No. FDS-B(2)-2/2016.—In supersession of this Department Notification No.FDS-A(4)-5/87 dated 21-10-1989, the Governor, Himachal Pradesh, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (1) of Section 42 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (Act No. 35 of 2019), is pleased to 97—राजपत्र/2021-07-09-2021 (3233)3234 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 07 सितम्बर, 2021/16 भाद्रपद, 1943 establish a State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission to be known as the "State Commission" in the State of Himachal Pradesh at Shimla, w.e.f. 20-07-2020.

The President and other Members of the State Commission appointed immediately before the commencement of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, shall continue to hold office as President or as Members of the State Commission, as the case may be, till the completion of his/her term for which they have been appointed, as provided in Section 45 of the said Act.

अतः हिमाचल प्रदेश के राज्यपाल, उक्त नियमों के नियम 7क के उप-नियम (2) के अन्तर्गत गठित साक्षातकार बोर्ड की सिफारिश पर उक्त नियमों के नियम 8 द्वारा प्रदा शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, श्री टेक चन्द, अधिवक्ता को तहसील भुन्तर, जिला कुल्लू की सीमाओं के भीतर तुरन्त प्रभाव से नोटरी नियुक्त करते हैं तथा यह भी निदेश देते हैं कि इनका नाम सरकार द्वारा इस निमित बनाए गए रजिस्टर में दर्ज कर लिया जाए।

No. LLR-E (9)--Leg.—WHEREAS, Shri Tek Chand, Advocate, Kullu has applied for appointment as notary under the Notaries Act, 1952 (53 of 1952) and the rules framed thereunder, within the territorial limits of Tehsil Bhunter of District Kullu;

AND WHEREAS, all the requirements as provided under the said Act and rules have been complied with;

NOW, therefore, the Governor, Himachal Pradesh, on the recommendations of the Interview Board, constituted under sub-rule(2) of rule 7A of the said rules, and in exercise of the powers conferred by rule 8 of the said rules, is pleased to appoint Shri Tek Chand, Advocate as notary within the limits of Tehsil Bhunter of District Kullu, Himachal Pradesh with immediate effect with the direction that his name may be entered in the Register of notaries maintained by the Government.

Vidhan Sabha and another" read in conjuction with Judgement dated 8th July, 2014 of the Hon'ble High Court of H.P. in LPA 110/2008 titled as "Sanjeev Kumar Gupta Vs H.P. Vidhan Sabha & others." 2. He will be entitled to exercise option for fixation of pay within a period of one month from the date of issue of this order under provisions of F.R. 22(I)(a)(1).
