संःपी0बी0डब्ल्यू0 (बी0)एफ(5)62/2019.--यतः हिमाचल प्रदेश के राज्यपाल को यह प्रतीत होता है कि हिमाचल प्रदेश सरकार को सरकारी व्यय पर सार्वजनिक प्रयोजन हेतु नामतः गांव प्रेम नगर, तहसील जुब्बल, जिला शिमला हिमाचल प्रदेश में थाना-वाया-टुराण सड़क के निर्माण हेतु भूमि अर्जित करनी अपेक्षित 64—राजपत्र/2021-24-07-2021 (2071) 2072 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 24 जुलाई, 2021/2 श्रावण, 1943 है, अतएव एतद्‌द्वारा यह अधिसूचित किया जाता है कि उक्त परिक्षेत्र में जैसा कि निम्न विवरणी में निर्दिष्ट किया गया है, उपरोक्त प्रयोजन के लिए भूमि का अर्जन अपेक्षित है।

2. यह अधिसूचना ऐसे सभी व्यक्तियों को, जो इससे सम्बन्धित हो सकते हैं, की जानकारी के लिए भूमि अर्जन, पुनर्वास और पुनव्र्यवस्थापन में उचित प्रतिकर और पारदर्शिता अधिकार अधिनियम, 2013 (2013 का 30) की धारा-11 के उपबन्धों के अन्तर्गत जारी की जाती है।

3. पूर्वोक्त धारा द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राज्यपाल, हिमाचल प्रदेश इस समय इस उपक्रम में कार्यरत सभी अधिकारियों उनके कर्मचारियों और श्रमिकों को इलाके की किसी भी भूमि में प्रवेश करने और सर्वेक्षण करने तथा उप-धारा द्वारा अपेक्षित अथवा अनुमतः अन्य सभी कार्यों को करने के लिए सहर्ष प्राधिकार देते हैं।

4. कोई भी हितबद्ध व्यक्ति जिसे उक्त परिक्षेत्र में कथित भूमि के अर्जन पर कोई आपत्ति हो तो वह इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशित होने के साठ दिन की अवधि के भीतर लिखित रूप में भू-अर्जन समाहर्ता, लोक निर्माण विभाग, विन्टर फिल्ड शिमला (हि0 प्र0) के समक्ष अपनी आपत्ति दायर कर सकता है।

No. Home-E (A)-6-5/2013-Vol-XII.—In continuation of this department's Notification of even number dated 29-07-2020, wherein, a decision has been taken for weeding out the criminal cases as per the guidelines framed by this department, the Hon'ble Chief Justice of High Court of Himachal Pradesh has been pleased to extend the date/period for the purpose of classifying a criminal case as Stale and Ineffective from 31st December, 2014 to 31st December, 2015 and for purpose of collection of information as per proforma Annexure 'A' from 31-03-2020 to 31-03-2021, in terms of Sr. No. 4 and 7(2) of the "Guidelines for withdrawal of Stale and Ineffective Criminal cases by State".

Therefore, the Governor, Himachal Pradesh on the recommendations of the Hon'ble High Court of H.P. is pleased to notify the above dates/period for the aforesaid stated purpose.

अतः इस इश्तहार द्वारा सर्वसाधारण को सूचित किया जाता है कि यदि इस बारे किसी व्यक्ति को कोई उजर या एतराज हो तो दिनांक 26-07-2021 को अधोहस्ताक्षरी की अदालत में सुबह 11.00 बजे असालतन या वकालतन हाजिर होकर अपना पक्ष पेश कर सकते हैं। बाद गुजरने मियाद कोई भी उजर/एतराज काबिले समायत न होंगे तथा प्रार्थिया ज्योति भाटिया की जन्म तिथी पंजीकरण दिनांक 15-04-1971 के आदेश नगर निगम पालमपुर को जारी कर दिए जाएंगे।

अतः अदालत हजा को विश्वास हो चुका है कि उपरोक्त प्रतिवादीगणों व उनके जायज वारसानो की तामील साधारण तरीके से होना संभव न है। अतः इश्तहार द्वारा सूचित किया जाता है कि यदि किसी को भी उपरोक्त मुकद्दमा बाबत तकसीम बारे कोई उजर व एतराज हो तो स्वयं या लिखित तौर पर दिनांक 30-07-2021 को अपराह्न 2.00 बजे तक कोर्ट परिसर चक्कर में आकर अपना एतराज पेश करें, अन्यथा एक तरफा कार्यवाही अमल में लाई जाएगी।
