अतः समस्त इच्छुक उम्मीदवारों को सूचित किया जाता है कि प्रतिदिन, प्रातः का सत्र ठीक 10.00 बजे तथा सायं का 2.00 बजे बाद दोपहर आरम्भ होगा। जो उम्मीदवार विभागीय परीक्षा में बैठना चाहते हों वे अपना आवेदन आनलाईन प्रक्रिया के माध्यम से मानव सम्पदा पोर्टल पर कर सकते हैं। आवदेन करने की प्रक्रिया 01-12-2021 को शुरू होगी व प्रार्थी 31-12-2021 तक आवेदन कर पाएंगे तत्पश्चात प्रार्थियों के लिए आवेदन की विंन्डो स्वतः ही बन्द हो जाएगी। प्रार्थी का आवदेन तभी मान्य होगा जब विभाग द्वारा उन्हें अनुमोदित किया जाएगा। विभाग प्रार्थी द्वारा किए गए आवेदन को 10-01-2022 तक अनुमोदित कर पाएंगे। इसके उपरान्त विभागाध्यक्ष की विंन्डो भी बन्द हो जाएगी। अभ्यर्थी के प्रवेश पत्र स्वतः ही मानव सम्पदा की साईट पर प्रार्थी के खाते में प्रदर्शित हो जाएंगे। यदि किसी अभ्यर्थी का प्रपत्र अधूरा पाया जाता है तो उसे रद्‌द कर दिया जाएगा। प्रार्थी व विभागाध्यक्षों के लिए ऑनलाईन आवदेन की प्रक्रिया की पूर्ण जानकारी एवं परीक्षा की समय सारणी HIPA Website www.hipashimla.nic.in पर उपलब्ध है व डाउनलोड की जा सकती है।

संख्याः राजस्व-घ/(एफ) 4-8/2019 (कुल्लू).--हिमाचल प्रदेश के राज्यपाल की यह राय है कि उप-तहसील सैन्ज, जिला कुल्लू हिमाचल प्रदेश का दर्जा बढ़ाकर तहसील कर दिया जाए जिसका मुख्यालय सैन्ज, जिला कुल्लू, हिमाचल प्रदेश में होगा ताकि नजदीक के गांवों के सम्बद्ध लोगों को बेहतर सेवाएं उपलब्ध करवाई जा सके और जिससे उनको होने वाली किसी असुविधा से निवारित किया जा सके तथा बेहतर प्रशासनिक नियत्रंण हो सके;

अतः हिमाचल प्रदेश के राज्यपाल, हिमाचल प्रदेश भू-राजस्व अधिनियम, 1954 (1954 का अधिनियम संख्यांक 6) की धारा 6 और रजिस्ट्रीकरण अधिनियम, 1908 (1908 का अधिनियम संख्यांक 16) की धारा 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, निम्नलिखित पटवार वृत्तों से गठित उप-तहसील सैन्ज, जिला कुल्लू, हिमाचल प्रदेश का दर्जा बढ़ाकर तहसील का करते हैं :-

Shimla-2, the 16th November, 2021

No. Rev-D(F) 4-8/2019-(Kullu).—WHEREAS, the Governor of Himachal Pradesh is of the opinion that the status of Sub-Tehsil Sainj, District Kullu, Himachal Pradesh may be upgraded to that of Tehsil with its Headquarter at Sainj, District Kullu, Himachal Pradesh, so as to provide better services to the concerned people of nearby villages and to avoid any inconvenience being faced by them and to have better administrative control;

NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 6 of the Himachal Pradesh Land Revenue Act, 1954 (Act No. 6 of 1954) and section 5 of the Registration Act, 1908 (Act No. 16 of 1908), the Governor of Himachal Pradesh is pleased to upgrade the status of Sub- Tehsil Sainj to that of Tehsil in District Kullu, Himachal Pradesh, consisting of following Patwar circles:—

No. Fin-2-C(12)-3/2021(I).—Government of Himachal Pradesh hereby notifies the sale of Himachal Pradesh Government Stock (securities) of 9-year tenure for an aggregate amount of Rs.500 crore (Nominal). The sale will be subject to the terms and conditions spelt out in this5317 राजपत्र, हिमाचल प्रदेश, 18 नवम्बर, 2021/27 कार्तिक, 1943 notification (called specific Notification) as also the terms and conditions specified in the General Notification No. Fin-2- C(12)-11/2003, dated July 20, 2007 of Government of Himachal Pradesh.

Object of the Loan :

1. (i) The Proceeds of the State Government Securities will be utilized for the development programme of the Government of Himachal Pradesh.

(ii) Consent of Central Government has been obtained to the floatation of this loan as required by Article 293(3) of the Constitution of India.

Method of Issue :

2. Government Stock will be sold through the Reserve Bank of India, Mumbai Office (PDO) Fort, Mumbai-400 001 by auction in the manner as prescribed in paragraph 6.1 of the General Notification No. Fin-2-C(12)-11/2003, dated July 20, 2007 at a coupon rate to be determined by the Reserve Bank of India at the yield based auction under multiple price formats.

Allotment to Non-competitive Bidders :

3. The Government Stock up to 10 % of the notified amount of the sale will be allotted to eligible individuals and institutions subject to a maximum limit of 1 % of the notified amount for a single bid as per the Revised Scheme for Non-competitive Bidding Facility in the Auctions of State Government Securities of the General Notification (Annexure – II).

Place and Date of Auction :

4. The auction will be conducted by the Reserve Bank of India, at its Mumbai Office, Fort, Mumbai-400 001 on November 23, 2021. Bids for the auction should be submitted in electronic format, on the Reserve Bank of India Core Banking Solution (E-Kuber) system as stated below on November 23, 2021.

(a) The competitive bids shall be submitted electronically on the Reserve Bank of India Core Banking Solution (E-Kuber) system between 10.30 A.M. and 11.30 A.M. (b) The non-competitive bids shall be submitted electronically on the Reserve Bank of India Core Banking Solution (E-Kuber) system between 10.30 A.M. and 11.00 A.M.

Result of the Auction :

5. The result of the auction shall be displayed by the Reserve Bank of India on its website on the same day. The payment by successful bidders will be on November 24, 2021.

Method of Payment :

6. Successful bidders will make payments on November 24, 2021 before close of banking hours by means of cash, bankers' cheque/pay order, demand draft payable at Reserve Bank of India, Mumbai/ New Delhi or a cheque drawn on their account with Reserve Bank of India, Mumbai (Fort) /New Delhi.

Tenure :

7. The Stock will be of 9-year tenure. The tenure of the Stock will commence on November 24, 2021.

8. The loan will be repaid at par on November 24, 2030

Rate of Interest :

9. The cut-off yield determined at the auction will be the coupon rate percent per annum on the Stock sold at the auction. The interest will be paid on May 24 and November 24.

Eligibility of Securities :

10. The investment in Government Stock will be reckoned as an eligible investment in Government Securities by banks for the purpose of Statutory Liquidity Ratio (SLR) under section 24 of the Banking Regulation Act, 1949. The stocks will qualify for the ready forward facility.
