संख्याः जे0एस0वी0-बी(एच)1-1/2021-कांगड़ा.--यतः हिमाचल प्रदेश के राज्यपाल को यह प्रतीत होता है कि हिमाचल प्रदेश सरकार को सरकारी व्यय पर सार्वजनिक प्रयोजन हेतु नामतः फिन्ना सिंह मध्यम सिंचाई परियोजना, तहसील नूरपुर, जिला कांगड़ा के निर्माण हेतु भूमि अर्जित करनी अपेक्षित है, अतएव एतद्‌- द्वारा यह अधिसूचित किया जाता है कि उक्त परिक्षेत्र में जैसा कि निम्न विवरणी में निर्दिष्ट किया गया है, उपरोक्त प्रयोजन के लिए भूमि का अर्जन अपेक्षित है। 47—राजपत्र/2021-01-07-2021 (1237) 1238 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 01 जुलाई, 2021/10 आषाढ़, 1943 2. यह अधिसूचना ऐसे सभी व्यक्तियों को, जो इससे सम्बन्धित हो सकते हैं, की जानकारी के लिए भूमि अर्जन, पुनर्वास और पुनव्र्यवस्थापन में उचित प्रतिकर और पारदर्शिता अधिकार अधिनियम, 2013 (2013 का 30) की धारा-11 के उपबन्धों के अन्तर्गत जारी की जाती है।

3. पूर्वाेक्त धारा द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राज्यपाल हिमाचल प्रदेश इस उपक्रम में कार्यरत सभी अधिकारियों/कर्मचारियों और श्रमिकों को इलाके की किसी भी भूमि में प्रवेश करने और सर्वेक्षण करने तथा उप धारा द्वारा अपेक्षित अथवा अनुमतः अन्य सभी कार्यों को करने के लिए सहर्ष प्राधिकार देते हैं। 4. कोई भी हितबद्ध व्यक्ति जिसे उक्त परिक्षेत्र में कथित भूमि के अर्जन पर कोई आपत्ति हो, तो वह इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशित होने के 60 (साठ) दिन की अवधि के भीतर लिखित रूप में कलेक्टर कांगड़ा के समक्ष अपनी आपत्ति दायर कर सकता है।

Dated the 30th June, 2021

No. HPERC-H(1)-10/Vol-1/2020-754.—In partial modification of Notification No. HPERC-H(1)-10/2014-2600-2604 dated 16th January, 2018 and in exercise of the powers conferred under sub-para 7.1.2 of para 7.1 of Himachal Pradesh Electricity Grid Code, 2008, the Himachal Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission hereby reconstitutes the Grid Code Review Committee comprising of the following:

1. The Chairman of the Grid Code Review Committee may include any other Member(s), if required, in the said Committee especially from Northern Region Load Despatch Centre.

2. Not less than 50 percent of the total members of the Committee shall form the quorum in its meeting.

3. The Terms of Reference for Grid Code Review Committee shall include :—

(a) comprehensive review of the provisions of Himachal Pradesh Electricity Gride Code, 2008 (HPEGC) based on amendments made by CERC in IEGC from time to time, recent developments in power sector, changes in market structure and the future challenges which includes green power penetration in the grid etc.; and

(b) elaborate on subsequent suggestions/proposals and give recommendations for carrying out necessary amendments in the existing HPEGC.

4. The Grid Code Review Committee shall submit its recommendations, within the period of six months from the date of notification, to the Commission.
