संख्याः एच0टी0सी0-एफ(11)-5/2013.--सेवाओं या प्रसुविधाओं या सहायिकियों के परिदान के लिए आधार का एक पहचान दस्तावेज के रूप में उपयोग सरकार को परिदान प्रक्रिया को सुगम बनाता है, पारदर्शिता और दक्षता लाता है और लाभार्थियों को सुविधाजनक और निर्बाध रीति में अपनी पहचान साबित 107—राजपत्र/2021-21-09-2021 (3597) 3598 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 21 सितम्बर, 2021/30 भाद्रपद, 1943 करने के बहुविध दस्तावेज प्रस्तुत करने की आवश्यकता हटाकर, प्रत्यक्षता उन्हें अपनी हकदारियां प्राप्त करने हेतु समर्थ बनाता है;

उद्यान विभाग (जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात्‌ विभाग कहा गया है) राष्ट्रीय कृषि विकास योजना (जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात्‌ स्कीम कहा गया है) कृषि समुदाय के मध्य उद्यान के संवर्धन हेतु प्रशासित कर रहा है, जिसे निदेशालय उद्यान (जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात्‌ कार्यान्वयन अभिकरण कहा गया है) के माध्यम से कार्यान्वित किया जा रहा है;

स्कीम के अन्तर्गत सहायता/प्रसुविधा, (जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात्‌ प्रसुविधा कहा गया है) राज्य के कृषि समुदाय (जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात्‌ लाभार्थी कहा गया है) को कार्यान्वयन अभिकरण द्वारा, विद्यमान स्कीम के मार्गदर्शक सिद्धान्तों के अनुसार प्रदान की जाती है;

और पूर्वोक्त स्कीम में हिमाचल प्रदेश राज्य की संचित निधि से आवर्ती व्यय अन्तर्वलित है;

अतः हिमाचल प्रदेश के राज्यपाल, आधार (वित्तीय और अन्य सहायिकियों, प्रसुविधाओं और सेवाओं का लक्ष्यित परिदान) अधिनियम, 2016 (2016 का 18) की धारा 7 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, निम्नलिखित अधिसूचित करते हैं, अर्थात्‌ः--

1. (i) स्कीम के अधीन प्रसुविधाएं प्राप्त करने के लिए पात्र किसी व्यक्ति, को एतद्‌द्वारा आधार संख्या धारण करने का सबूत प्रस्तुत करना होगा या आधार अधिप्रमाणन प्राप्त करना होगा। (ii) स्कीम के अन्तर्गत प्रसुविधाएं प्राप्त करने की वाँछा रखने वाला कोई व्यक्ति, जिसके पास आधार संख्या नहीें है या जो अभी तक आधार के लिए नामांकित नहीें है, को स्कीम के रजिस्ट्रीकरण से पूर्व आधार के नामांकन के लिए आवेदन करना अपेक्षित होगा यदि वह उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 3 के अनुसार अभिप्राप्त करने के लिए हकदार है और ऐसा व्यक्ति आधार अभ्यावेशन करवाने के लिए किसी आधार अभ्यावेशन केन्द्र (सूची भारतीय विशिष्ट पहचान प्राधिकरण (यू0 आई0डी0ए0 आई0) वैबसाइट www.uidai.gov.in पर उपलब्ध है) पर जाएगाः

(iii) आधार (नामांकन और अद्यतन) विनियम, 2016 के विनियम 12 के अनुसार, विभाग को अपनी कार्यान्वयन अभिकरण के माध्यम से उन लाभार्थियों के लिए आधार नामांकन सुविधाएं प्रदान करना अपेक्षित है जो अभी तक आधार के लिए नामांकित नहीें है और संबंधित खण्ड या तालुका या तहसील में कोई आधार नामांकन केन्द्र स्थित नहीं है, तो विभाग अपनी कार्यान्वयन अभिकरण के माध्यम से यू0आई0डी0ए0आई0 के विद्यमान रजिस्ट्रार के समन्वय में सुविधाजनक स्थानों पर या स्वयं यू0आई0डी0ए0आई0 रजिस्ट्रार की हैसियत से आधार नामांकन सुविधाएं प्रदान करेगाः

परन्तु जब तक को व्यक्ति को आधार समनुदेशित नहीं किया जाता है, तब तक ऐसे व्यक्ति को निम्नलिखित दस्तावेज प्रस्तुत करने के अध्यधीन स्कीम के अधीन प्रसुविधाएं प्रदान की जाएंगी, अर्थात्‌ः--

(क) यदि उसने स्वयं को अभ्यावेशित कर दिया है, उसके पास अभ्यावेशन पहचान पर्ची है; और

(ख) निम्नलिखित में से कोई दस्तावेज है, अर्थात्‌ः--

(i) फोटो सहित बैंक या डाकघर पासबुक; या

(ii) स्थायी लेखा संख्या (पी.ए.एन.) कार्ड; या

(iii) पारपत्र; या3599 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 21 सितम्बर, 2021/30 भाद्रपद, 1943 (iv) राशन कार्ड; या

(v) मतदाता पहचान कार्ड; या

(vi) मनरेगा कार्ड; या

(vii) फोटो सहित किसान पासबुक; या

(viii) मोटर यान अधिनियम, 1988 (1988 का 59) के अधीन अनुज्ञापन प्राधिकारी द्वारा जारी चालन अनुज्ञप्ति; या

(ix) राजपत्रित अधिकारी या तहसीलदार द्वारा जारी लैटर-हैड पर जारी ऐसे व्यक्ति के फोटो की पहचान का पत्रः

(x) विभाग द्वारा यथा विनिर्दिष्ट कोई अन्य दस्तावेजः

परन्तु यह कि उपरोक्त दस्तावेजों की जांच विभाग द्वारा उस प्रयोजन के लिए विनिर्दिष्ट रूप से नामनिर्दिष्ट किसी अधिकारी द्वारा की जाएगी।

2. स्कीम के अधीन सुविधापूर्वक लाभार्थियों को प्रसुविधाएं उपलब्ध करवाने के आशय से विभाग यह सुनिश्चित करने के लिए समस्त आपेक्षित व्यवस्थाएं करेगा कि उक्त अपेक्षाओं हेतु, उन्हें जागरूक करने के लिए, लाभार्थियों हेतु मीडिया के माध्यम से, व्यापक प्रचार किया गया है।

(क) अस्पष्ट उंगली छाप, लक्षण/गुणवत्ता (क्वालिटी) की दशा में, अधिप्रमाणन हेतु आंख की पुतली के स्कैन या चेहरा अधिप्रमाणन सुविधा अंगीकृत की जाएगी, तद्‌द्वारा विभाग निर्बाध रीति में प्रसुविधाओं के परिदान हेतु उंगली छाप अधिप्रमाणन सहित आंख की पुतली के स्कैन या चेहरा अधिप्रमाणन के लिए व्यवस्थाएं करेगा;

(ख) उंगली छाप या आंख की पुतली के स्कैन या चेहरा अधिप्रमाणन के माध्यम से बायोमीट्रिक अधिप्रमाणन की असफलता की दशा में, जहां कहीं भी साध्य और ग्राह्‌य है, सीमित वैधता सहित, यथास्थिति, एकमुश्त आधार पासवर्ड या समयाधारित एकमुश्त पासवर्ड प्रदान किया जाएगा;

(ग) उन समस्त अन्य मामलों में, जहां बायोमीट्रिक या एकमुश्त आधार पासवर्ड या समय आधारित एकमुश्त पासवर्ड अधिप्रमाणन सम्भव नहीेंं है, स्कीम के अधीन प्रसुविधाएं आधार वर्ण (अक्षर), जिसकी अधिप्रमाणिकता आधार पर मुद्रित तुरन्त प्रत्युत्तर (क्यू.आर.) कोड के माध्यम से सत्यापित की जाएगी और तुरन्त प्रत्युत्तर (क्यू.आर.) कोड का अर्थ लगाने (पढ़ने के लिए) के लिए विभाग सुविधाजनक स्थानों पर आवश्यक व्यवस्था करेगा।

4. उपरोक्त के अतिरिक्त, यह सुनिश्चित करने के लिए स्कीम के अधीन कोई वास्तविक लाभार्थी उसको देय प्रसुविधाओं से वंचित न हों, विभाग डी0बी0टी0 मिशन, कैबिनेट सैक्रेटेरिएट, भारत सरकार के कार्यालय ज्ञापन तारीख 19 दिसम्बर, 2017 में यथा सारांशित अपवाद व्यवहृत क्रियाविधि का अनुसरण करेगा।

5. यह अधिसूचना राजपत्र (ई-गजट), हिमाचल प्रदेश में इसके प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होगी।

HORTICULTURE DEPARTMENT

NOTIFICATION

Shimla-2, the 31st August, 2021

No.HTC-F(11)-5/2013.—Whereas, the use of Aadhaar as an identity document for delivery of services or benefits or subsidies simplifies the Government delivery processes, brings in transparency and efficiency, and enables beneficiaries to get their entitlements directly in a convenient and seamless manner by obviating the need to produce multiple documents to prove one's identity;

Whereas, the Department of Horticulture (hereinafter referred to as the Department), is administering the Rashtriya Krishi Vikas Yojna (hereinafter referred to as the Scheme) for promotion of Horticulture amongst farming community, which is being implemented through the Director of Horticulture (hereinafter referred to as the Implementing Agency;

Whereas, under the Scheme, assistance/benefit (hereinafter referred to as the benefit) is given to the farming community of the State (hereinafter referred to as the beneficiaries), by the Implementing Agency as per the extant Scheme guidelines:

And whereas, the aforesaid Scheme involves recurring expenditure incurred from the Consolidated Fund of State of Himachal Pradesh;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 7 of the Aadhaar (Targeted Delivery of Financial and Other Subsidies, Benefits and Services) Act, 2016 (18 of 2016), the Governor, Himachal Pradesh is pleased to notify, namely:—

1. (i) An individual eligible for receiving the benefits under the Scheme shall hereby be required to furnish proof of possession of the Aadhaar number or undergo Aadhaar authentication.

(ii) Any individual desirous of availing benefits under the Scheme, who does not possess the Aadhaar number or, has not yet enrolled for Aadhaar, shall be required to make application for Aadhaar enrolment before registering for the Scheme provided that he is entitled to obtain Aadhaar as per section 3 of the said Act, and such individuals shall visit any Aadhaar enrolment centre (list available at the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) website www.uidai.gov.in) to get enrolled for Aadhaar.

Provided that till the time Aadhaar is assigned to the individual, benefits under the Scheme shall be given to such individual, subject to the production of the following documents, namely: – (a) if he has enrolled, his Aadhaar Enrolment Identification slip; and3601 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 21 सितम्बर, 2021/30 भाद्रपद, 1943 (b) any one of the following documents, namely:— (i) Bank or Post Office Passbook with Photo; or

(ii) Permanent Account Number (PAN) Card; or

(iii) Passport; or

(iv) Ration Card; or

(v) Voter Identity Card; or

(vi) MGNREGA card; or

(vii) Kisan Photo passbook; or

(viii) Driving license issued by the Licensing Authority under the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 (59 of 1988); or

(ix) Certificate of identity having photo of such person issued by a Gazetted Officer or a Tehsildar on an official letter head; or

(x) any other document as specified by the Department:

Provided further that the above documents may be checked by an officer specifically designated by the Department for that purpose.

2. In order to provide benefits to the beneficiaries under the Scheme conveniently, the Department through its Implementing Agency shall make all the required arrangements to ensure that wide publicity through the media shall be given to the beneficiaries to make them aware of the said requirement.

3. In all cases, where Aadhaar authentication fails due to poor biometrics of the beneficiaries or due to any other reason, the following remedial mechanisms shall be adopted, namely:—

(a) in case of poor fingerprint quality, iris scan or face authentication facility shall be adopted for authentication, thereby the Department through its Implementing Agency shall make provisions for iris scanners or face authentication along with finger-print authentication for delivery of benefits in seamless manner;

(b) in case the biometric authentication through fingerprints or iris scan or face authentication is not successful, wherever feasible and admissible authentication by Aadhaar One Time Password or Time-based One-Time Password with limited time validity, as the case may be, shall be offered;

(c) in all other cases where biometric or Aadhaar One Time Password or Time-based One- Time Password authentication is not possible, benefits under the Scheme may be given on the basis of physical Aadhaar letter whose authenticity can be verified through the Quick Response code printed on the Aadhaar letter and the necessary arrangement of Quick Response code reader shall be provided at the convenient locations by the Department through its Implementing Agency.

4. In addition to the above, in order to ensure that no bonafide beneficiary under the Scheme is deprived of his due benefits, the Department through its Implementing Agency shall follow the exception handling mechanism as outlined in the Office Memorandum of DBT Mission, Cabinet Secretariat, Government of India dated 19th December 2017.

5. This notification shall come into effect from the date of its publication in the Rajpatra (e- Gazette), Himachal Pradesh.

परन्तु जब तक कि व्यक्ति को आधार समनुदेशित नहीं किया जाता है, तब तक ऐसे व्यक्ति को निम्नलिखित दस्तावेज प्रस्तुत करने के अध्यधीन स्कीम के अधीन प्रसुविधाएं प्रदान की जाएंगी, अर्थात्‌ः-- (क) यदि उसने स्वयं को अभ्यावेशित कर दिया है, उसके पास अभ्यावेशन पहचान पर्ची है; और (ख) निम्नलिखित में से कोई दस्तावेज है, अर्थात्‌ः-

3. उन समस्त मामलों में, जहां लाभार्थियों के अपकृष्ट (अस्पष्ट) बायोमीट्रिक के कारण या किसी अन्य कारण से, आधार प्रमाणन असफल रहता है, वहां निम्नलिखित उपचारात्मक क्रियाविधियां अंगीकृत की जाएंगी, अर्थातः-- 3604 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 21 सितम्बर, 2021/30 भाद्रपद, 1943 (क) अस्पष्ट उंगली छाप, लक्षण/गुणवत्ता (क्वालिटी) की दशा में, अधिप्रमाणन हेतु आंख की पुतली के स्कैन या चेहरा अधिप्रमाणन सुविधा अंगीकृत की जाएगी, तद्‌द्वारा विभाग निर्बाध रीति में प्रसुविधाओं के परिदान हेतु उंगली छाप अधिप्रमाणन सहित आंख की पुतली के स्कैन या चेहरा अधिप्रमाणन के लिए व्यवस्थाएं करेगा;

Shimla-2, the 31st August, 2021

Whereas, the Department of Horticulture (hereinafter referred to as the Department), is administering the Pradhan Mantri Krishi Sinchayee Yojna (PMKSY) (hereinafter referred to as the Scheme) for promotion of Horticulture amongst farming community, which is being implemented through the Director of Horticulture (hereinafter referred to as the Implementing Agency;

And whereas, the aforesaid Scheme involves recurring expenditure incurred from the Consolidated Fund of State of Himachal Pradesh;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 7 of the Aadhaar (Targeted Delivery of Financial and Other Subsidies, Benefits and Services) Act, 2016 (18 of 2016) , the Governor, Himachal Pradesh is pleased to notify, namely:—

1. (i) An individual eligible for receiving the benefits under the Scheme shall hereby be required to furnish proof of possession of the Aadhaar number or undergo Aadhaar authentication.

Provided that till the time Aadhaar is assigned to the individual, benefits under the Scheme shall be given to such individual, subject to the production of the following documents, namely: –3610 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 21 सितम्बर, 2021/30 भाद्रपद, 1943 (a) if he has enrolled, his Aadhaar Enrolment Identification slip; and (b) any one of the following documents, namely:—

(i) Bank or Post Office Passbook with Photo; or

(ii) Permanent Account Number (PAN) Card; or

(iii) Passport; or

(iv) Ration Card; or

(v) Voter Identity Card; or

(vi) MGNREGA card; or

(vii) Kisan Photo passbook; or

(viii) Driving license issued by the Licensing Authority under the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 (59 of 1988); or

(ix) Certificate of identity having photo of such person issued by a Gazetted Officer or a Tehsildar on an official letter head; or

(x) any other document as specified by the Department:

Provided further that the above documents may be checked by an officer specifically designated by the Department for that purpose.

3. In all cases, where Aadhaar authentication fails due to poor biometrics of the beneficiaries or due to any other reason, the following remedial mechanisms shall be adopted, namely:—

(c) in all other cases where biometric or Aadhaar One Time Password or Time-based One- Time Password authentication is not possible, benefits under the Scheme may be given on the basis of physical Aadhaar letter whose authenticity can be verified through the Quick Response code printed on the Aadhaar letter and the necessary arrangement of3611 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 21 सितम्बर, 2021/30 भाद्रपद, 1943 Quick Response code reader shall be provided at the convenient locations by the Department through its Implementing Agency.

Whereas, the Department of Horticulture (hereinafter referred to as the Department), is administering the Sub Mission on Agriculture Mechanization (SMAM) (hereinafter referred to as the Scheme) for promotion of Horticulture amongst farming community, which is being implemented through the Director of Horticulture (hereinafter referred to as the Implementing Agency;

Shimla-2, the 31st August, 2021

Whereas, the Department of Horticulture (hereinafter referred to as the Department), is administering the Mukhya Mantri Green House Renovation Scheme (hereinafter referred to as the Scheme) for promotion of Horticulture amongst farming community, which is being implemented through the Director of Horticulture (hereinafter referred to as the Implementing Agency;

And whereas, the aforesaid Scheme involves recurring expenditure incurred from the Consolidated Fund of State of Himachal Pradesh;

1. (i) An individual eligible for receiving the benefits under the Scheme shall hereby be required to furnish proof of possession of the Aadhaar number or undergo Aadhaar authentication.

(iii) As per regulation 12 of the Aadhaar (Enrolment and Update) Regulations, 2016, the Department through its Implementing Agency, is required to offer Aadhaar enrolment facilities for the beneficiaries who are not yet enrolled for Aadhaar and in case there is no Aadhaar enrolment centre located in the respective Block or Taluka or Tehsil, the Department through its Implementing Agency shall provide Aadhaar enrolment facilities at convenient locations in coordination with the existing Registrars of UIDAI or by becoming a UIDAI Registrar themselves: Provided that till the time Aadhaar is assigned to the individual, benefits under the Scheme shall be given to such individual, subject to the production of the following documents, namely:– (a) if he has enrolled, his Aadhaar Enrolment Identification slip; and3628 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 21 सितम्बर, 2021/30 भाद्रपद, 1943 (b) any one of the following documents, namely:— (i) Bank or Post Office Passbook with Photo; or

(vii) Kisan Photo passbook; or

(x) any other document as specified by the Department:

Provided further that the above documents may be checked by an officer specifically designated by the Department for that purpose.

3. In all cases, where Aadhaar authentication fails due to poor biometrics of the beneficiaries or due to any other reason, the following remedial mechanisms shall be adopted, namely:—

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 7 of the Aadhaar (Targeted Delivery of Financial and Other Subsidies, Benefits and Services) Act, 2016 (18 of 2016) , the Governor, Himachal Pradesh is pleased to notify, namely:—

1. (i) An individual eligible for receiving the benefits under the Scheme shall hereby be required to furnish proof of possession of the Aadhaar number or undergo Aadhaar authentication.

Shimla-2, the 31st August, 2021

Whereas, the Department of Horticulture (hereinafter referred to as the Department), is administering the Mukhya Mantri Khumb Vikas Yojna (MMKVY) (hereinafter referred to as the Scheme) for promotion of Horticulture amongst farming community, which is being implemented through the Director of Horticulture (hereinafter referred to as the Implementing Agency;

And whereas, the aforesaid Scheme involves recurring expenditure incurred from the Consolidated Fund of State of Himachal Pradesh;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 7 of the Aadhaar (Targeted Delivery of Financial and Other Subsidies, Benefits and Services) Act, 2016 (18 of 2016) , the Governor, Himachal Pradesh is pleased to notify, namely: -

1. (i) An individual eligible for receiving the benefits under the Scheme shall hereby be required to furnish proof of possession of the Aadhaar number or undergo Aadhaar authentication.

Provided that till the time Aadhaar is assigned to the individual, benefits under the Scheme shall be given to such individual, subject to the production of the following documents, namely: – (a) if he has enrolled, his Aadhaar Enrolment Identification slip; and3646 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 21 सितम्बर, 2021/30 भाद्रपद, 1943 (b) any one of the following documents, namely:— (i) Bank or Post Office Passbook with Photo; or

(b) any one of the following documents, namely:—

(ख) उंगली छाप या आंख की पुतली के स्कैन या चेहरा अधिप्रमाणन के माध्यम से बायोमीट्रिक अधिप्रमाणन की असफलता की दशा में, जहां कहीं भी साध्य और ग्राह्‌य है, सीमित वैधता सहित, यथास्थिति, एकमुश्त आधार पासवर्ड या समयाधारित एक मुश्त पासवर्ड प्रदान किया जाएगा;

(ग) उन समस्त अन्य मामलों में, जहां बायोमैट्रिक या एकमुश्त आधार पासवर्ड या समय आधारित एकमुश्त पासवर्ड अधिप्रमाणन सम्भव नहीेंं है, स्कीम के अधीन प्रसुविधाएं आधार वर्ण (अक्षर), जिसकी अधिप्रमाणिकता आधार पर मुद्रित तुरन्त प्रत्युत्तर (क्यू.आर.) कोड के माध्यम से सत्यापित की जाएगी और तुरन्त प्रत्युत्तर (क्यू.आर.) कोड का अर्थ लगाने (पढ़ने के लिए) के लिए विभाग सुविधाजनक स्थानों पर आवश्यक व्यवस्था करेगा।

No.HTC-F(11)-5/2013.— Whereas, the use of Aadhaar as an identity document for delivery of services or benefits or subsidies simplifies the Government delivery processes, brings in transparency and efficiency, and enables beneficiaries to get their entitlements directly in a convenient and seamless manner by obviating the need to produce multiple documents to prove one's identity;

Whereas, the Department of Horticulture (hereinafter referred to as the Department), is administering the MAHAK Scheme (hereinafter referred to as the Scheme) for promotion of Horticulture amongst farming community, which is being implemented through the Director of Horticulture (hereinafter referred to as the Implementing Agency;

And whereas, the aforesaid Scheme involves recurring expenditure incurred from the Consolidated Fund of State of Himachal Pradesh;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 7 of the Aadhaar (Targeted Delivery of Financial and Other Subsidies, Benefits and Services) Act, 2016 (18 of 2016) , the Governor, Himachal Pradesh is pleased to notify, namely:—

1. (i) An individual eligible for receiving the benefits under the Scheme shall hereby be required to furnish proof of possession of the Aadhaar number or undergo Aadhaar authentication.

(b) any one of the following documents, namely:—

(i) Bank or Post Office Passbook with Photo; or

(ii) Permanent Account Number (PAN) Card; or

(iii) Passport; or

(iv) Ration Card; or

(v) Voter Identity Card; or

(vi) MGNREGA card; or

(vii) Kisan Photo passbook; or

(viii) Driving license issued by the Licensing Authority under the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 (59 of 1988); or

(ix) Certificate of identity having photo of such person issued by a Gazetted Officer or a Tehsildar on an official letter head; or

(x) any other document as specified by the Department:

3. In all cases, where Aadhaar authentication fails due to poor biometrics of the beneficiaries or due to any other reason, the following remedial mechanisms shall be adopted, namely:—

1. Short title and commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the Himachal Pradesh Horticulture Department, Class-I (Gazetted) Services Recruitment and Promotion (First Amendment) Rules, 2021.

(2) These rules shall come into force from the date of publication in Rajpatra (e-Gazette) Himachal Pradesh.

2. Amendment of Annexure-"I".—In Annexure-"I" appended to the Himachal Pradesh Horticultural Department, Class-I (Gazetted), Services Recruitment and Promotion Rules, 1988 for the provisions against column No. 7(i), the following shall be substituted , namely:—

"7. Essential:—(i) M.Sc. in Horticulture with specialisation in Pomology.".
