सं0 हिपा (परीक्षा)-21/76-8.--विभागीय परीक्षा बोर्ड द्वारा जारीे अधिसूचना संख्या दिनांक 30 अप्रैल, 2021 जिसके अन्तर्गत दिनांक 17-05-2021 से 22-05-2021 तक विभागीय परीक्षा का आयोजन स्थगित किया गया था के स्थान पर अब विभागीय परीक्षा बोर्ड द्वारा विभागीय परीक्षा का आयोजन भारतीय 83—राजपत्र/2021-18-08-2021 (2735) 2736 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 18 अगस्त, 2021/27 श्रावण, 1943 प्रशासनिक सेवा/हिमाचल प्रदेश प्रशासनिक सेवा, भारतीय वन सेवा/हिमाचल प्रदेश वन सेवा, तहसीलदार व नायब तहसीलदार, राज्य में कार्यरत अन्य समस्त राजपत्रित अधिकारी/पात्र अराजपत्रित अधिकारी (अधीक्षक ग्रेड-प्प् व वरिष्ठ सहायक) तथा आबकारी एवं कराधान विभाग के आबकारी एवं कराधान निरीक्षकों, परिवहन विभाग के अधिकारी/कर्मचारी जोकि क्षेत्रीय परिवहन अधिकारी के पद पर पदोन्नत के पात्र हैं/हिमाचल प्रदेश स्कूल शिक्षा बोर्ड के राजपत्रित अधिकारी/पात्र अराजपत्रित अधिकारी तकनीकी/गैर-तकनीकी/ गैर-तकनीकी मंत्रालयिक ;डपदपेजतपंसद्ध तथा हिमाचल प्रदेश राज्य विद्युत बोर्ड लि0 के अभियन्ताओं व हिमाचल प्रदेश पर्यटन विकास निगम के वरिष्ठ प्रबन्धकों/सहायक अभियन्ताओं के लिए विभागीय परीक्षा का आयोजन समय सारणी अनुबन्ध-''क'' के अनुसार हिमाचल प्रदेश विभागीय परीक्षा बोर्ड हिप्पा, फेयरलान्ज, शिमला-171012, द्वारा दिनांक 13-09-2021 से 21-09-2021 (रविवार के अतिरिक्त) तक करवाने का निर्णय लिया गया है। उम्मीदवारों की सुविधा के लिए वित्तीय प्रशासन पर्चा संख्या-1 का आयोजन शिमला के अलावा मण्डी तथा धर्मशाला में भी किया जाना है। इन परीक्षाओं का आयोजन हिमाचल प्रदेश विभागीय परीक्षा नियम, 1997 जोकि समय-समय पर संशोधित किए गए हैं, के अन्तर्गत किया जाएगा।

अतः समस्त इच्छुक उम्मीदवारों को सूचित किया जाता है कि प्रतिदिन, प्रातः का सत्र ठीक 10.00 बजे तथा सायं का 2.00 बजे बाद दोपहर आरम्भ होगा। उम्मीदवारों को यह भी सूचित किया जाता है कि विभागीय परीक्षा केन्द्र में प्रवेश करते समय केन्द्र के अधिकारियों के समक्ष कोरोना महामारी-19 का टीकाकरण प्रमाण-पत्र ;टंबबपदंजपवद ब्मतजपपिबंजमद्ध प्रस्तुत करना या 72 घण्टे पूर्व जारी आर0टी0पी0सी0आर0 ;त्ज्च्ब्त्द्ध नैगेटिव टैस्ट रिपोेर्ट प्रस्तुत करना अनिवार्य होगा। अभ्यर्थियों को कोरोना महामारी से बचाव हेतु भारत सरकार के स्वास्थ्य मन्त्रालय/गृह मन्त्रालय द्वारा समय-समय पर जारी दिशा निर्देशों का पालन करना भी अनिवार्य होगा।

संख्याः जे0एस0वी0-बी(एच)1-7/2021-कांगड़ा.--यतः हिमाचल प्रदेश के राज्यपाल को यह प्रतीत होता है कि हिमाचल प्रदेश सरकार को सरकारी व्यय पर सार्वजनिक प्रयोजन हेतु नामतः फिन्ना सिंह मध्यम सिंचाई परियोजना, तहसील नूरपुर, जिला कांगड़ा के निर्माण हेतु भूमि अर्जित करनी अपेक्षित है, अतएव एतद्‌- द्वारा यह अधिसूचित किया जाता है कि उक्त परिक्षेत्र में जैसा कि निम्न विवरणी में निर्दिष्ट किया गया है, उपरोक्त प्रयोजन के लिए भूमि का अर्जन अपेक्षित है।

2. यह अधिसूचना ऐसे सभी व्यक्तियों को, जो इससे सम्बन्धित हो सकते हैं, की जानकारी के लिए भूमि अर्जन, पुनर्वास और पुनव्र्यवस्थापन में उचित प्रतिकर और पारदर्शिता अधिकार अधिनियम, 2013 (2013 का 30) की धारा-11 के उपबन्धों के अन्तर्गत जारी की जाती है।

3. पूर्वाेक्त धारा द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राज्यपाल हिमाचल प्रदेश इस उपक्रम में कार्यरत सभी अधिकारियों/कर्मचारियों और श्रमिकों को इलाके की किसी भी भूमि में प्रवेश करने और सर्वेक्षण करने तथा उप धारा द्वारा अपेक्षित अथवा अनुमतः अन्य सभी कार्यों को करने के लिए सहर्ष प्राधिकार देते हैं। 4. कोई भी हितबद्ध व्यक्ति जिसे उक्त परिक्षेत्र में कथित भूमि के अर्जन पर कोई आपाि हो, तो वह इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशित होने के 60 (साठ) दिन की अवधि के भीतर लिखित रूप में कलेक्टर कांगड़ा के समक्ष अपनी आपाि दायर कर सकता है।

No. 3176-84/MA/2021.—Whereas it has been brought to notice of the undersigned by the Sub-Divisional Officer (C), Kullu in the meeting held on dated 07-07-2021 with the Regional Officer, NHAI and Superintending Engineer, HPPWD Kullu that due to heavy vehicular traffic on Bhuntar Bailey bridge, there is need for regular maintenance of the bridge at least 2 times every month.

Therefore, considering the fact that the Bhuntar Bailey bridge requires routine maintenance for at least two times in a month and in view of safety of the general public I, Ashutosh Garg, I.A.S., District Magistrate, Kullu in exercise of the powers vested in me under section 115 of Motor Vehicle Act, 1988 to hereby order that the Bhuntar Bailey Bridge shall remain closed for vehicular traffic movement on the first and third Wednesday of every month from 12.00 Noon to 3.00 pm, till further order.

प्रतिवादी। विषय.--जन्म एवं मृत्यु पंजीकरण अधिनियम, 1969 की धारा 13(3) के तहत मृत्यु पंजीकरण हेतु प्रार्थना-पत्र। श्री सुभाष चन्द पुत्र श्री दुनी चन्द, निवासी गांव तप्पा, डाकघर पाहडा, उप-तहसील भवारना, जिला कांगड़ा (हि0 प्र0) ने इस अदालत में प्रार्थना-पत्र मय ब्यान हल्फी पेश किया व आवेदन किया है कि उसकी दिवंगत माता लक्ष्मी देवी पत्नी स्व0 श्री दुनी चन्द का देहान्त दिनांक 22-07-1995 को गांव तप्पा, ग्राम पंचायत ठंडोल, उप-तहसील भवारना, जिला कांगड़ा (हि0 प्र0) में हुआ है। परन्तु अज्ञानतावश उसकी मृत्यु का पंजीकरण स्थानीय ग्राम पंचायत अभिलेख में न करवाया गया है। अतः प्रार्थी इस न्यायालय के माध्यम से अपनी दिवंगत माता की मृत्यु का पंजीकरण करने का आदेश ग्राम पंचायत ठंडोल को जारी करवाना चाहता है।
