अतः बजरिया इश्तहार द्वारा सर्वसाधारण जनता को सूचित किया जाता है कि अगर किसी भी व्यक्ति को उपरोक्त के मृत्यु पंजीकरण बारे किसी भी प्रकार का उजर या एतराज हो तो वह इस अदालत में इश्तहार प्रकाशन के एक माह भीतर असालतन व वकालतन हाजिर आ कर अपने उजर/एतराज पेश करें। इसके पश्चात् किसी भी प्रकार का उजर या एतराज काबिले समायत ना होगा तथा उपरोक्त की मृत्यु पंजीकरण के आदेश स्थानीय रजिस्टर से जारी कर दिए जाऐंगे।

अतः प्रार्थी का आवेदन-पत्र व ब्यान हल्फी स्वीकार करते हुए इस इश्तहार/मुस्त्री मुनादी व चस्पांगी द्वारा आम जनता को सूचित किया जाता है कि यदि किसी व्यक्ति को प्रार्थी के नाम का इन्द्राज करने बारा किसी प्रकार का कोई उजर/एतराज हो तो असालतन व वकालतन में इस इश्तहार के प्रकाशन की तिथि उपरान्त एक माह के भीतर अपना उजर एवं एतराज पेश कर सकते हैं। बाद तारीख किसी किस्म का उजर/एतराज नहीं सुना जाएगा व उक्त प्रार्थी का नाम राज को बजाए राजकुमार पुत्र श्री हरदयाल दर्ज करने के आदेश पटवारी पटवार वृत्त प्राहनुंई को पारित कर दिये जायेंगे।

Death Report जिसमें श्री ज्ञान चन्द पुत्र श्री व्यास देव, गांव चण्डी लडोग, डाकघर चण्डी, उप-तहसील पुखरी, जिला चम्बा, हिमाचल प्रदेश की माता श्रीमती रेखो देवी पत्नी श्री व्यास देव, ग्राम पंचायत चण्डी की मृत्यु तिथि किन्हीं कारणों से पंचायत अभिलेख3353 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 13 सितम्बर, 2021/22 भाद्रपद, 1943 में दर्ज करने से रह गई है। परिणामतयः पंचायत मृत्यु पंजीकरण रजिस्टर में आवेदक की माता श्रीमती रेखो देवी पत्नी श्री व्यास देव, ग्राम पंचायत चण्डी की मृत्यु तिथि दर्ज न हुई है जो नियमानुसार अनिवार्य है। इस विषय की पुष्टि प्रधान रिपोर्ट व जारी मृत्यु रिपोर्ट जो जिला पंजिकरण जन्म एवं मृत्यु अधिकारी चम्बा ने अपने प्रमाण-पत्र जो दिनांक 15-07 2021 को जारी हुआ है उसमें की है।
अतः सर्वसाधारण को इस नोटिस के माध्यम से सूचित किया जाता है की श्रीमती रेखो देवी पत्नी श्री व्यास देव, ग्राम पंचायत चण्डी, परगना त्रयोदी, उप-तहसील पुखरी, जिला चम्बा की मृत्यु तिथि 03-11-1998 जन्म एवं मृत्यु पंजिकरण अधिनियम, 1969 की धारा 13(3) के प्रावधानों के अन्तर्गत पंचायत के सम्बन्धित अभिलेख अथवा जिला पंजिकरण (जन्म एवं मृत्यु) द्वारा अभिलेख में दर्ज करने के आदेश पारित किये जाने है। अगर किसी को किसी प्रकार की कोई आपत्ती हो तो वह इस अदालत में नोटिस (इश्तहार) के एक माह के भीतर सुबह 10.00 से सांय 5.00 बजे तक अपनी आपत्ती दर्ज करवा सकता है। निर्धारित अवधि में आपत्ती न आने की सूरत में आवेदक की माता श्रीमती रेखो देवी पत्नी श्री व्यास देव, ग्राम पंचायत चण्डी की मृत्यु तिथि सम्बन्धित अभिलेख में दर्ज करने के आदेश सचिव, ग्राम पंचायत चण्डी को पारित कर दिये जाऐंगे। आज दिनांक 21-08-2021 को मेरे हस्ताक्षर व मोहर अदालत सहित जारी हुआ।

उपरोक्त मामला में प्रार्थीगण उपरोक्त ने दिनांक ...................... को इस अदालत में प्रार्थना-पत्र पेश किया है कि उन्होंने दिनांक 01-01-2020 को हिन्दू रीति-रिवाज के अनुसार स्थान बैष्णों माता मन्दिर में शादी कर ली है और तब से पति-पत्नी के रूप में रहते चले आ रहे हैं परन्तु प्रार्थीगणों द्वारा अपनी शादी का इन्द्राज सम्बन्धित पंचायत में नहीं करवाया है।
