संख्याः एफ0एफ0ई0-बी0-एफ0(14)-7/2021.-भारतीय वन अधिनियम, 1927 (1927 का अधिनियम संख्यांक 16) की धारा 29 की उपधारा (3) के अधीन यथा अपेक्षित के अनुसार इस अधिसूचना 69—राजपत्र/2021-31-07-2021 (2225) 2226 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 31 जुलाई, 2021/9 श्रावण, 1943 से संलग्न अनुसूची में विनिर्दिष्ट वन भूमि या बंंजर भूमि में या उस पर सरकार तथा प्राइवेट व्यक्तियों के अधिकारों के स्वरूप और विस्तार की जाँच कर ली गई है और उन्हें अभिलिखित कर लिया गया है;

और उक्त अनुसूची में दर्शित वन भूमि या बंजर भूमि, सरकार की सम्पत्ति है, या जिस पर सरकार के सांपत्तिक अधिकार हैं या सरकार उसकी वन उपज के सम्पूर्ण या किसी भाग की हकदार है;

अतः हिमाचल प्रदेश के राज्यपाल, पूर्वाेक्त अधिनियम की धारा 29 की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, घोषणा करते हैं कि उक्त अधिनियम के अध्याय-4 के उपबन्ध उक्त वन भूमि या बंजर भूमि को लागू होंगे और जो इसके पश्चात्‌ पूर्वाेक्त अधिनियम की धारा 29 की उपधारा (2) के उपबन्धों के अधीन ''संरक्षित वन'' कहलाएगी।

July, 2021

No. FFE-B-F(14)-7/2021.—WHEREAS, the nature and extent of the rights of the Government and of the Private Persons in or over the forest land or waste land specified in the SCHEDULE appended to this Notification have been enquired into and recorded, as required under sub-section (3) of section-29 of the Indian Forest Act, 1927 (Act No. 16 of 1927);

AND WHEREAS, the forest land or waste land shown in the said SCHEDULE is the property of the Government or over which the Government has proprietary rights or the Government is entitled to the whole or any part of the forest produce therein;

NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 29 of the Act ibid, the Governor, Himachal Pradesh is pleased to declare that the provisions of Chapter-IV of the said Act shall apply to the said forest land or waste land and shall hereafter be called as "protected forests" under the provisions of sub-section (2) of section-29 of the Act ibid.

PLG-F (BASP)1-1/95, dated 16th June, 1995, Yojana (BASP) 1-7/95-II- Mandi, dated 19th July, 2004 and No. Yojana (BASP) 1-7/95-II-Mandi, dated 20th December, 2006 and subsequent amendments regarding declaration of the Panchayats as backward in various district of Himachal Pradesh, the Governor of Himachal Pradesh is pleased to declare the following Panchayats as backward in their respective categories which came into existence after the recent re-organization of already declared backward Panchayats in accordance with the State Government policy regarding the declaration of Panchayats as backward with immediate effect:—

PLG-FC(F)3-55/82 dated 10th January, 1986 and subsequent amendments thereto dated 16th June, 1995 and 20th December, 2006 with regard to declaration of certain Panchayats of various districts of Himachal Pradesh as Backward and consequent upon re-organization of already declared Backward Panchayats, the Governor, Himachal Pradesh is pleased to de-notify the following "Backward Panchayats" of Districts Kullu and Shimla from the list of Backward Panchayats as these panchayats have already been notified as Nagar Panchayats vide State Government notifications No. UD-A (1)-2/2014 dated 28-10-2020 and UD-A(1)-4/2015 dated 27-10-2020. उपरोक्त मामला में प्रार्थीगण ने दिनांक 12-07-2021 को इस अदालत में प्रार्थना-पत्र मय शपथ पेश किये हैं कि उन्होंने दिनांक 11-12-2013 को शादी कर ली है और तब से दोनोें पति-पत्नी के रूप में रहते चले आ रहे हैं परन्तु प्रार्थीगण ने अपनी शादी का इन्द्राज सम्बन्धित ग्राम पंचायत भुलंग, तहसील भुन्तर, जिला कुल्लू, हि0 प्र0 में दर्ज नहीं करवाया है।

Hence, their marriage may be registered under Special Marriage Act, 1954.

Therefore, the general public is hereby informed through this notice that any person who has any objection regarding this marriage, can file the objection personally or in writing before this court on or before 02-08-2021 after that no objection will be entertained and marriage will be registered.

प्रार्थी श्री संजय कुमार पुत्र चरंजी लाल, वासी वाथू, तहसील हरोली, जिला ऊना व दिव्या राजपूत पुत्री यशपाल सिंह, वासी मवा, तहसील ज्वाली जिला कांगड़ा ने प्रार्थना-पत्र प्रस्तुत करके निवेदन किया है कि उनकी शादी दिनांक 15-02-2020 को गांव वाथू में हुई है लेकिन उनकी शादी ग्राम पंचायत वाथू में दर्ज नहीं हुई है। अतः प्रतिवादीगण को बजरिया मुश्त्री मुनादी इश्तहार सूचित किया जाता है कि यदि किसी व्यक्ति को उक्त शादी बारे कोई उजर/एतराज हो तो वह निर्धारित तारीख पेशी दिनांक 02-08-2021 तक असालतन या वकालतन इस न्यायालय में पेश कर सकता है। अन्यथा उसके बाद कोई भी उजर/एतराज मान्य नहीं होगा और उक्त शादी पंजीकरण करने के लिए सम्बंधित पंचायत को आदेश दे दिए जाएंगे और मुकद्दमा का निपटारा/फैसला नियमानुसार कर दिया जायेगा ।
