following rule further to amend the Himachal Pradesh, Department of Industries, Investigator, Class-III (Non-Gazetted) Recruitment and Promotion Rules, 2020 notified vide this department notification of even number dated 20-02-2020, namely:—

1. Short title and commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the Himachal Pradesh, Department of Industries, Investigator, Class-III (Non-Gazetted), Recruitment and Promotion (First Amendment), Rule, 2021.

(2) These rules shall come into force from the date of publication in Rajpatra (e- Gazette), Himachal Pradesh.

2. Amendment of Annexure 'A'.—In Annexure 'A' to the Himachal Pradesh Pradesh, Department of Industries, Investigator, Class-III (Non-Gazetted) Recruitment & Promotion Rules, 2020 for the existing provisions against Column No. 7, the following shall be substituted, namely:—

"Essential Qualification :

(a) Should have passed Master's Degree in Statistics/Mathematics/Economics/Commerce from a recognized University :

Provided that he should have passed Matriculation and 10+2 Examination from any school/institution situated within Himachal Pradesh:

Provided further that this condition shall not apply to bonafide Himachalis.

Desirable Qualification:

Knowledge of custom, manner and dialect of Himachal Pradesh and suitability for appointment in the peculiar conditions prevailing in the Pradesh.".

No. 5-30/2018-ELN.—On the recommendations of Departmental Promotion Committee, the Governor, Himachal Pradesh, is pleased to order promotion of following Election Kanungos to the posts of Naib-Tehsildar (Election), Class-II (Gazetted) in the pay scale of Rs. 10300-34800/- plus 4800/- Grade Pay against vacancies of Naib-Tehsildar (Election):—

Keeping in view the COVID-19 situation, the aforesaid officers will submit their joining reports as Naib-Tehsildar (Election) to the department from their present place of postings and will function as Naib-Tehsildar (Election) in the Sub Divisional Election Office, Hamirpur and Gohar respectively till transfers and postings of Naib-Tehsildar (Election).

The above officers will remain on probation for a period of two years from the date of joining as Naib-Tehsildar (Election) subject to such further extension for a period not exceeding one year as may be ordered by the competent authority in special circumstances and reasons to be recorded in writing.

The above officers will have to exercise option for fixation of pay under the provisions of saving clause of FR-22(I)(a)(1) within a period of one month from the date of joining as Naib-Tehsildar (Election).
